Herewith, a short list of women you should avoid for commitment.
Do not commit to any woman:
--who is more than 2 years older than you are
--who has ever been treated for any kind of mental illness
--who has ever been treated for any kind of addiction
--who has ever done any kind of sex work, including stripping, "exotic dancing", pr0n, prostitution, nude modeling, sugaring, OnlyFans, and instathot "influencer".
--with N > 5
--with any kind of significant debt
--who identifies as bisexual
--who has been married before to a man who is still living
--who has minor children by any other man, whether or not those children live with her
--who owns or rides horses (that hobby/vocation is INSANELY expensive and she will demand that you pay for it. It's also time consuming and she'll prefer the horses to spending time with you.)
--who identify primarily by their income producing activities (we do not speak of women as having "careers" here. Most women, most people, do not have careers. They have jobs, at best.)

Not sure why we list some sort of arbitrary number here. Why five? Why not ten or two? For women especially, all previous sexual experience is bad. It always causes baggage and comparison and cheating. I see it as a black and white, binary thing.
You might make some kind of compromise, and that's you taking on risk, just like an investment. But there's a reason virgins have always been desirable.

There's all kinds of reasons to compromise. I think it's possible to make mistakes, get with the wrong man, find out later. Lots of guys will lie and tell women they want marriage and then pump and dump them. I kinda draw the line at 3 strikes and you're out. Statistically speaking n=6 is where you have huge risk.

Here's the thing- virgin women are not on the menu. Most men are not going to get virgin women. They're just not. Most men who do commit to women are going to commit to women who have had prior sex partners. Simply a fact of life. That's just reality.
For the vast majority of men, demanding a virgin for commitment is like going to McDonalds and ordering a Filet mignon. It's not on the menu. You can't get one there because they're not served there; they're not on the menu. "I'm sorry sir, we don't have filet mignon. You cannot get that here." So it is with today's SMP and MMP, and virgins. "I'm sorry sir, we don't have virgins. You cannot get that in this SMP/MMP."
Virgins are not on the menu.

You're not wrong. I got a virgin, but I know it's very rare (I think less than 5% of marriages now).
So yes, I'm speaking idealistically. But why not? It used to be common practice, and still is in some parts of the world. There was a time when even fast food restaurants had good food, brought to your car by skating girls.
Men are the gatekeepers of commitment. If we demand something on a large enough scale, and women want commitment, we will get what we demand.

Good list, I would also add these:
--Has tattoos or excessive piercings (anything other than ears or MAYBE belly button)
--Identifies as a feminist or is "woke" in any way
--Has "danger hair" or unshaven armpits, etc.

I would suggest a correction, assuming what you mean by "commitment" includes cohabitation and/or marriage:
--who has children by any other man, whether or not those children live with her
All it takes is for one little pandemic to happen, and her adult children will be right there under your roof, bringing with them their wives/girlfriends, children, pets, problems, and invading your space, for as long as she wants them to.
