I sometimes get into discussions with social conservatives about why I am not at least trying to get married. I have a lot of reasons for not trying to get married. First, I don't want to fall under the authority of hierarchies (school, work or church) who do not think that women should be held responsible for their own bad decisions. Let's take a look at a news story that illustrates the problem.
Once upon a time, men would meet their wives in school, workplaces or churches. As long as the man was not in the reporting hierarchy of the woman, (i.e. - as long as he was not her manager or her director, etc.), then it was fine for people to meet up, date, get engaged, and get married. But that's all changed now.
Consider this story from the New York Post:
A renowned Massachusetts Institute of Technology biologist who was axed after having what he said was a consensual fling with a much younger colleague, said the mushrooming scandal forced him on the unemployment line.
David Sabatini, 54, whose research involved unraveling how tumors develop, resigned from MIT last month and has been surviving on employment after fellow scientist Kristin Knouse claimed he “groomed” and “coerced” her into a sexual relationship, according to a report and court papers.
A longtime friend and dean at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine tried to offer him a job, but after an uproar, the school announced on May 3 that it would not hire him despite the fact that colleagues described him in a recent article as one of the world’s greatest scientists — a “genius” in line for the Nobel Prize.
“What wormhole did my life take, to … protests and being called a sexual predator? What quirk in the universe allowed this to happen?” said Sabatini, who has denied wrongdoing and noted Knouse did not work in his lab or report to him.
In an October lawsuit against MIT, Sabatini said that his relationship with Knouse, who is 21 years his junior, was consensual — and told a reporter he was shocked to find himself the subject of protests at NYU when the school explored the possibility of hiring him.
Sabatini has contended he and Knouse began their fling during a 2018 conference, while he was in the midst of a divorce. By 2020, he thought the affair had cooled, though he claims Knouse wanted to continue. By October 2020, she complained she’d been harassed, and in a later lawsuit alleged Sabitini oversaw a “sexualized” environment in his lab.
What's interesting about this story to me is that it's been reported that this woman entered into this relationship with this man after he clearly communicated to her that he was only looking for something casual. I.e. - he was not trying to hide that he was a tall, hot bad boy with lots of money and power who did not want to be tied down. He was telling her that up front.
There are more details about the story in Common Sense.
After their initial hook-up...
...they met up at Knouse’s condo near Boston Common where they discussed a few ground rules for their tryst. They agreed they could see other people. Knouse, Sabatini remembers, had ongoing flings with men who she referred to with nicknames like “anesthesiologist f* buddy,” “finance bro,” and “physics professor,” and she wanted to keep it that way.** Also, they wouldn’t tell anyone. Why complicate things at work? It was all supposed to be fun.
Why did this woman get the man fired? Well, there is an old saying about women that goes like this: "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned". Apparently, Sabatini was getting interested in another woman, and less interested in Knouse:
Things were fizzling... he was getting involved with another woman, a microbiologist in Germany.
Knouse didn’t want to let go. In January 2020 she texted, in part: “I get anxious when I don’t hear back from you and then I see you post stuff on Twitter and it provides an admittedly small and silly but still another bit of evidence to this growing feeling that you don't care about me in the way that I care about you.” He wrote back: “I am sorry but you are being crazy.” In another text, Knouse admitted feeling “stung.” She added: “I think it’s worth thinking about whether you want someone who matches your passion, intellect, and ambition.”
Godless feminists think that people are faithful and committed because of self-interest, e.g. - "passion, intellect, and ambition", i.e. - self-interest. But of course, it doesn't. They think that they don't need to study to develop a worldview that rationally grounds commitment intentions and commitment ability. And they think they don't need to choose a man who has studied to develop a worldview that rationally grounds commitment intentions and commitment ability. They think that it is totally feasible for people to stay together for 50 years because it is always fun, fun, fun. You can just like fun, and choose a man who likes fun, and have a permanent, exclusive relationship based on continuous fun.
So what happened to Sabatini next?
This:
In October 2020, Knouse texted her friends that she was “unpack[ing] a ton of suppressed abuse and trauma from an obvious local source”—an apparent reference to Sabatini. Knouse’s fellowship at the Whitehead was ending, and she didn’t apply for any faculty jobs there. When the new director, Ruth Lehmann, called Knouse to ask why, Knouse complained for the first time of being “harassed.”
In November, Knouse warned her friend—an incoming Whitehead fellow—to “squeeze out as much advice as possible before your mentor is Weinstein’ed out of science.”
In December, at Lehmann’s behest, the consulting firm Jones Diversity sent the Whitehead employees a survey “based in part on Dr. Knouse’s false complaint about Dr. Sabatini,” according to a complaint later brought by Sabatini. All participants were anonymous. Five or so of the nearly 40 employees in Sabatini’s lab took part.
The next month, two former Sabatini lab members lodged complaints to H.R.—the first complaints against him in his 24-year tenure—about “bro culture” in the lab.
This prompted the Whitehead to hire the law firm Hinckley, Allen & Snyder to conduct an investigation on “gender bias and/or inequities and a retaliatory leadership in the Sabatini lab.” The Whitehead never told Sabatini what he was accused of. Former lab members told me their co-workers were sobbing when they came out of meetings with the lawyers, saying that the lawyers had put words in their mouths. “They had a very strong agenda,” one of them told me.
Knouse was 29 years old. She was not a child. Sabatini never worked with her. He never supervised her. He never threatened her or pressured her. This was a relationship between two consenting adults. But that doesn't matter, because in every school and workplace, women cannot be held responsible for their own bad choices. Women are always victims of men. It is always the man who must be punished. And men have to go to school and work in these environments for their entire lives - walking on thin ice, never knowing when the axe will fall.
Sabatini is ruined:
In the 24 hours after the report came out, Sabatini’s life fell apart. MIT put him on administrative leave. The Howard Hughes Medical Institute, another prestigious non-profit that funds biomedical research and was paying Sabatini’s salary, fired him. He resigned from the Whitehead, and eventually MIT, at the advice of his lawyers who thought it would help him secure his next job. (“I one hundred percent regret that,” Sabatini told me).
Soon, the biotech startups he’d helped found— Navitor Pharmaceuticals, KSQ and Raze Therapeutics—started severing their relationships with him. Sabatini was axed from professorships, fellowships, and professional societies. Awards and grants were pulled. His income disappeared.
Knouse is still working. They decided that she didn't violate the policy - only he violated it. She has no problem at all with this outcome - she really believes she is a victim, and shouldn't have to take responsibility for her own choices. Can you imagine being married to a woman who does whatever she wants, then blames you when things go wrong? And worse - goes to the authorities to have them punish you, when she is the one who chose poorly? Who would be stupid enough to marry a woman who has zero accountability for her own choices?

God almighty, the USA is going down the toilet. This is end of empire stuff.
Lots of good sense in this comment section. Here's my take;
How the hell can we simultaneously believe that women are strong, independent, good decision makers and equal but AT THE SAME TIME believe that they can be co-erced into having a non-consensual relationship because of 'bro culture'?
Something doesn't make sense. It doesn't add up. If MIT is saying that this women was not capable of giving consent (because that is what they are saying), then NO WOMAN is capable of giving consent. We are talking about a grown ass women who is 30 and highly educated .... but she was able to be forced into a relationship??
This means that all relationships with women are technically non-consensual and therefore rape.
This is the logical conclusion of feminism. Relationships with men is rape.
Then they wonder why men are going their own way.
Lone_Ranger Live by the pork sword, die by the pork sword 3y ago
This is how China and Russia will win. Because they don't do this shit. Scientists cannot be fired for having consensual relationships. They have their own forms of tyranny, but at least they do not live under the tyranny of feminism.
I think that in the near future, you going to see an exodus of skilled people just leaving the USA.

Most bitches don’t do that, but if you fucking with weird bitches either they have too many agendas or something like that then they might go for shit like this. But I ask myself would this bitch snitch on me if yes I keep my distance and you always know which ones they are. Men have this power of snitching and falsely accusing too. We just don’t do it. Most people don’t. Stop giving attention to wierd bitches.

The community needs more advice on “Breakup Game”
Read all the comments and want to share my own perspective: Nothing about this story is new. This danger has existed since the 1980's and yet it continues to happen to men who ought to know better. My hypothesis: There's little education for men on how to safely break up with women as opposed to PUA game on how to get laid just as there's tons of advice on the best TVs out there, but little on how to recycle or repair them.
Let's go over this guy's mistakes that sadly he wasn't advised: He sensed that she didn't want to break up (she "changed" the rules, what a surprise when dealing with women) and was honest with her. In the modern era, most men, including married men, may never be able to be fully honest with women they’re intimate. We always have to think in terms of “How will she react?” rather than just explaining our position and expecting her to be honest and rational. It’s like having a cat: I love my cat, but I don’t expect her to be rational and understand me at my level. I have to communicate with her in a cat manner where I get the reaction I desire.
So he knows she doesn’t want to break up and just does it anyway hurting her precious feelings. Perhaps the safest way to handle women in the modern era is let them think it was their idea, even if this permanently damages the woman’s outlook on reality. If a man wants rid of a woman, he need only be a crybaby or “needy” or make himself otherwise unattractive. It’s like being in a dangerous section of town: An affluent victim who appears relaxed is going to be a target more than one who wore old clothes and appears alert.
His other mistake was being a “nice guy” and giving into the system. When I had problems with two of my exes that went ballistic when I broke up with them, one threatened to kill my cat and the other called the police and went hysterical. I remained calm but never backed down, even when the policewoman tried to induce a confession from me. He should have gotten as much evidence as he could right away and filed a complaint against HER for harassment. Better yet, he should have filed for a restraining order using her previous obsessive texts. Like the mugger above, they go for low hanging fruit and easy victims.
If he had asked me for advice, I’d have advised him to string her along a bit and start dressing sloppily, leave dirty dishes out in the house, (borrow) a big, sweet dog that sheds a lot, and talk about his mother. Oh, and be jealous and compliment how she looks. Do everything that turns off women during the courtship phase.
In conclusion, instructions on how to handle breakups with women are lacking and we need more of them from authors. The problem is these stories are presented as cautionary tales to justify not getting into relationships at all when we need “breakup game” for more and more for those that want to (cautiously) continue. Some men will insist on continuing to drive so we need to advise them on how to drive on icy roads, wear seatbelts, and how to handle a police traffic stop.
Lone_Ranger Live by the pork sword, die by the pork sword 3y ago
for reels. Maybe he should have told her that he was broke, that he had lost all his money on bitcoin and that he was actually in debt. But....he really loved her, and could he borrow just $5k to cover the rent? She would have done his breakup work for him. Or he could have broke down in tears in front of her, and 'showed his feelings'. That would work too. Or he might tell her that he was going to a feminist workshop weekend called "Women Worship for Beginners: how to bow down and be a pussy for the pussy". There's loads of ways you can get a woman to dump you.
Pic889 3y ago
His #1 mistake was resigning. If you did nothing wrong, DON'T RESIGN!
Why? Because if you resign, you are doing their dirty work from them, you are giving them something they can spin as an indirect admission of guilt, and you are giving them a scalp to waive around.
Nobody who has your interests at heart will tell you to resign. It serves no purpose other than make your position worse.
If you want an example of how NOT resigning can save your bacon, just look how J. K. Rowling didn't resign from her role as owner of the Harry Potter franchise. The result? She kept getting royalties for Harry Potter works, Harry Potter works are still being made, and most importantly, the cancel culture mob of Twitter is gradually moving away from her because she serves as an example that their tactics don't work when the subject doesn't commit career suicide. You can bet some of her "friends" were telling her to sign away the franchise's rights "to save the franchise" or some other nonsense, but she didn't fall for it. Good for her.
At least the guy was smart enough to lawyer up. It's something. And you can bet that, when he has internalized this attack and is ready to move on, he will accept a research position in China where he'll be able to continue his research without unnecessary drama. And that, my friends, is why China will eventually replace the US as the biggest exporter of intellectual property.
Lone_Ranger Live by the pork sword, die by the pork sword 3y ago
100% correct.
He should never had resigned. He should have waited until they fired him, and then gone to court. Because in court we would have had a much better chance. That's a different ball game. MIT would have had to prove that the relationship was non-consensual, and he had text messages that proved that it was consensual.
He would have been looking at a substantial payout, probably 7 figures.
Pic889 3y ago
Also, if you are wondering why all this presumption of guilt in universities, it's because common wisdom has it that women don't enroll in STEM courses because of some vaguely-defined "culture of sexism". So, if that's the reason for the gender imbalance, they just have to find evidence of that "culture of sexism" no matter what. Whether such a thing actually exists, who cares?
Lone_Ranger Live by the pork sword, die by the pork sword 3y ago
truth. But the fact that the majority of enrolments are now women is somehow not sexism. Its actually 60% of medical students in UK now that are female. But everyone is silent on this. Because its not sexism when men are excluded.

Also, the Marxist hellscape that is Reddit just said “grooming” is a homophobic slur. You mean to tell me it can be used for heterosexual men as well?
Not to mention this isn’t even like this was a 22 year old former student, fresh out of school. This is a well paid professional woman in her 30’s. Women the age of this chick date men 20 years older than they are all of the time. Leftist cope that high value men can do this with attractive women with ease, but even the best “cougars” would only be able to get some low value dude just looking to get a nut (because a 33 year old guy who is physically attractive and making good money is dating women 22-30, not chasing some post-menopause fossil).

Typical, WK.
Women's response to Red Pill/Black Pill content follows a specific progression. The orders interchange sometimes, but it's more or less the same.
The progression is usually
Not like that -> Men do it too -> It's [something else's] fault -> You're just bitter/angry/who hurt you -> You're a creep/incel/bitter small dicked loser who can't get laid
Not all women are like that
I am not like that
The women I know are not like that
Christians/nice women/virgins/shy women/[fill in the blank type of women] are not like that
Men do it too
You do it too
It's not my fault. It's society's fault. It's [my parents/my friends/my teachers/the adults in my life/my boss/the government/my exes/ my landlord/ that guy I dated my junior year in college who wouldn't marry me/ everyone else]'s fault
I feel like there are exceptions to that, though
You're just bitter
Why are you so angry
Who hurt you
You're a creep
You have a small dick and no one wants you
Found the incel
I am going to make a post about this.

Glad I’m a Catholic, that’s stayed mostly static and doesn’t just go with the societal flow.
But I’ve said it before. The traditional idea of these people is that the man is “in charge”. When a woman deviates from good behavior, well, she’s under the leadership of her man. Ergo, he must’ve failed.
Also ignored is how men simply can’t weaponize the courts like women can.
whytehorse2021 Jr. Hamster Analyst 3y ago
Dude, you should read The Rational Male - Religion. Before the gynocentric social order reworked the Church to serve the feminine imperative, that woman would be considered a whore and cast out of the community. She had sex out of wedlock, is a home-wrecker, and a liar. Notice how this "Godly" woman reframes it so that you're the one who needs to change? How DARE you judge women. A "real man", or a "godly husband" would never judge a woman for her bad decisions.

It's like marriage is an entitlement for women, and men have to just submit to it and operate exactly as the woman wants, or she goes straight to the authorities and ruins his life.
They used to wait until the marriage before bringing out the sex-withholding and the divorce threats. Now if you DON'T marry them, they come after you. The view of men in these big organizations is so NEGATIVE. Why would any man get into a situation where he is beholden to people like this?
Pic889 3y ago
Well, the supply of men who marry willy-nilly has mostly dried up. Most men today either don't marry (the best option in my opinion) or vet women for years before doing so. So, what are women who view men as walking ATMs supposed to do? Become decent human beings? Get real.
The snippet below is worth paying attention to:
"What had David Sabatini been found guilty of that merited this kind of punishment? Chiefly, failing to disclose his consensual relationship with Knouse."
If your workplace has a "no consensual relationships" set of rules, follow it carefully no matter how absurd it is, because if you don't, you are breaking the rules, and as a result, you give the organization an easy way to fire you for whatever actual reason they want. And since you are a man (aka by definition evil), nobody will come to your defense. Here is another example, where the woman didn't even lodge a complaint:
https://semiaccurate.com/2018/06/29/intels-firing-of-ceo-brian-krzanich-is-a-cover-for-deeper-problems/
Back to the original story, remember that this David Sabatini guy was handling millions of dollars in research grants, so firing him and making him unemployable is a great way to make sure the money doesn't follow him to another institution and stays with the organization instead.
If you are man working for a big organization, follow the rules down to the letter and assume any deviation will be used against you.

I have a female friend that is good to her new husband and kid, but I don’t think she 100% appreciates what he has done in the past to provide their current life. She studied crap in college, rushed a sorority, ended up taking over a year off towards the end to go live in Spain as an au pair, where I know that she took a whole lot of D (also had a pregnancy scare with some guy whose name she didn’t even remember), lived with another SO in another foreign country for about 3 years as well. Basically she got to be flaky AF.
Meanwhile, he was hustling for jobs without so much as a college degree. By 28, he was already a homeowner.
Imagine if you do that as a man, and don’t focus on your career and self-supportation. Think you’ll be 30 and someone will have a home waiting for you? Nope. You’ll be struggling.

A real Christian man has self respect, IMO.
Yes, i know the story of the prodigal son. The son took his wealth and blew it (like how women take their wealth and use it to get their back blown out by a parade of men, like this degenerate woman), and came crawling back out of sheer survival instinct, not remorse. And the father forgave him anyway and welcomed him back.
But hey, that’s what God does. If we’re just a man, we can go ahead and judge someone by their relationship with God. If she went out having fun and partying, taking zinc from Chad for 15 years, then you don’t owe her your attention. Remember, you’re high value now, but she wouldn’t have pissed on you to put out a fire when she was at her peak.

My uncle-in-law was a real Christian man. Rancher. Stoic as all hell, built like a brick shit-house, kinda naturally red pill, and lo and behold he's still married... all his kids were successes and got married and have kids... and he gets to ride off into the sunset being remembered for that. Oh and for spanking really hard(his kids would do stupid shit like let the bull out and try to ride it). Dudes respect a dude like that. I suppose it would be called "toxic masculinity" nowadays by liberal white women in cities who have no idea where their beef and wheat comes from.
Fast forward to today where 30% of men grow up in single parent households... religion is taught differently to accommodate the feminine imperative, and you get Churches full of beta men and the real Christian men are off on their own. You should check out the movie Free Burma Rangers. That will blow your mind. A perfect example of where all the good men have gone.

I remember a black guy in the manosphere, who at the very least is sympathetic to Christian morals, posted a tweet of a guy telling a story. First, the pastor told all of the single men to stand up. Then, he invited the single mothers to stand up. The pastor proclaimed that those men should wife up those women. Many walked out, as this is clearly not a celebration of God. To put it bluntly, these men have likely done the right thing their entire life, and have been rewarded with financial security and comfort. They aren’t there to accommodate the women who are simply on the hunt for “nice guys” that can clean up their mess.
Long story short, It was 50 cent and future for Ciara until she had a kid, then it was Russell Wilson. And Steph Curry wasn’t good enough for Ayesha when he was a dorky AAU player, but magically he became sexy when he was a projected top 10 pick. I'm doing a bunch of legal research and just came across a case where a woman falsely accused her doctor of sexual assault. Women try to claim that these cases are a tiny minority and we should #BelieveAllWomen but the reality is the real cases are a tiny minority.

Link? I could blog on that.

Salvidar v. Momah is instructive. 145 Wn. App. 365, 186 P.3d 1117 (2008). There, a patient sued a physician, claiming that he had sexually abused her. Id. at 372-73. The trial court found that the patient’s testimony was not credible, dismissed her claims, and found in favor of the doctor on his outrage claim. Id. at 383-84. On appeal, the court of appeals held that “[f]iling suit alleging sexual abuse by a physician, even with malicious intent,” did not constitute extreme or outrageous conduct.

He literally followed all the rules:
And here he is, robbed of his livelihood because a woman got feelings.
Fuck this whole system, MGTOW is becoming not only appealing, but necessary.

It's appalling to me that many women think "he just got what he deserved". Don't they see the message that this sends to men about what their priorities should be regarding women and marriage?

Women are about to take themselves out of the "recreational use" category.
It's going to get to the point where men start demanding sterile written contracts before engaging in even intercourse

This is what evil looks like. Every part of the story, it goes wrong.
Woman gets jealous for what she herself made non exclusive relationship. Accusing harrasment. Telling her friend to squeeze as much advice as possible before she gets him Weinstein'ed out of science. Accusations of "bro culture"(wtf does that even mean). Whitehead getting lawyers and not telling the accused and accused not getting any chance to defend himself. Lawyers putting words in people's mouth.
There was no call for justice here. Because there was no crime. They made it up and punished him anyway. Tells you everything you need to know.

Yes, the details of the story make you really understand how horrible it was. Like @Problematic_Browser said, he did everything right from a feminist point of view.

This is so bad. There's no such thing as personal responsibility for women somehow. The funniest thing is that women get more irresponsible as they age.
A 22 year old woman feels more level headed when compared to 32 year old. Which is very funny. Because that's literally not supposed to happen.
I don't see relationships being a good idea for men in such a situation because you're supposed to do what, overcorrect for her behaviour.
What can we do, we do live in the clown world.

Yes. The key thing is that this is how women are viewed BY INSTITUTIONS. Big corporations, big universities, and even big religious organizations. The story shows how these big hierarchies respond when a women gets the predictable results of her own poor choices. She gets off Scot free, while the man gets the blame and the punishment.

This is the worst imo. This is a scientific institution, they're supposed to be rational and fact oriented but they complain about "bro culture" (seriously, wtf does that mean). I know we are not supposed to use the s-word here, but there needs to be a clearer picture about how badly they're ruining the society. Rational voices of men are not only ignored, but demonised whereas the docile ones who vastly out number the rational ones, just pour into the circle jerk. And the funniest thing, they doesn't even get the pat on the back as coddling women is somehow the bare minimum.

I hope he takes MIT to the cleaners in court. That's the only way to fight this: be as vindictive and bleed them as much as possible.

I would love to see that, too. That's the only way they will learn.
