The other day I went on a coastal walk with a work friend (female). We both have dogs and I usually upload photos of my dog/ activities with dog to my Instagram story. I don’t commonly upload other people in my stories.
We were sitting down and I recorded a short IG story which captures my friend giggling abit (not capturing her face, just hand and abit of upper body), patting her dog, who looked happy , and then panning into my dog who also looked happy and then video ending with about two seconds of ocean.
After uploading that story a few people 2-3 asked who’s that etc. I didn’t think much of it at the time but now I’m not too sure how it will be perceived ie) friend or potential romantic partner etc, but given people asked who’s that etc, its probably more romantic.
For women I have on Insta that were interested in me, but I haven’t met yet or have met once - would I have shot myself in the foot? I’m not sure if it would be a sign for them to give up/ get turned off, or if it’s not that deep, or maybe it’s beneficial?
Would appreciate an independent opinion on the situation.

bro you're overthinking this shit. it'll be ok. the girls you have added won't know if it's your sister or some rando or some friend. the people messaging you are nosy and hoping it's a soft launch

Its OK. There are some paranoid women who are looking to see if you might be a player because they have been badly burned by players (and will probably get burned again anyway) but there are also far more who will be glad to see that you are pre-approved. Some woman is comfortable with your company. That's a plus.
