I know there are rules about revealing the face here, but I still would like to see it unedited. They post their pics on a public forum seeking attention. I guess I could reverse search and find it anyway - but hey, I guess in this litigious society lawsuits are a thing to be wary of. Just me complaining about extra steps, lol.
Anyway, nose rings are a 'tell' but I'd say the septum piercing is the absolute catch-all for 'liberal cunt' in my experience. Your point about the headshot prompted a thought from me: Why are so many pics of women on dating apps in the passenger seat of a car? How is the photo even taken? Is this from a dash cam rear view? It's like the bathroom selfies. Wouldn't it make sense to use a better photo even if cropped such as a vacation photo on the beach or at a restaurant?
As @First-light observes, I had to keep the nose ring in because if you're a woman wanting to literally cash in on lottery winning level assets, why not keep the nose ring in? Losing weight takes a major effort but yet removing a nose ring to attract someone should be minimal. For fun, I google AI'd it and returned:

The car seat photo thing is interesting. I had noticed it but not remarked on it but actually it is very worthy of remark. What is attractive about being driven somewhere? For one thing someone is driving her and it was either the last guy, the current guy she is denying exists or a friend. But if it is a friend, does she even have a car?
One theory I have is its just a selfie she took when going out somewhere. She didn't take it back at home because she was too busy being late for her lift out but once in Beta's/ orbiter's/ friend's car, she had time. She thought she looked good in it, so she used it later on a profile.
Another is her house is a true dump. A further one is the car is a private space where you can take a selfie to post on a profile without your current boyfriend seeing (but surely this can't be too often the case that a woman lacks greater ingenuity than that.
In all cases it shows that she just doesn't have to try. Sure you want some pictures that look effortless and unposed and so make you look genuine but these photos need curating a bit to make you look interesting in your real life moments. "Rides in cars" "Like all other women then" It looks like a symptom of laziness -like all she has to say is "has vagina, is on sale for 20 million"
Do guys use such profile pictures? I would expect a certain kind of guy to put in a car seat picture, the kind of guy who invests in a flash car to pull girls and who probably will always love the car more than any girl but do other guys?

There was a recent comparison made elsewhere comparing women showing off objects in photos to men holding fishes in dating profiles. The fish photo is a neat example of something people post because it's a photo THEY like versus one that necessarily would appeal to the viewer. Then again, are there many women who enjoy seeing men hold up a fish and those are the kind of gals a man would specifically want to, er, fish for?
Perhaps she enjoys being driven around because "leader" men enjoy driving her to places to eat and she feels good at that time. Someone recently compared modern women wanting to be treated like pets where all the woman does is eat (provided) food and groom herself. As you said, it's not just that her place may be a dump, but her car also and this is a happy moment for her in-between the slovenly misery of single motherhood.
Another aspect of the selfie is the "self" centeredness of it: You are taking a photo of yourself like Narcissus staring at his refection in the water. This goes for bathroom mirror selfies as well. They perhaps don't want someone else to snap the photo because they realize this means being JUDGED by others' direct gazes, even one whose a friend. The selfie camera is a machine, it won't judge her.

This "pet" analogy is a favourite idea of mine. Pet is what a modern woman has become. Do you want a pet or a helpmate? We all want a helpmate but they are hard to get and harder to keep as they tend to turn into pets once the children have got bigger and the idea of going back to work full time is unappealing to them.
A friendly dog is still a good pet -always pleased to see you, wants to go with you and worries if you are ill but most modern women turn into cats. -Does what it likes, is pleased to see you when it wants something, ignores you otherwise, occasionally scratches with minimal warning.
Yes I think that being taken out somewhere does seem to be their happy moment and their grooming will be on point then, so its logical they take these pictures. Its rather sad really that modern woman is caught in a trap of needing to be constantly courted. She feels she has been given value when she is taken out because what she receives in daily life has no real value to her. Food and home and protection are all guaranteed by big state and she can go and earn them by answering a phone if she wants. Entertaining women seems to be all men are good for these days in women's eyes.

I must quibble with you regarding cats and dogs. Yes, dogs are smarter and more skilled but these skills largely don’t apply to urban living. Few men need watchdogs or someone to assist on hunting. I chuckle because a dear friend divorced her husband because the husband was a loser, quite frankly, but she has to talk this HUGE dog several times daily and pick up its poop and wash it. Ever smell wet dog?
With the exception of one cat in my life, all of them for me were highly affectionate but I spoke their “language”. They have certain body language such as you close your eyes when staring at them and they take this as a sign of trust, for example. One of them got me the house I live in now because 3 families, including the one who sold me the house, adopted cats because he was such a charmer.
There’s a reason why spinsters are reputed to become cat ladies: They are low maintenance pets: There’s the yucky litter box but you can get automatic ones for about $500. You can put out dry cat food and water and go for the weekend and they’re ok but also will welcome you home, in their own cryptic way, but it’s sincere. Understand: They’re hunters so they display affection differently. You don’t hug your friends when you see them, but you do show appreciation for them.
I think men didn’t mind women as pets 30 years ago when women were more like cats in that even if you paid a greater share of the bills (hypergamy, of course) the women groomed themselves without fuss and fed themselves and might even share some of the food with you and at least showed a little affection from time-to-time. Now the women do act like (negative) stereotypical cats as you say.
That said, I was at a Petsmart looking at the adopted cats and one of them was this orange tabby charmer who looked at me and put his paws up to say hello and did a jump of affection. My heart broke. My 16 year old Persian would feel threatened if we brought home a kitten. Be warned: Once you understand their language, they will figure it out and charm you.

When it comes to the durability of cats, I often tell this story. When I was a teenager, my family went for a 3 week holiday one summer. In the process of getting ready for this holiday some suit cases were brought out of a shed. (You can probably see where this one is going already).
When shutting up one cat was not found. This was not a problem, the house had a cat flap to the food and water left in the kitchen that the neighbour would replenish from time to time. it was not entirely unexpected, cats after all come and go as they please and we lived in a wooded valley where there was good hunting.
3 weeks later we returned to still find no second cat (again no big deal, maybe he would come back in the evening). Then by chance I heard mewing coming from the shed. Opened the shed, out shot the cat very pleased to see me. Went straight to eat, not to drink as I thought he would. He was light but otherwise appeared normal. I forget how old he lived to be but it was over 20.
