Today I realized how big of a disadvantage 80% guys are at on Tinder.

I myself don't use the app, but today I was on the bus and saw a girl on the bus using the app. This girl is a solid 6.5 - 7; about 25% bf, cute face, decent body, around 28. The biggest and most important concept in dating that so many men just don’t understand is the concept of supply and demand.

I am a big supporter of the idea that dating is essentially a business and getting laid is kind of like making sales in a business. A crucial factor in determining whether your business (dating life) will be successful is to first look at supply and demand.

Let’s analyze your city (where you are currently living) for a minute.

Ask yourself: Are there actually enough women living around me such that meeting them via mobile dating apps / online dating sites would be possible?

The answer to this question is of HUGE importance in whether you’ll be successful with Tinder vs whether you’ll waste 3 months chasing fake bots disguised as hot women. Trust me… we at Hookups On Autopilot know… we’ve tested it.

Do this exercise for me right now… I want you to go to Google and search the following exact phrase:

“Wikipedia [your city name] population”

For example, for my city of New York, I searched:

“Wikipedia New York, NY population”

Here is what I saw in google search results:

Click on the Wikipedia article and you will get a good idea of how many people are in your city…

Alright… so on the right side of the Wikipedia article on my city, the first thing to check is the metro population, which is just over 20 million people. I can see that the city itself has a population of around 8.5 million people. And the next most important thing for me to look at is the population density, which we can see is 28K people per square mile. Keep in mind that the population density here is the density of people within a mile of each other throughout the entire state (not just the city). Your city’s population could be higher or lower. For the purposes of Tinder, a higher city population density is much better.

The next thing we want to look at is the male to female ratio and the age groups of the city that we live in, so go to google and search:

“[Your city] male to female ratio”

The first result shows me that currently the population consists of 53% women, and 47% men. For Tinder, you want a higher female population than male population. This makes NYC a winner since a majority of people in NYC are female.

Now the final thing to look at is the age group and how many of the women in NYC are within the age range that I would possibly hook up with. Let’s find that out now… Go to Google and search for:

“[Your city] Age demographics”

For my search, I came across an excellent resource and here is a screenshot of my findings:

Now that we have all the data gathered, let’s make some quick calculations:

If I live in Manhattan and my goal is to meet girls who are age 18 to 39, then how many women will I have access to (in the best case scenario)?

**Use this formula:

TOTAL CITY POPULATION x (PERCENTAGE OF FEMALES/100) x (COMBINED AGE PERCENTAGES/100) = TOTAL WOMEN AVAILABLE IN YOUR CITY**

In my case, this comes out to:

8,550,405 x (53%/100) x ((7.1%+9.4%+8.5%+7.3%)/100) = ???

8,550,405 x (53%/100) x (32.3%/100) = ???

8,550,405 x (0.53) x (0.323) = 1,463,743

So, basically I have almost 1.5 million women to choose from who live around me (near enough to drive to me to meet up for a date).

Now, it is not likely that all 1.5 million of these women have Tinder installed in their phones. But, it IS likely that they have at least one of the many dating apps currently available installed on their phone. This is why I highly recommend downloading like 5+ different dating apps and using programming software to have your computer swipe right on girls and match with girls while you sit back, relax, and drink a smoothie or something.

Let’s go a bit further in our analysis and we will soon realize that a certain percentage of the girls who ARE using a dating app are ugly, fat, or unattractive, but there is no way to know statistically how many girls are ugly. This is why I recommend getting an auto-swiper and swiping all the girls within 25 to 50 miles of you and just letting the matches trickle in. Then, YOU can be the selector and CHOOSE which girls you want to go out with, and which girls YOU want to ignore.

Side Note: Men who are extremely attractive want to avoid swiping right on every girl because that would result in 10,000+ matches and it would be hard to sort through the girls at that point, but if you are an average guy who has made a big effort to max out your looks, you should be swiping right on every girl because chances are you still will not be getting 10,000+ matches like a male model would.

What to do if you live in a city smaller than 1 million people and you want to use online dating to meet women:

As I mentioned in the last paragraph. NOT EVERY girl who lives in your city is going to have 1 specific dating app installed on her phone. In order to be able to have a shot with every girl in your small city, you should install every dating app that your city is known to use. For example: in my hometown of Columbus, Ohio, a lot of girls also use Okcupid and POF. So, in order to have access to the most amount of girls possible in the city of Columbus (which only has a 700,000 population BTW) I would download Tinder + Okcupid + POF + many other apps, and start auto-swiping using my computer and just set everything on autopilot. Then I would come back a few days later, and start messaging girls who matched with me and whom I am interested in.

What to do if you live in bumble-fuck Kansas:

Stop reading the stuff I have on this site regarding dating apps and online dating. That stuff will most likely not work for you, because you need a population of at least 1 million people living around you in order for dating apps / online dating to work.

City Population is Inversely Proportional to Your Required SMV when it comes to online dating:

What does that mean?

It means that the lower the population of the city that you live in, the higher your sexual market value needs to be in order to get laid with the hottest girls in that city.

This is great because it essentially means that you don’t have to have model looks to bang models in big cities.

However, if you live in a small city and you look average… even if you max out your looks and try to be the best version of yourself, you may fall short because the atmosphere is more competitive there. The demand is high and the supply of women is short. Hence, a small group of men with good looks are usually banging all the super-hot girls in that small city.

Moral of the story: Don’t limit yourself by living in a small city. Move to a big city and have great logistics and you will be able to sit on your ass and get laid with models off of a cheap dating app like Tinder (even if you’re just an average looking guy).

I'm not great looking, but I'm not bad either. I'm probably top 33% maybe, and I had tons of luck on Tinder in the one year I was on it. I had sex with 20 women from it, and could have had even more if I didn't date some of them for periods of time. It's pretty goddamn simple, swipe right on every one and talk to the ones you want, don't be a douche (never talk about sex), tell them where to meet you, escalate things hard on the first date, and then invite them back to your place and fuck them hard. I never had much much dating luck prior to Tinder, but it made it so fucking easy for me. I read about all these guys having such a hard time on there, but I'm pretty average and it worked like a charm for me.

Lots of people go to med school out of societal pressure from family and general expectation of being a provider. If someone pursues higher education for these reasons theyre still blue no matter how booksmart they are.

Go to medical school because you are passionate about what it is you're studying and want to help people.. Not just for comfortable living. Go to music school if you're passionate about music. yes you can actually. there's plenty of guys who don't lift and they are living life on their own terms, achieving their goals, living their dreams. some of them are pudgy or have noodle arms, and that's because they don't give a shit about what people and women especially think about them, they have more important things to worry about.

lifting is not a big part of it all, it is a part, and one that you can decide for yourself if it is a part you want or not.

this is an unpopular opinion, but the blue pills who took the red pill are becoming slaves of the red pill. if the red pill doesn't work the way they want it to, they then move on and become slave to a new master, a new label, a new mantra.

i'm not saying don't lift to spite trp, i'm saying don't be a slave.

I am a personal believer that you can't feel good about yourself if you do not lift or exercise in general but maybe that is just me. Put those pudgy noodle arms "self respecting" people up near buff dudes with strong firm bodies and you will notice how insecure they are gonna get from 0 - 100. That "idgaf" frame is going to be crushed fast and they will feel jealousy and spite and lack of worth which are all the traits of a bitch. If you were lifting and you looked great then you wouldn't feel those things. You'd think "good on you man, you work on yourself and that is awesome" instead of silently hating yourself wishing you looked like that. Reminds me of this quote.

Deadlifts, jogging, benching, cardio, leg day, any physical activity is really necessary if you want to be the best version of yourself. Neglect some or any of those and you will be wishing in some time that you'd be doing it sooner. Tho I do agree about people repeating stuff like a parrot, it is annoying to me, too. Last two paragraphs were spot on.

PS: Dgaf attitude works to an extent. You can't go overboard extreme on it but just some is fine. Look at HAES fat slobs. Look at hobos and homeless people. Those are all "DGAF" that were taken to an extreme length. Good questions.

Steel cut oats (unsweetened, unprocessed oatmeal) is great for you. Especially good for breakfast in addition to eggs.

Fruits are okay in moderation. When you eat whole fruit, you eat the skin, which is high in fiber and slows the sugar absorption.

Fruit juice is not good for you. Even if it doesn't have added sweetener. This is because with fruit juice, you are consuming all the fruit sugar but none of the fiber so you'll get a sugar rush followed by a crash.

I don't consume honey, it'll have a similar effect as raw sugar. Maybe consider it as a slightly better alternative to wean you off sweets. But try to give it up in the long term.

I used to consume sugary food without fail every day. Loved chocolate with a passion. I've cut out all of this (somehow) for months now and I feel so much better, and I don't really crave chocolate anymore. I've trimmed so well (I also go to the gym now) so bulking up nicely.

I'm 32 years old. I used to run and lift. Now I just lift intensely and eat clean. When I lift, I go for an hour and don't rest much between sets (except for deadlift, squat, and bench). Keeps my heart rate up. I'm in better shape now than in my 20s.

I know a lot of people really into long distance running, biking, etc., and many have bellies and frail looking limbs. It's great they do what they enjoy but I prefer the build I have. In my experience, short intense workouts (lifting in particular) coupled with clean eating shreds fat much faster than cardio, but to each their own.

You make a good point about age. It'll be more difficult to maintain a six pack as I get older but abs mostly come from diet so it's still possible to keep them for a long time.

Yes. You can still lose weight if you drink beer. You can lose weight eating anything if you're in a deficit, but being smart about choices sure does make it a hell of a lot easier. I.e. eating 500 calories of chicken breast and broccoli rather than two 20z bottles of Mountain Dew.

Preferably no alcohol at all and if so, very moderated. Yeah, we can avoid drinking up too many calories by going with heavier ABV% drinks such as cuervo at 96 calories per 1.5oz and get pretty fucked up. However, alcohol does stall weight loss by making the metabolization of the alcohol a priority. This means that your body is now focusing on metabolizing that alcohol that you consumed rather than oxidizing your fat.

I disagree on drinking whatever the fuck you want. You're not getting ripped abs drinking coke all the time. Drinkable calories will go down easy and your body does not have to work hard to break them down (this includes blended smoothies or juices). This will leave access sugar calories that exceeds your body's needs and will turn into fat.

Cut out all drinks that has any shred of sugar. If you can't do it right away, do it slowly. Read the fucking nutrition labels and cut down on the amount of sugar you're drinking slowly. The goal is to cut out any drink that has sugar (maybe except milk). Don't shoot for mediocre. Shoot for excellence.

I believe there's a very good scientific argument for the paleo diet. 10,000 years ago (or even just 1000 years ago) man's diet was vastly different than it is today. We evolved over millions of years, so that time frame is really just a drop in the bucket when it comes to what our bodies have evolved to eat.

Think about it this way though, take two different scenarios: one, you eat nothing but steak and always eat until you're full; and two you eat nothing but doughnuts and always eat until you're full. What do you think the caloric difference would be between the two diets?

In my experience, carbs are "cheap" calories. They're not just cheap monetarily (1000 calories of carbs will cost you vastly less than 1000 calories of protein), but they're cheap in the sense that it's easier to eat more and they generally taste better. I tend to be a paleo evangelist because I lost 20lbs in 6 months by doing nothing other than eating paleo.

It's also not as simple as you explain it. For example, calories in vs. calories burned is not that simple. There is a concept called net energy. If you were going to eat an extra 200 calories a day, would you choose a can of coke or carrots? Your body will use almost no calories to digest the coke. Your body will use almost as many calories to digest the carrots as you have taken in. Net calories provided AFTER DIGESTION is critical.

The only positive with what you suggested is the increase in protein which will spare/create muscle.

There have been studies done on body composition that showed when calories and protein are constant, it didn't matter whether the rest of the calories other than protein were carbs or fat, body composition/fat loss was constant. The problem is that it is such an extreme oversimplification, that it doesn't help at all with fat loss or muscle gain, for all the reasons you stated.

Yes, pure calorie restriction will make people lose weight. But more often than not, that weight will be muscle instead of fat. Making the people more susceptible to get fatter if they eat just a little over their calorie consumption.

Calories in, calories out is a total failure because the ideal human state is not being just skin and bones but having healthy muscles, and because it requires an iron will that is better used for weight lifting.

I suppose I should have elaborated a bit. My point may be better stated as "it's not as simple as calorie in, calorie out". A calorie of soda will cause the body to do something completely different than a calorie from a whole food source. The body may store that calorie from soda as fat, and trigger other calories to be stored as fat as well, whereas the calorie from a whole food would be used to repair/build muscle or other key parts of the body.

Also, drinking a "zero calorie" sweetened drink like vitamin water or Coke Zero triggers the body to store fat and causes a whole host of other problems, even though technically the next energy change is zero.

While you are technically correct about calories in/calories out, the amount of energy it takes your body to digest, convert, utilize and store consumed calories differs drastically depending on the format in which they are consumed. You can significantly alter your "out" by changing the format of the "in".

Consuming 2000 calories of refined sugar in a liquid/gelatin medium will have a different impact on your bodyfat than consuming 2000 calories of meat and veg.

Protein calories don't stay in your system though. You piss away any you don't use. So from that standpoint, protein is good for weightloss. But if you're eating at a caloric deficit, that doesn't matter because you'll use all the protein you eat.

Yes, our bodies defy the laws of physics, more precisely thermodynamics.

They don't. Yet they are far more complex than simple Physics. Let me explain you and all the other calories in=calories out fans.

The main issue here is how the calories in food are measured. It's an very old method (based in 19th century) and has nothing to do how humans process food. But even if that issue were removed, calories in=calories out would not be 100% true.

Example 1: Effect of alcohol

I'm sure most here have consumed alcohol fasted and just after eating a lot. It's common knowledge that drinking after eating delays and diminishes effects of alcohol. So you clearly get a different response from taking the exact same amount of alcohol, what changed was the surrounding conditions (eg food or no food). Your logic would say: same amount of alcohol = same effect.

Now the real calories example.

Example 2: Calories as Orange or as Orange Juice

You take up the same amount of calories, once by eating an orange and once by drinking orange juice. The difference here is that the fruit contains a lot of fibers which are depending on orange choice mostly or totally missing. As we have seen with alcohol, the context (or here the matrix) matters. Fiber will delay the uptake of nutrients which has at least 2 effects.

1) lower spikes of blood sugar which leads to different hormonal responses (insulin) which triggers different biochemical pathways or balance of them (for example storing glycogen or storing fat).

2) Delayed uptake means a lot more of the food you eat gets eaten by your gut bacteria and never even reaches your system. That's also why taking lots of fiber will make you fart more because your gut bacteria get more food and hence produce more gas. This is best know to people with lactose intolerance were all of it gets consumed by bacteria because they miss an enzyme that splits up lactose into glucose and galactose.

So this is a great example were you take up same amount of calories but with vastly different effects.

Conclusion

calories in = calories out is bullshit. It's something you can tell the guy that weights 500lbs but not if we are talking about reducing body fat and seeing abs.

Cardio. Cardio. Cardio. Lost over 100 pounds a couple of years ago and I had the same problem. Cardio decreases ghrelin (hunger harmone) so that you don't want to eat a fuckton after your workout. Strength training tends to have the opposite effect where you want to eat a horse. Not saying that you should omit it entirely, but make cardio the mainstay while you're dieting to lose fat.

I am also suffering during lifting as I feel I am weak. But the good thing is that I am loosing fat quite fast. (From 95 kg to 78 kg in 4 months) I have cheat days and high calories days to keep myself motivated. It is worth it. My face is leaner, my jawline is visible and I get more IOIs than ever before.

My goal is to reach 10 - 12 % BF and build some muscle(not too much) till I reach 79 kg. It is hard...quite hard but you won't get to the top 10% of men easilly..it makes sense. Willing to do this for two additional months, then I'll increase my calories intake to 2000- 2200 a day

I've been making some real progress all summer working toward a 6 pack. I've successfully cut a lot of belly fat out that I still had from years of eating like shit and drinking way too much alcohol/soda.

I've been eating a diet about 1500-2000 calories per day.. Mainly plant based. For protein, my go to is grilled chicken breast, or salmon. Throughout the day I'll eat a handful of almonds every hour or so. I try to think of eating as a "punch per calorie", as in getting the most nutrients I can per calorie. I kind of just wing nutrition so I'm not sure if I'm doing this right. I mostly estimate my daily caloric intake with just ballpark ideas based on google searches for "calories in a serving of tuna" and stuff like that. Don't drink sugary crap or eat garbage processed food from the center of the grocery store. Eat REAL FOOD.

For my exercise routine, I go to the gym every day. I alternate between upper body and lower body. Lots of people here might shit on me for this, but I just stick to the machines. I'm still ignorant of proper lifting and have been really procrastinating on getting educated with free weights.

I start out with a mile run at the fastest I can go.. Usually set the pace on the treadmill for 9.0 at this point and gradually go up to 9.5 by the end. At this speed I usually make a mile in 6:30 to 6:45.

Afterwards, I do a sit up routine I learned on youtube. I can't find the video anymore, but it goes like..

-1 set of 20 reps reverse crunch

-1 set of 20 reps jackknife sirup

-30 second plank

Repeat 4 times.

After this, I just do all machines that are designated for upper body (shoulder press, bicep curl, rows, lats pull down, chest fly, etc..) or lower body on leg day. For every machine, I do 4 sets of 12 reps. Obviously push yourself and add weight as you get stronger.

In the last month, I've also been going for bike rides on top of the gym routine, Usually 5-10 mile rides.

I have no idea if I'm doing it right or if I can do it better.. I'm pretty new to gym life (started last march) but I've seen great progress so far.

Theoretically, yes you should be able to do IF if you want to put on muscle. It really is just a strategy that 'coaxes' your body into burning fat while being able to eat 1 or 2 man sized meals. If your metabolism requires you to eat 5000cal/day, personally, I couldn't eat that in a 6 or 8 hour window. Also, that is a fuck load of calories. Unless your running up mountains all day I find it hard to believe you wouldn't be putting fat on. Just jack your protein up to 1-5g/lb of body mass, lift heavy like your life depends on it, and you'll put on muscle.

I do a lot of MMA and workout on gymnastic rings. If you want abs that is the way to go. Check out any gymnastic dudes. They have best of both worlds. Example. The best thing is yea you can work out 6 days a week (recommended taking a day off). Lifting weights breaks down your body and you need that 48 hour rest period. Body weight workouts is what humans have been doing forever.

I do. My jiu jitsu coach taught me a few Upside pull ups Dips Deep pushups using a chair

If I don't have enough time in the day to do all I normally always do the pushups. I can get a full upper body workout by allowing my arms to come above my head and pulling back. It is not about the # of reps you do it's about the quality of it. Go slow and do it correct. Here are some other great ones.

Boxing checking in. I've been in boxing since I was about 8. Boxing is mostly cardio but when you throw in lifting you are solid. I've had an 8 pack since I was 12 and a 10 pack at 16. I've been close to a 12 pack but then I get lazy. I'm 6'6" by the way, and always have been tall for my age. So results may vary.

I'm of the mind that the most effective way forwards is to cut down to 8-9%. You won't like how you look at first. You'll be skinny. But you'll be able to see your progress much better. And me personally, I find low BF people more attractive than the standard American norm of 15-35%.

Cut first, and then slow, slow bulk, no more than 2 lbs a month on CLEAN food. 10-20% carbs max, 20% protein, rest healthy fats. Will take you a year, but you'll be a new man at the end of it.

Nope.

You keep lifting to give your body a reason to not cannibalize your muscle. When in starvation mode (losing weight), the human body saves its fat stores, and instead eats muscle for energy.

Give it a reason to keep the muscle around. You'll still lose some muscle, that's unavoidable. But you'll lose a lot less if you keep stressing your muscles under load.

The only benefit of keto is that it reduces cravings, which making it easier to control urges for people who have shit self control. If you aren't eating at a deficit though, you won't get different results than eating the same amount in shitty food. The whole point of keto is to make it easier to eat less.

The only reason keto makes you lose weight is because carbs are so incredibly calorie dense. People eat a sandwich and think they're being healthy when really the bread alone has 500 calories in it.

Also it's hard to binge eat meat and veggies, which is the problem most fatties have. Good luck eating 10 chicken breast in a row, but put a bag or doritos in front of a hamplanet and that fucker is gone in 5 minute.

I have to disagree as the "keto effect" is still up in the air. I can't say you are wrong, but I can say there is more to it then "Poeple are just over eating carbs". Having done keto myself.

I do believe the two biggest factors in the keto is:

You feel fuller/satisfied off fats way better then carbs (so you are kind of right). So it feels like you are eating more on keto then you are usually. Fats are slower to digest so you stay full for MUCH, Much longer. I usually go half a day before I even eat breakfast, because of the meal I had the night before.
Keto does seem to have an effect on how your body uses its energy, and the priorities change. It does seem to target body fat first over anything else it can find, and replacing the body fat seems to be less rapid too.

Not a lot of studies able to support me or you right now, but I have had lots of poeple I know do keto and they seem to come to the same conclusions I have. They were unable to lose weight on low cal diet, but it seem to MELT off on keto (3++ pounds a week). But we are also talking 300++ pound people here. So this maybe not the target market of this post.

All I know is, I am on keto right now and I just feel "Different" when I am on it. Brain seems to work faster, and I general have more energy. On a side note, I am happy to see this much talk of Keto on this sub latly, third post i have read in the last 2 days pretaining to Keto. Lots of naysayers who have never tried it, and praise from those who has. Havn't seen one person who has tried it for a long while and not gotten results. Good to see.

Small correction, fat is the calorie dense macro. Carbs and protein come in at 4 calories per gram as opposed to fats containing 9 calories per gram.

But I do agree with your point that binge eating empty carbs is much more likely to happen than your average person getting a guy from lean proteins and sauteed spinach or roasted asparagus.

I've had a lot of success with paleo too, but I think the type of foods the paleo diet forces you to eat keeps you from eating as many calories. Carbs are cheap calories, you can pack them away fast and quickly after get hungry again. Eat a nice 16oz ribeye and you'll feel full for a good long while.

Beef jerky is one of my go tos for calorie counting. When you compare the nutritional value of a 6.5oz of jerky (if you don't make your own), versus a lot of other foods. You get a far higher amount of protein versus calories than with other foods. Protein shake in the morning with orange slices and strawberries or raspberries in the smoothie, and apple slices for breakfast. 6.5oz bag of Jerky for lunch with an orange, baked chicken breast with cauliflower for dinner. And you can get in at 1700 calories pretty easy while still getting over 100 grams of protein.

Problem with jerky is that it's a cured meat which creates nitrates in the process as well as other carcinogens because it's sustained high temperature cooking.

Eating some a little is fine but you don't want it as your staple.

That said if you do make it a staple, trying to counteract it with lots of veggies would be wise.

That's essentially what I do. Jerky day is only twice a week at the most. It's a lunch time meal typically for when I'm on the go and don't want to eat fast food. That said, I eat fruit in the morning and typically in the evening with veggies. Last night was squash and zucchini with apple slices with submerged broiled Pork tenderloin (essentially an open boil).

Tuna packs can get oppressive after a few days around lunch time.

I follow StrongLifts 5 by 5 protocol. I also do incline and decline presses every lift day.

Instead of doing it 3 days a week, I do 2 days of StrongLifts, one day of cardio, 2 days of StrongLifts, then another day of cardio.

Inserting lifts into a kettlebells routine sounds like a good mix. Good job brother.

Make sure to give yourself a solid day off every week.

Was following Pavel's "Simple Sinister" kettlebells protocol for around a year, saw some solid gains in the legs and lower abdomen. My obliques are sick.

Turkish get-ups were brutal at first.

Switched 5x5 to build chest and shoulders. So far I have the most trouble with OHP..

Cardio day means treadmill, set it to 10 and sprint 1/4 mile. Rest for 10 minutes, do it again, 5 times total. It takes a solid hour.

On match, I'd be matched with old, fat, post-Wall bitches (e.g. women in my age cohort, who are old, usually fat, and definitely post-Wall). But in the three-dimensional space of Meat Reality? That's my wheelhouse.

The problem with dating sites/apps is two-fold. First, men typically outnumber women on such sites--the exception, as I understand it, is eHarmony which might as well be called e-PostWall. Second, it requires basically zero effort, guys flood the inboxes of hotties who get validated by how much attention they receive, yada-yada. People treat it like ordering off of Amazon, in that they're only going to "buy" exactly what they want. That's fine, but at the Feast of the Ego, everyone leaves hungry.

My 20 y.o. plate would have broken the sound barrier swiping left on me on Tinder (if she was on Tinder), but IRL, we never had a chance up against Uncle Vasya's gaming skillz. Muhahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

So each of us must adopt strategies that work for us. For me that's to be a hunter out in three-dimensional space. For others of you, it's going to be nailing tail on Tinder. Determine what works for you, and go do that.

Got laid off during the Great Recession, hid in school and lived on loans in my late thirties. Not a great idea, but it paid off in my opinion. No forgiveness, I make too much money, $65K, which isn't "bank" but it's not too bad, and incidentally is about how much I owe. All I can say is it's a crap shoot. I use tinder and am ok with it. I can get dates and sleep with them, but there are times when I can swipe for days and get no action. It's a hit and miss.

Summers are the hardest because women are going to friend's weddings and taking vacations.

When I first started using it like 3 years ago I experienced what you were going through. The only changes I've made was take better pictures. The guys on ig with 1000s of likes. I just stole their poses and style.

With all that said tinder can be a waste of time. I played college football and am still in very great shape. Just because I said I was successful on there ; doesn't really mean much. I still struggle to get matches. The hottest girls I match with usually won't text back and when we agree to set up a date they often flake.

You're much better off in real life. Again I had a few hookups but it wasn't really worth it in my opinion

My experience with tinder. I'm now in my late 40s and started using it a little over three years ago when I was 44. At 44 I had a reasonable success rate probably a 1 in 10 to 1 in 20 match rate number of dates that ended up in bed. About 1 to 1.5 years after I started using the app my match rate plummeted to the point that it became a waste of time. I didn't change my pictures at all in that time period.

Not sure at this point if it was crossing 45 that did it or just that the average picture quality has gone up. I'm in am ltr now so I haven't bothered with it in quite a while but if I do I'm going to try getting some pro pics taken to see what the difference there would be. For reference I'm 6'4 successful and extremely fit for my age / industry and have a lot of iois going my way in daily life.

I used to suck at tinder , then I took two nice selfie and I get on average 20-40 matches a day.

Most guys just don't really know how to play the tinder game, instead of learning they just go on the internet and cry about it.

I had tinder before,months ago and hot on average one match a day of very sub par women.

Re downloaded it at the start of the month bit have only really been using it since about 4-5 days now and in these 4 days I must've had at least 150 matches.

Now I'm matching with women that are actually really attractive, even some hb9s and maybe even 10s.

I'm also getting lots of matches of girls that are actually attractive and have a lot of anime/gaming stuff in their bio/pictures.

Tinder is a game. Learn to play it.

Top 50% = 0% match rate
Top 20% = 2% match rate
Top 10% = 10% matche rate
Top 5% = 40% match rate
Top 2% = ??% match rate, close to 90% i rekon.
