That's not fair to say that spending years in med school will not have a purpose in her "married" life.
She can always say she has wasted her life because of him and bail.
TBF she'd use it as an arguments to put down a man if he let's her. Remember my mother doing something like that for years.

This is not rare in the medical field, it's likely that she wishes to be a stay at home house wife for a man making significantly more than her, preferably also a doctor. I used to know a female med student who only dated doctors (she refused to date other students) and I currently know another student who is married to a banker and intends to specialize in "any field that requires the least work in medicine" (she's a ditzy airhead) and will eventually stop working if her husband supplies an allowance (again, her words) and another student who stated that she hopes to marry a surgeon so she can not have to work.
The female nature of hypergamy is strong even in these elite professions, don't be confused. It is just manifested in an somewhat inefficient fashion, wasting over a decade and hundreds of thousands of dollars to accomplish what could've been done for free in a few years.
The only rationale behind them going through this path is it may expose them to men who would on average make significantly more than the men they would have chosen from if they were to have gotten married early on. This highlights the foolishness of some men these days, because despite what we say and believe, there are many men in these elite professions who will only deal with women with a high paying salary in another or the same elite profession, largely out of fear of what others might say, yet allow them to stop working right before marriage, so by the time divorce comes, she can take half of what he made during their marriage, just like if he married a barista at Starbucks.
The females who think like this, i.e. females like the med students I know and this female in the video, are basically just smarter, more covert, expensive escorts and are to be avoided at all cost because they don't just want a 1 time fee. The only reason I knew how they moved was because I wasn't a mark/target and they blabbed (as you can see their downfall is they usually reveal their cards to anyone willing to sit and listen or watch)

This is why it has been proven by the medical establishment itself in its own stats that training one male doctor is worth training 3 females -the females go part time or flake on the profession over the years, the men stick at it. Still we need more wamins in college right?? Cos that will save the world from this climate/ populist emergency made by white men, right? And it makes wamins happier too being all liberated doesn't it?
Its sad when you train for the wrong job since the age of about 5 but it is actually the reality for almost every female in the western world. Billions of miseducated women with their talents under used. Never mind its progress right?
