This exactly what I don't understand. Some goals in life are time / age limited, and others aren't.
While there are pro football players in their 30s, if you want to be one, you need to have started in grade school or high school at the latest. You can't just walk onto the field at 30 and ask for a million dollar contract.
While there are fighter pilots in their 30s, if you want to be one, you need to start at 18 (enlist, military academy, or ROTC). You can't join the air force at 35 and ask to hop in an F22.
Similarly, while there are happily married wives at 40, most of them got married in their 20s/early 30s, which meant they started looking in their 20s, and learned what a good wife was in their late teens. You can't arrive at 45 and ask some guy to give you the 2 kids and a white picket fence that all the 45 year old wives currently have.
On the other hand, if you want to travel the world, you can do that all the way until the day you die (plenty of wheelchair-bound retirees see the world on cruises without even being able to walk unassisted).
If you want to "eat, pray, love" you can do that at any point in your life.
And yet women constantly choose the latter 2 and figure there's plenty of time to pursue a marriage, when the reality is exactly the opposite.

I'd love to see these nutjobs win. Women use much, much more deception to get a man than any man does. Who generally uses makeup and pushup bras? Or lies about wanting or not wanting children or a long term relationship? Or how many sexual partners they've had?

I don’t think the law will be tailored - but only certain cases will actually be brought. And it won’t really be the men’s cases. Not least because men are both so used to it and far less entitled they will shrug it off. They will also trot out their usual line of sex being more consequential to women anyway due to pregnancy
The concealing the gender might be an exception but in most cases that is going to be noticed. Pretty sure something like 80% or more of transwomen haven’t had “bottom surgery” for a large number of reasons

40+, easy. She's running heavy filters and foundation to cover up middle age hag marks to the point that you cannot even see the normal facial lines that even a 20 year old would have.
Hell, based on nose and mouth shape she should have a distinct philtrum - but it is completely blurred out by the filters.
Also modern cameras are good enough to pick up vellus hair under good lighting. She's either using an old camera or deliberately degrading the photo quality to hide skin damage.
