This is pretty much correct. "Women signal receptiveness to potential escalation" is how I would prefer to write it. Women are the actual instigators and escalators but they like men to make most of the moves for them (like they like men to do most other things for them).
Basically she signals "I like you and what we are doing, make the next move if you like" all the way through. If you try to push past the absence of these signals you are basically being a pushy salesman.

(They almost all recant to an extent when they become more mature). You will do less work and have loads better sex and relationships if you get yourself the right clients, sell a good product and retain your clients.
