We're just a bunch of clueless NiceGuys™ with kindness coins that don't seem to work in women's holes so that the sex we're "entitled to" falls out. Because apparently we weren't demonstrating good relationship material through the attention, respect and stability that women demand. We were only "pretending" to be nice just to get laid.
In response to r/niceguys, this tribe is dedicated to exposing all the women who complain about wanting a "good man" after dating jerks and riding the cock carousel in the prime of their youth, and think they're deserving of commitment and financial stability when all they have left to offer is their depreciating looks, narcissistic mentality, used-up vaginas, and another man's kids.
Women in their 20s have numerous opportunities to date the decent men they claim to want, but many reject or friendzone these men for jerks and promiscuity. She takes advantage of a good dude's kindness for attention and favors, then accuses him of being a bad person who thinks he's entitled to sex.
But when she's in her 30s with depreciating looks, jerks who won't commit, the likelihood of being a single mom, and the social pressure from her married friends, she asks "Where have all the good men gone?"[1][2] Funny how back when she was chasing the bad boys "Being nice is the bare minimum", but now that she's past her prime and needs a bailout, she wants a man with nice guy traits.
Furthermore, dating jerks and riding the carousel before settling down with a good man is planned by many women, and encouraged by feminists. They then come to the dating market with unreasonable standards while offering little to no value themselves. Such women are totally unaware that the mature, stable men they now need are the same decent men they rejected, except these men remember the rejection and are responding in kind to avoid unstable, unappreciative women who view them more as ATMs than romantic partners.
The reason women end up here is because their behavior is not exposed as the lucid, self-destructive, feminist ideology that it is. And we're here to help Good Men guard their commitment and resources by exposing women who would make poor life partners and mothers of their children. Providing observations and opinions on the posts here allows us to better understand women's psyche and later depressive/miserable state when they are not held to a moral standard required for healthy, functioning relationships.

So this is interesting, and I believe you've posted about this matchmaker before.
One thing I'd point out though, is that the matchmaker here is also at fault. She suspected something wasn't right about her client's requirements, but it's clear that she never had the difficult but honest conversation with her client.
That is, she's fine making a video saying that this is what the market / dating pool for her client looks like, and my question is: did she tell that to her client? Or did she boast about the quality of men in her roster, in order to sign this person up?which is what I suspect she did.
As deluded as this client might be, it's also the match maker's obligation to be honest about what she could find for her. That is, right at the beginning, tell her client that the type of man you're looking for exists, but he wants someone 10-20 years younger, and the ones that want her will come with some compromises. Maybe she passes on you and you lose your fee, but at least you don't waste her or the guys' time.
There's a great show on netflix called Indian Matchmaker (I think) and it's great, but it caused a huge controversy because the matchmaker, an older woman, would tell her female clients straight about what they could and should expect. Not only were the clients often upset (predictable), but lots of female viewers wrote in outraged that she would tell her clients that they'd have to settle. In the next season, they didn't show as much of those conversations on screen, for obvious reasons.
It's like if you're a doctor and someone with an illness comes to you. Sure, if you promise them the moon, some miracle cure, they might pay your bills. But you're not really helping them. Better to be honest about what you can do, and if they don't want to hear your truth, they'll find someone else.
That's what this matchmaker should have done. But it's clear she didn't, because it would affect her pocketbook, while trying to put the whole blame on her client.

I watched most of the 3 seasons of Indian Matchmaker, at the recommendation of some Indian friends.
I have a love-hate relationship with the show. I love that it shows how people make decisions, if you can read between the lines. And I hate it because some of the women on there are exactly like the girls getting posted up on here. In fact, a few of the men are so… cringe, as well.
For those of you who aren’t aware: traditionally, Indian marriages were arranged, and even in modern marriage, how the groom/bride is received by the other family is very important. The show is essentially a clash between modern “love marriage” values and loveless arranged marriage values from the past. Usually a failing clash.
———
Half the show participants live in the US/UK, half are in India. You can basically group the participants by where they live (west or India) and if they are male or female.
Male, in the West: usually these guys are, frankly, unattractive and beta both. Some of them truly want to be in the Indian arranged marriage culture. But all of them find anyway that the dating market in the US is unkind to Indians, no matter how hard working or smart they are.
Male, in India: most of these guys are having trouble getting married because they simply don’t want to be. It’s their families pushing them too, but they don’t want it deep down. Several in this category are actually Chads in India, so why would they ever want to settle?
Female, in the West: this is the most cooked group, unsurprisingly. All of them are 30+, have lived in the US/UK all their lives, and have massive lists of standards and requirements. The matchmaker actually does tell most of them “you are lucky if you get one third of your things”. Most of these women have solid careers, some are even quite attractive. But they’ve all fucking failed at finding a husband, as being a woman unmarried at 30+ in India is (or was) unfathomable. Many are likely CC riders acting reformed, hoping to fall back on the arranged marriage culture only when they can’t CC anymore. In my opinion, it’s the most pathetic group too. They are the ones who likely thought arranged weddings were gross and wanted a White man. And when that didn’t work, they came crawling back to mommy and daddy to get a beta bucks at age 35.
Female, in India: the smallest group of the bunch. They are definitely deluded in their standards due to social media and comparison. But they’ve are on average less bricked than their Western counterparts.

Thank you for attending my Ted Talk.
@ogrilla99 I’d love to hear your thoughts on the show. I’ve got other thoughts too, like how people on there aren’t honest about what they want/don’t want, and why there is 0 mention of hookups and virginity. But I’ll leave it at that.

Sisterhood makes women unable to have a truly honest conversation. They'd rather shout "you go girl" over and over again before admitting that their friend is fat and won't get far in dating.

I've watched many of her videos that aren't applicable to here, and she has these difficult conservations often but in a tactful manner such as "What you want is difficult for me to find" versus "Your demands are outrageous making them unlikely."
After all, "unicorns" are found all the time. There are plenty of aging career women out there who "stick the landing" but it's a numbers game like going to Hollywood and becoming a star. Wonderful film, BTW, "That guy who was in... that thing" delves into the experiences of actors who never make it big.
One video that irked me about her was how she regarded "normie" men with even slight demands such as a 45 yo short guy with an ordinary job who wanted a "very pretty" younger woman and she dismissed him with a harshness she doesn't present to women. I sympathize with her point of view that a "very pretty" younger woman can "do better" particularly in a matchmaking setting.
And hmmm, that may be why this particular leftover woman lied to her: If she had said outright: "I want hot looking rich guys who date older women" the matchmaker would have (more gently certainly) told her to take a leap right away.
FYI: She has a two tier system where she charges some clients and others she does it for free so I'm suspecting that if this woman was in the paid tier, she'd probably have tried to match her up with more men before dismissing her.

Thanks for the additional context. If she does tell them the truth, even sugarcoated, then that's worth something. I've never used one, but I've always thought the real value of a matchmaker isn't her ability to find you a unicorn (she can't magically make them appear, and most of the truly desirable ones don't need a matchmaker). But rather her ability to cut through your bullshit and convince you of what's really important to a relationship that you should value, and exactly where in the marriage market that you currently land.
Matchmaking is a zero sum game: If matchmakers could somehow consistently find you a way better match than your "market rate", then that means her other client, that one she matched you with, got below "market rate". This is also why I'd be really, really hesitant about signing up as one of her "free" clients. As the saying goes, if you're not paying, you're not the customer, you're the product.

She's not the first, but Ms. Mid-40s is being intentionally obtuse about how her traits should be valued in the dating market. At least the matchmaker (eventually) told her outright: the men you want don't want you. Your high-falutin' education and career accomplishments don't mean shit to the high-value men you seek. They want (and can get) someone younger and hotter than you. Womp-womp. Thank you for playing.

I enjoy the matchmaker's videos including that sometimes she doesn't fully "get" what's happening due to her own feminine entitlement thinking hence she kind of has to "get" these truths only via them shoved in her face.
Hypergamy for women ONLY works when there's a market assymetry similar to selling bottles of water at 2X wholesale after a hurricane. Young women can engage in hypergamy because there's a massive supply of older men relative to younger women. That's why De Beers cartel famously controlled the world diamond supply until recently. Scarcity drives up price.
Yes, she's still pretty and her income actually is an asset against some golddigger raiding a naive older man but there's TONS of 30 something biological clock ticking women who earn as much as she does, it not MORE.
This situation reminds me of a very low period in my life in engineering school in the 1980's when there was a 10:1 male:female ratio. Awful looking she-hags were treated like belle of the ball. I heard that guys in art school were cleaning up (so to speak.)
In a similar post to these theme later, it's amusing how this matchmaker deals with the outrage, the OUTRAGE!!! that aging women can't be demanding and entitled forever. Men are so unfair!
WanderOverYonder 9h ago
I think it's the attitude. Truth to be told many guys wouldn't have issues dating successful women approaching the wall provided that they wouldn't be total cunts.
As you get older you tend to become slightly bitter as you realize how the world works, and that's amplified further with negative experiences. Women with high body count will be cunty. Women with many failed relationships will be cunty. Young women who have it all will be cunty.
Why look for aged cunty woman when you can find a young one?
NotaBene Sr. Hamster Analyst 13h ago
A matchmaker doesn't "find a husband". A matchmaker's job is simply to make the stupid, indecisive girl aware of the vanishing choices she still has, and encourage her to actually pick one.
WanderOverYonder 9h ago
The woman mentioned in the video is trying so hard to make the matchmaker underline her "high value" that it's getting pretty ridiculous.
"Yes, girl, you're a breadwinner, you're so high status or whatever. Now that I've realized your true value, lemme take out prince charming out my pocket that I've been hiding from you for so long!"

There is a pro-male female YouTuber, makes videos in her car. She keeps saying how deluded women are.
And she has one video directed at women. She tells them "never settle!"
I lol'ed. She is really dedicated to the thing.

I do wonder why the matchmaker said "strong profile" Strong profile is young, attractive, kind, 0-3 former lovers, smart healthy mind and fit healthy body, good at team work, likes men and wants to settle down and have a family as her first preferred career option. This one is well preserved (which rarely comes close to a 6 in the mid 20's and wants to settle down "(well sort of) late in the day. Has been really pushing her actual preferred career option. Probably doesn't really like men or she would have married on by now.
