Started hitting the gym, dropped a fucktonne of fat (35kg in total), hired a powerlifting coach to kick my ass into gear, made a bunch of friends who were into self-improvement, philosophy, etc. You know the story; guy reads masculinity websites, for the first time ever he finds his balls and gets his shit together. I improved my appearance, my confidence, did an "approach anxiety program" and started getting laid in person as well as on Tinder. It's just one extra person, but you still have to make sure:

  • You actually have 3 girls, obviously...
  • All girls are bi or curious
  • They’ve all gotta actually want to have a 4some, and be confident enough to do it. This was actually the hardest part; I’d asked a bunch of girls in the past, but most of them said it sounded fun, but they didn’t want to actually do it (they were too nervous).

Parts that were incredibly hot:

One of the girls has a pretty dominant side that comes out from time to time... and another one of the girls is very submissive. How to Have 3somes/4somes:

There's a bunch of different ways to have a 3some, but I reckon the 4 easiest ways are:

  1. You’re already banging two girls, and you just introduce them to each other and have a 3some.
  2. You ask your girl if she knows any other girls (friends/acquaintances) who might be up for fooling around with you + her.
  3. Your girl goes and directly finds another girl on Tinder/Hinge.
  4. You go on Tinder/Hinge yourself and directly tell girls you’re looking for a 3some.

I've had most of my 3somes doing the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd methods. My first 3some was my girlfriend's best friend; I wrote the story here. My girlfriend has also gone on Tinder herself and directly told other girls she's looking for a 3some with her and I. That's worked out for us a few times too.

But the easiest method of all is usually just to keep finding new plates, and ask every single one of them if they're up for fooling around with another girl. If you date the 18-23yo age group in particular, it's pretty easy to find girls who are down - especially on Tinder/Hinge/etc. (Assuming you have your fundamentals handled - look as good as you can, hit the gym, take some decent pics, etc). That age group tends to be very experimental and openminded, and pretty bi-curious (especially if you're in a western country).

Once you've got two girls that say yes, awesome! Show them each other's pics (99% of the time they'll really like each other - I've only ever had one instance where a girl said no when she saw the other girl's pics). Then you can grab a bottle of wine, tell them both to come over, have a couple drinks and then get that party started. If you don't drink, just skip the wine - 75% of my 3somes have been completely sober. (You can have a mini-date beforehand if one of the girls asks you to. It's better without though; a date just prolongs everyone's nervousness).

If you're not sure how to actually start the 3some when you're back at your place - it doesn't really matter too much. It's probably going to be awkward, it probably won't be smooth, and you'll probably all be clumsy at first (because you're fucking nervous). Sex is rarely ever like it is in porn; it's messy, it's awkward, sometimes it's not smooth, because you're all human. Being imperfect and a little bit unsmooth is part of the fun.

  • Sometimes I've just started kissing one girl, and it flows from there.
  • Other times I sit between the two girls and pull one of them to me and kiss her, then pull the other girl to me and kiss her, then gently push them together to kiss each other.
  • Sometimes I've just said "Come with me you two" and I walk into the bedroom. They'll both follow you. Lay on the bed and start kissing one; then the other.
  • Sometimes I literally say, "This is so awkward, you guys should just kiss so it's not awkward anymore." They giggle and nervously kiss.

Anyone can have a 3some or a 4some; you just have to want it bad enough. And then go out and make it happen.
