That post is why men have now assumed that whatever number she gives multiply by three (if not higher than 3). She’s 25 and already has a body count of 45. Unreal. Being generous and assuming she lost her virginity at 16 then over the last nine years she has averaged 5 men a year. Also she she says 45ish so she may not remember the exact number so it could be 50 frankly.
She doesn’t even get why men are appalled. Notice how she says “it was good stress relief and a way to connect and get human touch…”. Umm you know what else might do that. In all fairness, the cow is out of the barn so to speak and this is the situation overall with women today: By the time they start asking these questions, they've already done the deed. It's like asking if you should have eaten that donut after you've eaten it.
That's one of the few benefits to being a man: Life is super tough, on super hard mode, but at least by the time we're in our late 20's we have some perspective and can act upon it. We still have less than women do at that age, but we're more resourceful with it. We also have more time to so something with what we've learned.
I had a relative whose lovely and 23 over recently and she said she planned to pursue more degrees through her 20's and later "marry a rich man." I wonder if she was joking and I didn't pry, but from what I gathered, she is partying through her 20's and bagging money to ramp up her hypergamy. Her mother was able to making things work back in the 80's when she snagged my relative just as his career was about to take off and he was 27.
It seems strange today that back in the 1980's, a career woman who basically made a move on a normal guy whose 27 but with potential seems odd today. Many don't think about doing this until they're perhaps hitting 30. It's just 3 years, but that's not dog years, it's more like hamster years.

"Degrees" really just means living on borrowed money these days, and they plan to marry someone to make it joint household debt.
In a divorce, you generally have to set aside money for all debts before you can start splitting the remaining assets. So even with an enforceable prenup, a man that marries a woman with student debt is effectively paying 100% of her student debt the second he signs the marriage contract. It's like paying 100 camels to get a wife in the land of Ur when Abraham was still around, except it's more expensive today, and you don't get to have sex, or any help around the house, and you might not get to see the kids.

It doesn't just happen with the woman. I was chuckling at a recent news story about a guy who got student loan forgiveness after 10 years of working in some category and griped that it held his life back all that time. It wasn't for a lot of money. The total loan was $60,000.00
Now think about it: That sounds like a car loan. The guy let his life go on hold because, with a degree, he couldn't pay off a debt that many plumbers would pay off in under 5 years.
It's even more amusing at how he suffered. He was married and he was on a payment plan of $600/month which paid down $40K of the principal by year 10. Then he got the forgiveness on the remaining $20K. $600 a month? My utilities are about 1/2 of that. If he had just kicked it up $200 a month or so, like a mobile phone plan, he could have probably paid it off in half that time.
He suffered for 10 years because he couldn't up his payment plan by a few hundred bucks.

Man mine was twice that but I paid it off in 5 years. First year I did the same type of payment plan but realized I would rather just eat shit for a few years than be a true debt slave for 10+. Also whatever they write off you have to pay taxes on…so it’s not a write off. The same people claiming they can’t afford to put an extra 1 or 200 a month on it seem to always have a 900 dollar car payment and a new iPhone every 12 months. Priorities I guess.
Also to note no woman wanted to touch me with a 10 foot pole when I was paying off that debt aggressively (no money for vacation, etc). Yet now I am selfish for not wanting to take on some woman’s school debt? It’s amazing.

Some people need that painful reminder by actually handling cash to remind them of the value of things. It didn't make a huge difference to me. But my wife is a bit like Rainman in that she doesn't seem to understand how little things add up. I find it amazing myself that I get a credit card bill per month of at least a grand and it's full of small purchases: Going to the grocery store, gas, a few toys for the child, coffee. They all add up. It means that I exercise discipline in that saving a few dollars on all the transactions adds up to major savings later.
I never get into debt on credit cards and always pay them off each month and even find them useful to help track expenses (I can search by type of spending and so on.)

With my last ex the common phrase she always said was “you have to treat yourself sometimes”. Drove me insane. She couldn’t wrap her head around the fact that I did not see the value in buying a 2500 dollar peloton or something like that. This woman had ever nick back possible…while still living at home, not paying rent or a car payment and still had student loan debt after 8 years. I would always say I am going to reward myself with the lake cabin in 10 years, some just can’t think further than 2 foot in front of their face.

Look at the dating world now. Tinder was relatively new 7 years ago and far more closely used for it’s intended purpose. I don’t think anyone dreamed of writing bios about looking for relationships or people to help pay for their kids on it back then
So who knows what it would be like in 7 years. Red pill is also kind of spreading. Not really widespread but spreading. Even just cases like Rogan having on the Canadian guy who was reamed on child support and now can’t go home. He doesn’t have those kinds of guests often anymore though
But I imagine those states of men aged 18-25 who haven’t had sex in a year or more (which I think was a 30%) will extend to 50% or higher in that 7 years. Might even stretch to aged 18-30.
As to whether that is good or bad for your relative (desperation vs men learning to live without) - who knows

It did occur to me that her mother, who basically followed the traditional hypergamy career woman route of marrying a man who earned at least as much as she did, worked for her because she did this at the peak: Her Baby Boomer husband was one of a lot of men with good paying jobs and there were still relatively few career women back then compared to now.
My relative implied, I don't know if she was joking or not, that she wanted alpha bucks. She is hot, and successful, but will this be enough when alpha bucks by then will be even rarer? When she's 29 or so, most alpha bucks may have gotten married or even divorced and won't be in the mood for nonsense even with hot looking 29 year olds "ready" to settle down. The red pill may have even reached alpha bucks by then and they won't be ready to hand over all their wealth to a pretty career woman.
I think the true turning point will be when alpha/beta bucks do what this relative's mother did to her husband: When she earned (just a little) more than him, she got essentially a pre-nup: She kept her funds in separate accounts, kept her maiden name, and sent a signal "You don't own me because you don't earn as much as me" until her husband got a promotion and then she wanted the name and merged bank accounts.
She may find herself treated effectively as a mistress with HE insisting on keeping everything separate, no legal marriage (but a church wedding ok), and separate residences to avoid common law marriage.
Another funny observation: She apparently broke up with her past 5 boyfriends because they were chads and started "bossing her around" and she's "independent" and I have no idea what that means. If she was just shacked up with them, what does "bossing around" mean? I presume she went clubbing or didn't clean up after herself or something like that and she got irked that they had standards.

That has to be Dave Foley. They were on "News Radio" together back in the 1990s. Great show. That show was the peak of Dave Foley's career, and Joe Rogan's big break. When Phil Hartman's wife murdered him, the show just wasn't the same (though Jon Lovitz really tried to fill his shoes and was good), and ended up going off the air.
Dave Foley has never gone on to make "News Radio" level money again, but the Canadian family courts don't give a shit. His child support payments are still based on that level of income.

My point is that a larger proportion are likely to talk/think about Joe Rogan in that kind of way going forward.

I'm only a casual Joe Rogan fan. I loved "News Radio" and hated "Fear Factor" (which should have been called "Disgust Factor" most of the time). I really enjoyed his commentary on UFC. I don't think I've ever listened to a full episode of his podcast, but I'll listen to short chunks with guests I'm interested in. All of this to really say, I don't know that much about him, though I've casually enjoyed much of his work off and on for 25 years or so.
Is he a real anti-vaxxer, in that he opposes all vaccines like Jenny McCarthy, who blames her kids' autism on vaccines? Or does he, like me, stay up-to-date on all his shots, but not trust the rushed, unproven, too-heavily-pushed-by-entities-I-don't-trust covid vaccines?

I know that Peterson heavily advocates for traditional marriage thus making him very Blue Pill. I'm baffled why he was able to be labelled an alt-right figure.
He was made to look a bit silly on Question Time in the UK recently (from the clips I saw at least) but I think it was because he wasn't fully briefed on the format. It very much seemed like he was playing devil's advocate on some controversial positions rather than claiming to believe them. Thinking of it close to an "Oxford debate" style and that it would provoke discussion. Instead people thought those were his views and started attacking and screeching. And he isn't the type to ever just say "I was playing devil's advocate". I think because he finds the way people lose their minds and stop actually debating the points when someone says something the don't like fascinating. But perhaps I am giving him too much credit
I'll always be impressed by how he didn't absolutely lose it with Kathy Newman in the Channel 4 interview where she misrepresented everything he said and kept putting words in his mouth. And he still tied her in knots and landed a "gotcha" on her (sadly he has to say "gotcha" but I think that helped her because she really was floundering)

Solid rule of thumb regarding Peterson: any time he's on any sort of legacy media program, no matter which network or who's interviewing him, assume it's a hatchet job until proven otherwise.
As for his daughter, the short version is after he got famous she left her husband and their son to shack up with some lowlife thug because tingles. I don't know, but I suspect the fact her dad had achieved a degree of celebrity led her to think she was now a celebrity, which obviously meant she "deserves better."

Women have this sort of developed sense that comes to evaluating a guys social standing or hierarchy, it is usually what they use to distinguish the alphas between the betas easily (hate those terminologies). The thing women don't realize is that men also have a sort of sense that can easily pick up on all the nuances that a girl is very promiscuous. Guys do sense it, but through their desperation, try and deny what their subconscious is telling them only to later be cheated on or find out about her promiscuous past. Even if a women convinces a gullible guy with her wall of lies, even if the guy is denying his suspicion on her, cracks will eventually appear and reveal the truth.

Foreign women mighta been a better deal in the past but these days phones are cheap even in shitholes so there's nowhere immune to the corruption. Hypergamy is a thing but I disagree with the assertion that all women never stop shopping. If you're good enough and you have a good woman, you're pretty secure.
I'm a full time officer in the national guard and have a 2nd remote HR job. I'm making bank now. In the best shape of my life. Have a masters and working on my second, all paid for by the army.

I have now seem more than one profile (thankfully too many and one was actually someone telling me in the chat) where a woman describes having herpes and that they “got it from a narcissistic man”. As in I think I have seen that one two profile and been told it once.
That seems weird to me as narcissism has no relation to herpes. Makes me wonder if that is something from pop culture somewhere that women are repeating? The excuse I mean. Just seems strange for three different women to say the same

I get all the that. But the same excuse with the same wording three times starts to remind me of the “50 pound of petrol in my tank once a month or get out of my life” - which was a quote from a trashy land whale reality tv star in the U.K.
That one has appeared on more than one profile that has appeared on this very sub and I have seen it a few times myself being from the U.K.

As far as why so many use that particular phrase, who knows? This sub has had many wonder the same about many phrases that were incredibly ubiquitous. "My kids are my world" was the most common when I first started commenting here.

For all the jokes about men not understanding women, I'm more convinced every day that women understand men even less. Worse, most of them don't even make the attempt.
For all your average blue pill guy's social/sexual ineptitude, the dude's usually at least trying to figure out what he's doing wrong and what women want so he can aim for that.

I don’t think that would work. The example is too close to what we are actually talking about - sexual freedom. And women will bristle at any suggestion that a man should wish to limit that. You’d even get some who would try , with a straight face, to claim it wouldn’t matter
Any analogy or attempt to get this point across will need to be with a metaphor . Even then they’d reject it but it would take a moment and they would initially agree to the premise before saying it didn’t apply given the circumstances
