WhereAreAllTheGoodMen Sidebar
We're just a bunch of clueless NiceGuys™ with kindness coins that don't seem to work in women's holes so that the sex we're "entitled to" falls out. Because apparently we weren't demonstrating good relationship material through the attention, respect and stability that women demand. We were only "pretending" to be nice just to get laid.
In response to r/niceguys, this forum is dedicated to exposing all the women who complain about wanting a "good man" after dating jerks and riding the cock carousel in the prime of their youth, and think they're deserving of commitment and financial stability when all they have left to offer is their depreciating looks, narcissistic mentality, used-up vaginas, and another man's kids.
Women in their 20s have numerous opportunities to date the decent men they claim to want, but many reject or friendzone these men for jerks and promiscuity. She takes advantage of a good dude's kindness for attention and favors, then accuses him of being a bad person who thinks he's entitled to sex.
But when she's in her 30s with depreciating looks, jerks who won't commit, the likelihood of being a single mom, and the social pressure from her married friends, she asks "Where have all the good men gone?"[1][2] Funny how back when she was chasing the bad boys "Being nice is the bare minimum", but now that she's past her prime and needs a bailout, she wants a man with nice guy traits.
Furthermore, dating jerks and riding the carousel before settling down with a good man is planned by many women, and encouraged by feminists. They then come to the dating market with unreasonable standards while offering little to no value themselves. Such women are totally unaware that the mature, stable men they now need are the same decent men they rejected, except these men remember the rejection and are responding in kind to avoid unstable, unappreciative women who view them more as ATMs than romantic partners.
The reason women end up here is because their behavior is not exposed as the lucid, self-destructive, feminist ideology that it is. And we're here to help Good Men guard their commitment and resources by exposing women who would make poor life partners and mothers of their children. Providing observations and opinions on the posts here allows us to better understand women's psyche and later depressive/miserable state when they are not held to a moral standard required for healthy, functioning relationships.

Stories like this are increasingly common, and I’m sure that I’m not alone in having seen variations of this phenomenon in real life. With a few variations, my former sister-in-law followed a similar path. The main difference is that she was the one who kept getting kicked out because she wouldn’t keep her legs closed around other men.
I don’t know how many pets she has now, but I know that for a while at least she was very post-Wall, heavily self-medicating, thrice-divorced, and living in her car. Ask me how sorry I feel for her.
I understand why no-fault divorce became a thing, and the reasons why it went from “unknown” to “ubiquitous” in a dozen years, but it’s clear now that it’s a terrible idea to allow women to make those kinds of decisions… especially when men are still forced to subsidize those decisions through asset splitting and ongoing monetary support.

Heavy metal band Slayer, which you would not approve of at all, has a song called Silent Scream which appears to condemn abortion, referring to it as sacrificing the unborn and sanctifying scornful behavior. I mention that because it shows women do not make good choices when allowed to do so.

Divorce should be treated more like labour laws. You want to quit yourself? Fine, the company won't pay you a dime extra. They're firing you for no reason? You get some money. They're firing you because you've fucked up? Yeah, tough luck. They fucked up and you want out? You get some money. But either way, the company will not pay you for the rest of your life.

Men owe women money after divorce but women don't owe men sex after divorce?
Doesn't make sense

Unless you’re a cop in the US.. in that case you can straight-up murder a guy (as long as he’s white, anyway), have your buddies do an “investigation” that clears you of wrongdoing, claim PTSD from the incident, and retire with a fat, lifetime pension.

First-light Jr. Hamster Analyst 10mo ago
Poor little victim. That is how women like this are raised to view themselves. The victim is the poor ex husband who has lost and is losing the fruit of his labour. He is made a slave by her -he works for another for no pay.
The laws have a long way to go before they are fair for men. Meantime, never ever marry.
fskfsk 10mo ago
Since they were married for only 3 years, in most states this means she only gets 1-3 years of alimony. The man is probably clear by now.
There was another post here regarding alimony. They lived in a state where, after 20 years of marriage, you are entitled to alimony for the rest of your life. You guessed it, she divorced her husband after 20 years and 1 month of marriage.

Based on the grammar this was written in and her parents having disowned her, this was probably in India and she got a lump sump of 80 Lakhs and the guy was free and clear of this hoe. It’s a lot of money for a dude to come up with at that age. Probably wrecked him financially
No-Stress-Cat 10mo ago
Or cohabitate. Not even for one day. In some places that automatically means you're married under the law, and she is fully entitled to everything.
Justanaverageguy 10mo ago
Everytime I’ve tried dating women they always always always get around to “so when are we going to live together?” One didn’t even ask, she just basically said “hey I’m moving in with you” and I said “like hell you are”. Then she gave me the “I’ll never marry someone I haven’t lived with” and I said “ok cool cause I don’t want to get married either”. My house is my house, I’m not running a motel 6 and me not wanting to have a roommate doesn’t mean I’m a commitmentphobe. I just enjoy my space and my peace.

There is literally no place in the western world where that is true. In the US, “common law marriage” only exists in a small handful of states, and in the few states where it does exist it takes quite a lot of time - usually several years.
Common law marriage is a relic of a time when it might be months or even years between the time an itinerant preacher would visit a remote village and marry all the couples who had started living together since the last visit.
The sudden popularity of “shacking up” ushered in by the Sexual Revolution put a stake through the heart of common law marriage. People were living together “without benefit of clergy” (that’s the actual phrase everyone used)… not because there was no other way, but because they chose to. We couldn’t recognize that people (read: women) were legally married even though they were acting like wives, now could we?
Of course that spawned what we used to call, “Palimony,” which allowed women to receive alimony from men they had deliberately never married… because the one part of “patriarchy” that feminists cling to is the legal and moral obligation of men to take care of women no matter what.
Some of the Commonwealth countries take a much harder line on common law relationships than the US does. I understand that Canada is particularly bad: where some provinces assign “husband” responsibilities to men in as little as a few months of cohabitation.
And all of that is independent of the responsibilities men face if a woman unilaterally chooses to give birth, even though abortion is available everywhere. (The belief that recent Supreme Court decisions outlawed abortion anywhere in the US is a myth: a scare tactic used to get LIVs (Low Information Voters) to vote for Democrats.
Obviously I’m not advocating non-marital cohabitation, but the idea that common law marriage is common (in the US anyway) and immediate is another one of those manosphere myths that Just. Won’t. Die.

People should broaden their perspectives and look beyond their ethnocentrism. The Manosphere isn't exclusive to just the western world. What I said was "in some places". There are men in this forum who live in other countries where this does exist. One would have to be naive to think that just because it doesn't (usually) happen here in the western world that it can't happen here, or that it won't happen here. Laws change, and as long as governments are backing the entitlement of women at the expense of men, nowhere is safe.

Here in Brazil, however, it's fucked up. União estável - stable union, in a literal translation - is the equivalent of the common law marriage, and while it used to exist a time requirement (two years of cohabitation, if I'm not mistaken), nowadays it's pretty much the judge is convinced that you've presented yourselves as a married couple.
Meanwhile, we have a total separation of assets kind of marriage - the couple gets married, but their finances (and debts) don't. A prenup is required (and they're not usually tossed in the trash like in other countries), but it's far cheaper than rolling the dice on the união estável.
Fun fact: instead of marriage, you can also go for a união estável declaration. It works pretty much like a marriage certificate, just minus the whole "oh, they're married now". The prenup and total separation of assets are also possible in this case.

Not that I doubt you, but I asked a LLM to give me a summary of where it was still in effect.
The answer: Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Montana, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, District of Columbia. Limited form of it in New Hampshire and Utah.
It also states that simply living together isn't enough, its duration, mutual consent and public declaration are other factors.
Just interesting where it is still happening. Something to consider if a man is in those states.
lurkerhasarisen A Strategist Among Tacticians 10mo ago
Yep: six states (only one of which has a large population) have common law marriage, two states have a limited form, and one territory (DC). It’s surprising how many people think all 54 states and territories have automatic common law marriage, and that it goes into effect the first time she leaves a hair elastic in your house.
GimmeTheUsual Sr. Hamster Analyst 10mo ago
Though the law is heavily skewed to favor women anyway, I wonder if there are additional risks due to lack of anti-squatting laws in different states (or lack of any such protections).
If she isn't married to you, and common law marriage isn't a possibility, what would stop her from just claiming you're some guy that shouldn't be living there? She could call the police and have you removed if your name wasn't on the lease for some reason. Other places may be even more lax than that.
Just something that occurred to me.

I hope that six months of "happiness" (aka adultery) was worth a lifetime of anxiety and loneliness, you lying thief. Even if you pay back all the money you stole from that good man, it would still never get you close to even.
Women, take note of this trash. Go down this road, and no one will feel sorry for you except your poodle.

She did it because her friends (probably all single) suggested it. If they said "Janet you're being a dumb bitch, what are you doing?" she wouldn't have done it.

Women are dumb, and access to dick is why.
Women will continue to see themselves at their peak so long as a man is trying to fuck them. They won't notice it at first but, eventually, the quantity and quality of offers will diminish. They'll be forced to make a choice: accept the hard truth and try to secure what you can with what you have left, or do an ever degrading series of sex acts to try to keep the attention of men who have more options turning 18 every day.
GimmeTheUsual Sr. Hamster Analyst 10mo ago
So true.
I maintain (and others have before I've stated it), that social media is the firehose of available men that make women absolutely crazy.
It worked in small communities and limited social circles, but now, expand to anywhere a woman goes in any given radius she happens to be, then you're asking for massively destabilizing forces at work.
The pendulum may swing back, but not before a whole generation burns up their potential as future mothers, unfortunately.

She doesn't regret her actions, she regrets that her actions had consequences.
Edit: And let's be real - this isn't even about this parasite ending up alone. This is about this parasite not having anyone around to pay her bills and she's too old and fugly to trick another sucker into paying alimony again, or she'd just be doing that instead of throwing a pity party.
