1. The woman must like/respect you for who you ARE, not what you DO for her. In other words, she enjoys your company for its own merit, not because you buy her dinner or tutor her in school subjects. In other words, if you did absolutely nothing for her beyond engaging in shared activities (fully clothed ones, mind you), she'd still want to be around you. Even more importantly, she initiates call/texts with YOU as much or more often than you with her, whether to say hi or to invite you somewhere.
2. She must ADD VALUE to your life one way or another. Maybe she has friends who might want to fuck you. Maybe she can get deeply discounted concert tickets, and you both like the same bands. Maybe she's an awesome person who's a joy to be around. And in these quarantined times, someone who doesn't buy into the liberals' Corona scamdemic, and wants to socialize in person, can be a breath of fresh air. In which case, it doesn't really matter if they have an 8-incher or a pair of 34C's.
3. There should be some latent ATTRACTION on her part. Maybe not enough for her to come running to your place when you text her "u up?", but just enough to not be disgusted by the notion sex with you. It doesn't matter why the sex isn't happening. Maybe she wants an LTR after you told her you don't, and she doesn't want to be FWB's. Maybe she's into men of a race other than your own. BUT... she can't be disgusted by the notion of sex with you.
4. You must be OK with the notion of her fucking other men (read: not care), including but not limited to chads. And you mustn't get involved when she gets the Humpty-Dumpy treatment. That's on her! Give a sympathetic nod or two if you must, then end the conversation by saying you know nothing about getting dumped and therefore can't help her.
5. Vet her like you would a male friend. If she shows any signs of being untrustworthy or a user, cut her off and move on.

good post. i'm not a friend of the friend's zone, and haven't been for a long, long time. when i was young and dumb, i succumbed to this bullshit, but learned quickly--luckily.

after a couple of lessons, i learned to say something along the lines of, it's been fun, but i have enough friends (said with a smirk, and not butt hurt)...

you get to a point though, when this just doesn't happen anymore. you just don't get friend zoned. hard to explain, but it all comes down to your attitude, and that you learn.

The thing is to take responsibility of the outcome, whether is the girl that is taking advantage of you or if it was you that caused the friendzoning.

If you want to bang or have a relationship, make it clear and work towards it. If it doesn't work out because she's not attracted to you and you don't feel OK with just friends then walk away or withdraw attention. Being always around and available, waiting for some crumb of attention will further your friend status.

If the girl is just tricking you into making you believe that she wants you while in fact just using you then you need to develop an awareness and judge her just by her actions alone, and not by what she says. Also keep track of the things you do for her and what she does for you, an unbalance towards her points out to you being used.

DON'T WASTE TIME trying to "exit" a friend zone. If you are already friend zoned, then you are a providing, non sexual/platonic, friend to her. Just stop giving her free attention and your valuable time. You can continue being her friend but the chances of things becoming sexual is very low.

Instead, find a new girl and start a new "friendship" that is full of sex.
