We know that you want, height wise, a man in the top 5% of an attribute that is out of our control. Now, if that's your preference, cool. Just know that you have some stiff competition, and those guys aren't looking for bitchy (we'll get more into this) teachers approaching the wall.
You call men below 6'2" short and have the audacity to claim you respect us? You don't even know men, how can you respect us?
You want a fit man within a certain weight range. Again, fine. Again, the competition for those men is stiff and adding discriminators doesn't make your odds better. Oh, and he has to be a collegiate athlete. That's good. Those guys are everywhere, right?
Must have a new vehicle? Wow, let's look at the list:
The one thing you do have going for you is that he can't be clingy. This is good, because this man you described definitely will not be interested in clinging to you. You can put the need for the second pillow out of your mind - you won't be staying the night.
Let's be real, you will never find this man, because he doesn't exist... For you. You're too old, too useless, too demanding, and just too fucking common and replaceable to be anything except a Tuesday morning pump and dump after the gym.

You got the "he can't be clingy" bit wrong though. She wants commitment, what she doesn't want is to give affection. And any requests for affection on the man's part is considered "clingy-ness". It goes without saying that she most likely thinks she deserves to be showered with affection anyway.

I'm chuckling because I recently had a conversation with a middle aged female colleague of mine about middle aged men and classic cars. She sneered at men her age who drove "classic cars" because she said the newer cars had better performance which just goes to show how little she knows. I suppose she was excited about the "new car smell" or namely the smell of money freshly spent on a car.
In the meantime, she asked me to drive with her to homedepot to help her out and she drove a van older than I am (ok, exaggeration) and it was full of trash and I got mosquito bites. (Yes, I really did get mosquito bites!)
Another example of female logic on cars: I drive a 20 year old Hyundai Elantra while my wife got the Audi Q3 (used lease) that she dreamed of. Yet, we drive my car most of the time because she doesn't want to "put miles on her car" and then age it. We drove 800 miles (round trip) for one vacation and she didn't want to throw that onto her nice car. When she's a bit relaxed she'll admit it doesn't matter: I have the luxxed out model with leather, power everything and such so from the inside, it's a good ride.
It's amusing how they don't "get" that we could compare THEM to cars and how their valuation changes with age...

Cars are very much like women, considering that so many wait at the finish line like they are a part of the cash and prizes to be won.
I'm always saying "if you want to see how a man will treat you, look at what he drives." If you pick the man who is leasing his car and upgrades every few years over the man who drives an older and well-maintained vehicle, don't be surprised that you get traded in for a newer model!
If you pick the man who doesn't give a shit about the condition of his car (specifically, the parts that make it function) then he doesn't give a shit about the things that will make a relationship function.
A man who values his vehicle, maintains it, and cares for it is a man who can appreciate something (and someone) reliable and will take the tried and true over the flashy and new.

It's funny just how many women think that their "standards" are somehow unique. Yeah hun, you're the first one to think "tall, dark, and handsome" is a realistic goal for your partner. That's why there's literally thousands of romance novels describing just that kind of dude with Fabio on the friggin cover.
But, at least this one is letting you know she's a total chore from the word GO. Better than having such a major red flag obfuscated and finding out later one supposes.

Height queen is also a gold digger. How do I know she is a gold digger? Because a 2020 or newer vehicle is going to be very, very expensive, given the current lack of supply of new cars on the market. Not only that, but it affects the used car market too, so even a 2 year old vehicle is going to run very expensive too. 2 years old for a vehicle would hardly qualify as old anyways, so if she would want to claim that she is not asking for that new of a vehicle, she is wrong. So she either needs a guy who can afford to buy a vehicle that expensive or someone who would buy one without having the proper finances in place to actually afford one. Either way, she is asking for a great amount of financial investment from a man when she makes this request.
Side note: buying newer vehicles is often not a great financial decision, as you can most often buy a used vehicle for a far better cost/benefit outcome. Yes, the used car market is terrible now, so it might not help to be searching at this time. But the new car market is even more expensive. Also, you should not buy a vehicle to impress women, because the type of woman who consider you not having a new car a deal breaker is not the type of woman you want. Such a woman will only demand you spend more and more money on her and will never be happy even if you do such spending.

My advise to guys is to save up, wait for high interest rates to kick in, then buy that “dream car” with cash.
Never ceases to amaze me how people will willingly sign up for a 16% APR loan on a vehicle, simply because they can’t be bothered to drive a beater for a few years.

My wife and I have one car, it's 21 years old and worth well under the $4k we bought it for. I never wash it or think about it. But we often get comments on it, 21 years ago it was one of those "different looking" cars that people paid a bit more for but no one drives now.

A) wow, at "only" 5'11", I'm a veritable midget!
B) as if she even knows the difference. I say this all the time, but women are terrible at estimating height, length, distance, etc. Unless they work as a seamstress or in the skilled trades or some other career that requires a lot of measuring, they're downright atrocious at it. If you want to amuse yourself, ask a few to show you what 6 inches and various other lengths look like.
