We're just a bunch of clueless NiceGuys™ with kindness coins that don't seem to work in women's holes so that the sex we're "entitled to" falls out. Because apparently we weren't demonstrating good relationship material through the attention, respect and stability that women demand. We were only "pretending" to be nice just to get laid.
In response to r/niceguys, this tribe is dedicated to exposing all the women who complain about wanting a "good man" after dating jerks and riding the cock carousel in the prime of their youth, and think they're deserving of commitment and financial stability when all they have left to offer is their depreciating looks, narcissistic mentality, used-up vaginas, and another man's kids.
Women in their 20s have numerous opportunities to date the decent men they claim to want, but many reject or friendzone these men for jerks and promiscuity. She takes advantage of a good dude's kindness for attention and favors, then accuses him of being a bad person who thinks he's entitled to sex.
But when she's in her 30s with depreciating looks, jerks who won't commit, the likelihood of being a single mom, and the social pressure from her married friends, she asks "Where have all the good men gone?"[1][2] Funny how back when she was chasing the bad boys "Being nice is the bare minimum", but now that she's past her prime and needs a bailout, she wants a man with nice guy traits.
Furthermore, dating jerks and riding the carousel before settling down with a good man is planned by many women, and encouraged by feminists. They then come to the dating market with unreasonable standards while offering little to no value themselves. Such women are totally unaware that the mature, stable men they now need are the same decent men they rejected, except these men remember the rejection and are responding in kind to avoid unstable, unappreciative women who view them more as ATMs than romantic partners.
The reason women end up here is because their behavior is not exposed as the lucid, self-destructive, feminist ideology that it is. And we're here to help Good Men guard their commitment and resources by exposing women who would make poor life partners and mothers of their children. Providing observations and opinions on the posts here allows us to better understand women's psyche and later depressive/miserable state when they are not held to a moral standard required for healthy, functioning relationships.
Rules of conduct:

1. No shaming men for any reason.
- 2. No white-knighting or NAWALT. This is not a debate tribe.

LMAO! Women can stare at the trainwreck of a life path they put themselves on and still have the hamster spinning fast enough to proclaim it's fine.

I am surprised she didn't blame men for her problems. It would be interesting to know what her last 20 years were like. Was she chasing Chad and fucking bad bois because the nice guys were too boring?

I can imagine this is how women keep each other single.
Now imagine she is from a group of frenemies and she is not even the best at bullshitting herself (or possibly she has not got even frenemies as she is now old and ugly and there is nothing frenemies need to do to keep her unhappy forever)

JFC her face is 40 going on 60. That is some hellacious battle damage. Either her genetics or her lifestyle choices were absolute shit and that's probably at least part of why she ended up single.

I was recently flipping through MillionaireMatch, and there was a self-described "19 year old" who looked like a tetherball which'd been left in the sun too long.
When she hits "23", I figure it'll be like when the villain Donovan drank from the false grail near the end of the 3rd Indiana Jones flick.

My wife loves to pick up anti-aging skin cream at Costco and yet remarks my face looks younger than hers. My secret? I treat the sun like a vampire! I wear a hat and smear sun screen. I erect a beach umbrella and hide under it while she basks in the sun.
I think women got this impression that sitting in the sun was an "elite" thing to do from Hollywood films of the 1950's such as the lovely Anette Funicello or the beaches of Monoco. "Rich people do this in the photos so it's healthy!"
Land_of_the_losers the-niceguy.com 1w ago
Yeah, I think status is certainly part of the appeal. In the northern latitudes, it makes people assume that you've been on vacation somewhere. It's the opposite in a lot of the east and southeast Asian countries, having a suntan makes you look like you've been working outside, which is a lower-class (and bad thing), so people don't want to look tan. My wife, when the sun comes out in the summer, puts on long sleeves and a wide-brimmed hat and acts as if she's trying to evade a distant sharpshooter.
My sister-- like me, she's white enough to bleed liquid paper-- wanted to tan as soon as the weather became warm enough in the spring. She always said she didn't want to look pale, but I assume it also might've had to do with the fact that some of her classmates had vacation homes in the Florida/Caribbean region and she didn't wanna look poah.

This trend in the West can literally be traced to one person: Coco Chanel
https://www.messynessychic.com/2023/05/03/a-brief-cultural-history-of-sun-tanning/
Having a tan traditionally meant you were poor and had to work outside for your living, while rich women led a life of leisure inside. That's why you used to see rich women wear hats and use umbrellas when they went outside.
Then one summer, Coco Chanel, already a famous fashion designer by then, showed up in Cannes with a tan from hanging out on the beach all summer, and instantly, having a tan became fashionable and the symbolism behind it went from being a manual laborer outside, to having a vigorous, healthy life of playing sports and hanging out on the beach. And having pale skin meant you were sickly and had to stay indoors all day with no physical activity.

@Land_of_the_losers One of my favorite songs on a CD roadtrip of 1960's "Ultra Lounge CD" is "The Girl from Ipanema" https://youtu.be/sJKXJIv4cs4?si=q2Q47yIB_HrtiI7U
"Tall and tan and young and lovely The girl from Ipanema goes walking And when she passes Each one she passes goes "ah""
When I educate my 10 yo daughter on the origins of fashion trends, she quickly loses interest in them. "Tattoos were largely based upon masculine tribal affiliation such as Marines finishing basic or going on a hunt and face piercings were South Americans piercing their nose with bones to show social status." Her response: "Ewwww!"

Until recently, tattoos in Japan were associated with gangsters. I guess it's a kind of ritualized part of promotion within the group. The method of tattooing is done by hand rather than by electric needle; it supposedly takes hours and your back ends up ablaze with pain for days afterwards. It sounds awful and enduring the pain is clearly part of the ritual. The twisted rules they have really are kind of medieval.
Famously, in the case of a serious fuckup, they have to cut off their own finger. I do remember standing on a bullet train platform in Shin-Osaka, and relatively close to me there was this dour dude in a white suit with sunglasses talking into a phone and his pinky was a little stub. I decided to move the hell away from him and not look back.
Anyway, I also used to live in a city which hosted the headquarters of the Yamaguchi-gumi, which is the granddaddy of all yakuza groups; a number of splinter factions broke-off and formed sizable groups over its history as well. (It isn't a secret where it is located, large yakuza outfits actually publish in-house newsletters). Anyway, if you join a gym in a lot of Japanese cities, in the contract it says that tattoos aren't allowed. Most bathhouses as well. You can't say 'no yakuza', but that's what it means.
Me, because I have a teeny little tattoo on my back, my wife told me to keep it covered up so that some old fart at the gym wouldn't complain about me violating the rules. I'm all "Haruna, I'm clearly not some low-level chinpira" but she insisted that some old people are bored enough to go out of their way to complain about things like that. For a while, I actually put medical tape over it until the whole charade felt ridiculous. I ended up changing my clothes with my back facing the wall.

On a warm summer day in Odessa (Ukraine) 20 years ago, I remember riding an old Soviet tram and in front of me was (likely) a mobster wearing a wife-beater riding along with his big blow-dry haired, busty blonde girlfriend (Think Miami Vice!) (The democracy of public transit in civilized countries!) My paranoid wife forbade me from chatting up strangers, but I really wanted to ask him about his tattoo: On his back was this lovely Statue of Liberty drawn in the same green Bic ink I used to do my math homework in the 1980's. It must have HURT!

user84893093748959 Jr. Hamster Analyst 4d ago
This might be deeper that we realize.
I agree that this is more regret than grief, but...
To her, it is grief because she lost something she had... she didn't actually have it, but she did have it... she just didn't have it yet, but she actually definitely had it... or the hope of it... the thing in her mind that she had but not really real... she had the feeling of how awesome it would be when the time came for her to have what she was always going to have... but after what she choose to desire more than the thing she knew she'd have eventually when she wanted to want and have it.
confused yet?

Hamster wheel is doing a good job here. "Being sad you messed up your life does not mean you messed up your life" That took some rationalisation.
At least its helping her cope. Cats and wine and hamster wheels help fill the holes that are left by the arrogance of youth and beauty having the power to make poor choices.
You can see why the fellow didn't reply to her at first can't you? Available talent at that singles evening must have been very limited for her to get a shot.
She needs to accept that when it comes to family, that ship has sailed. 50 year old virgin -probably with autism or some anxious condition that has kept him at home on benefits could maybe be persuaded to try to knock her up but judging by the young hag face, the clock has already struck midnight.

I think you came up with a new definition Modern Women = The arrogance of youth and beauty having the power to make poor choices without accountability.
NotaBene Sr. Hamster Analyst 1w ago
If a woman's purpose in life is education, college, and career, she is correct. A woman like this did not necessarily mess up her life.
However, if a woman's purpose is marriage and family, she is a useless woman spewing massive amounts of cope.
I'd posit that if a couple holding hands in a department store triggers you, maybe you should learn something from that. Also, I am going to be that couple every time I go out, just to spite useless women like you. And to make it much worse: I will be that old, ugly, and poor (but happy) man with an adoring wife holding my arm everywhere we go in public, proving that you wasted your entire life for fleeting things that bring you nothing but sadness and loneliness.
Land_of_the_losers the-niceguy.com 1w ago
Yes but why can't she have it all, though? Why can't she have Rich Famous Chad and the high flying career with the corner office? Why can't she be SuperMom CEO with a maid, a cook and a steady rotation of younger Chad pool-cleaners while Rich Famous Devoted Father Chad is at his office all day, dammit?

Feeling grief when your mother died doesn't mean it was a bad thing. It means you're smart to recognize that bitch had to die!
Feeling grief when your dog ran away doesn't mean he brought you joy that you will no longer feel. It means you're smart to have left him unleashed outside!
Really, the entire feeling of grief is just your body's way of reassuring you that your life is a-okay. It's when you're feeling happy that you need to watch out: it means your life sucks and you need to divorce you husband and abandon your kids!
JFC. This woman is cancer to anyone idiotic enough to listen to her. No bitch, grief is a feeling evolved over millions of years to remind you of good things you lost or never had. We're not even the only animals to have it. Elephants visit the graveyards of their ancestors and orcas carry the bodies of their dead children. That's how universal it is.
Leave it to a woman to not only misinterpret something even monkeys understand, but then try to convince others to misunderstand it too.
It's one thing to say grief about losing something or someone is normal but you should temper it with memories of the joy you still have in your life. That's healthy. But denying that that grief means you desired this thing that will no longer be in your life, and trying to turn it around and say it actually means you were smart to never have it??? Are you kidding me?

Here's another way of looking at it: Women were renowned in chivalrous ideals as being empathetic and caring compared to men. They could understand other people's emotions even better than the person themselves! This either allowed them to manipulate others (as sociopaths) or become worn out from trying to "please everyone".
What if they're neither but like to think so?
Even a manipulative person will need to at least put aside their solipsism for at least a few seconds to get into the other person's head.
This woman's inability to feel REGRET (which requires self-criticism and reflection) versus "grief" (something bad that happened, but not her fault) is what caused this. It's not uncommon. It's why so many sociopaths wind up unhappy.
Heaviuh_Things 1w ago
Many of them too busy writing that fanfiction starring themselves in their heads.
They cannot feel regret just like Luke Starwalker can't get shot dead by storm troopers 15 minutes into the movie. It would mean that they are fallible...that they are selfish...immature...short-sighted...that their feminine intuition isn't always right. So yeah...they choose their pronouns, their adjectives and their own life narrative.
It would be funny if it weren't so damn destructive as well.
