I recently read this article titled The Edge of Consent. Whether it’s expressed, implied or enthusiastic it’s a necessity in today’s SMP. The issue for men today is that because of the feminist agenda; something so simple as defining the edge of consent has become the murkiest of issues. It needn’t be.
The only thing you have to do is ensure your actions are reasonably justifiable. In any circumstances that may you find yourself in a reasonable person; male or female; can look at your actions and say that they were reasonable.
For example; you invite a woman over to check out your guitar/pet iguana/Pokémon collection. At this point we all know what’s up. It’s not expressed but it’s implied that she’s consenting to being in your home, alone sharing a common interest or whatever. Perfectly reasonable. At this point you have no issues.
Now say you’re on your way up the escalation ladder. She’s putting up LMR and you’re handling it well. Freezing out/de-escalating and working through it. It’s reasonable that as you’re escalating she’s resistant. So you busy yourself with your phone/emails/Pokémon collection until she’s receptive. Totally reasonable. Once she’s receptive again full steam ahead. Obviously if you’re convinced your efforts are futile you’re going to pull the plug (also reasonable). At this point you have no issues.
The easy part: sealing the deal. I won’t dwell here but to say the only issue regarding consent are your actions post-coitus. I wrote a post ages ago about it and it’s THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU NEED TO DO: The After Text. Once you’ve received it you’re golden and you have no issues.
As long as at every point your actions are reasonably justifiable consent isn’t an issue.

I’ve got a unique slant on this discussion. How about just don’t rape or sexually assault anyone. Use good communication, understand enthusiastic consent and be a decent human being to the person you are fucking. Also, videoing someone having sex without their permission does not meet the criteria of being a decent human being.

How can one get a post sex text without seeming needy
SirKolbath 8y ago
Mike Tyson invited a woman over at 2:30a and she accused him of rape. He lost the case in court.
There is no point at which anything women say or do can really be considered reasonable. This is why I record all sexual encounters and make damn sure not to even give the appearance of shitting anywhere I might be eating.
This is not me arguing with you, by the way. This is me agreeing so stridently that I make a point to put emphasis on the lack of reasonableness in most women and feminized men. There are colleges out there literally saying that if you don't have a signed consent form that sex was not consensual, and judges have allowed rape charges to go forward some seven months after a consensual sexual encounter due to after the fact regrets from slut shaming. Getting that post-romp "Yeah, I loved it when you made me your bitch!" text is critical.
Arentak 8y ago
Most reasonable people today, even wild liberals, think Tyson got jacked on that deal.
SirKolbath 8y ago
What makes you think that feminists are in any way reasonable?
But, yes, he got raped on that deal far more than she ever did. But he still ended up spending, what was it, four years behind bars?
Don't forget that we live in a world where feminists think it is reasonable to hold up a sign that says they need feminism because a man can rape a woman without even touching her. I'm not putting my life, freedom, and happiness in their hands if I can help it.
medicineandsports 8y ago
You record all sexual encounters?
Eatinglue 8y ago
I do a quick google document account of what we all did and when, so it’s time stamped. Saved on google drive.
HiredMind 8y ago
According to the definitions and rules of Amherst College, she raped him. He was still expelled.

SirKolbath 8y ago
And that is exactly why:
I don't drink or do any form of mind altering drugs.
I film every single sexual encounter, whether some internet cucks find it "creepy" or not.
I always get that post-coital "Thanks. I had a nice time. Please cum again." text.
roztomilous 8y ago
You should start doing drugs, its fun, get laid high on molly, seriously,
Also, close to zero chance you are not a virgin, fckin weirdo, wtf did you write. I mean whats wrong with you. Stop watching himym and for the love of god go outside
I vaguely remember this sub being about self improvement, wtf happened??? Reading it today makes me sad...
Oh and get a job. The point should be self improvement. "Poor man's style guide" is fucking bullshit answer to a bullshit problem. Stop trying to make the most from the minimum, aim to have more resources. This kind of thinking is ridiculous. I will never, for the love of all that is holy, understand why do people focus so much on fuckkng date expenses. You can write, you can read, you know english and you have internet: you should be capable of earning enough for a fucking meal to be an insignificant expense. You should not give a flying fuck about goddamn 300$. If you do, focus on that.
TheRedPillRipper 8y ago
I don't have a reasonable amount of knowledge on the case but presumably the accusation came post-coitus. Eliciting The After Text whilst not guaranteeing you're safe from the same accusation does provide strong evidence that she was a willing partner in events. Especially if she's replying as vehemently as you've mentioned.
SirKolbath 8y ago
Well, I was exaggerating for comedic effect, but the point is the same, yes.
It's important to remember that anti-slut defense does not manifest only in LMR. It also manifests the next day when her friends say, "OMG! Becky, I can't believe you fucked him! Ew! What were you thinking?!" Once those bitches spin that hamster wheel up, Becky starts thinking, "Hey, maybe I wasn't willing," or she tries to tell them, "I wasn't going to but he pressured me into it!"

Have that shit backed up. And if needed you can get a subpoena from your carrier for the text. Texts can be faked on a phone, look up fake call logs and sms on Google Play Store, so easy.... But you can't beat the mobile network.
venerablebear 8y ago
Will a recording without her consent (lol) stand up in court?
vicious_armbar 8y ago
It will in my state. In fact I don't know any state that bans indoor video survaillence systems. If you're unsure ask a lawyer for free by going to avvo.
halfback910 8y ago
You have far more ability to record people in your own home than elsewhere. It depends partly on the room of the house. You have a reasonable expectation of privacy in a bathroom, maybe in a bedroom.
sadomasochrist 8y ago
Depends on the state but most DAs will decline to prosecute the case if they get a recording like that.
There's a long road from accusation to conviction. Most of the stories of guys getting rail roaded involve plenty of fuck ups and a lot of men who think they'd make good lawyers finding out why one is necessary.
AloofusMaximus 8y ago
Some areas of the manosphere really advocate that practice. Even if it's a "grey area" if it keeps you out of jail... Where I'm at AFAIK it just has to be posted that there's closed circuit cameras.
SirKolbath 8y ago
I have actually thought about getting one of those signs professionally framed for my bedroom. It starts out looking like a joke, but if it ever became necessary to hand my videos to a court, she can't wriggle out and claim lack of two party knowledge:
Lawyer: "Do you remember seeing this sign in Sir Kolbath's bedroom?"
Sloot: "Yes, but I thought--"
Lawyer: "Let the record show that the witness admits knowing she was being filmed. If it please the court, the following is a record of the witness begging the defendant to 'fuck her in the ass and make her his cumslut'. Motion to have charges dismissed."
The biggest thing, though, is to get out of this scarcity mentality that most men are mired in.
She is not the only pussy in the world. Be selective in who you bring home to fuck. Stop trying to throw your cock into everything with a pulse. Don't stick your dick into crazy, low value, or stupid. Definitely don't stick it into manipulative. No matter how hot a woman is, if she is giving you red flags, back the fuck away.
[deleted] 8y ago
How do you bring up that you are going to film her? At what point in the escalation
venerablebear 8y ago
It has to be posted in your bedroom that there's closed circuit cameras?? :-O
vicious_armbar 8y ago
It depends on what state you live in. In my state you're allowed to record anywhere someone doesn't have a "reasonable expectation of privacy". I asked my friend who's a lawyer and he said that means you can have a video surveillance system anywhere in your house except for the bathroom.
AloofusMaximus 8y ago
Not specifically the bedroom, but the residence in general. Pretty much every business has "CC video on premises" or something like that. I'm pretty sure they don't even have to actually read/acknowledge it, as long as it's posted and visible.
Here video is easy, but audio is a bit harder. I'm pretty sure audio requires 2 party expressed consent.
econquest 8y ago
all right so you have thousands or tens of thousands of men doing this, and then having sex with dozens or even hundreds of women each:
Out of those 100,000 cases has even 1 woman ever accused a member of the manosphere who does that, of rape, who was then able to exonerate himself because there was a recording?
Or is the false rape rate 0 out of 100,000? Can you link to anyone actually using their recording this way (to exonerate themselves)?
AloofusMaximus 8y ago
While I can't say I've heard any first hand accounts. Seems to be reasonably legit. http://www.abajournal.com/magazine/article/lights_camera_evidence_video_is_the_latest_defense_to_rape_charges
econquest 8y ago
but red pill men are particularly aggressive in sex (dominant etc). you would think if this tended to occur it would occur to red pill men who would then exonerate themselves.
it's just so odd that there aren't any cases like that, while the manosphere says everyone should protect themselves against false accusations in this way.
deadstick_it 8y ago
Check local laws regarding audio recordings. Some states only require one party to be informed (I.e. yourself) and other states require both parties be informed. The party informed in Single party states require that the person must be at the location and in the conversation that is being recorded. Read up on this. Your proof of innocence could be thrown out in court if you don’t follow these rules.
SirKolbath 8y ago
Unlikely that would happen. It's more likely that a prosecuting attorney would drop charges. Of course, they're lawyers and there isn't a one of them I trust to make any decision based on common sense, but it would destroy their career if a tape proving the innocence of a suspected rapist were "accidentally" leaked to the press and it became common knowledge that they were trying to prosecute a man they knew was innocent.
Of course, this assumes that the girl is not informed to begin with. I don't make a big deal of it, but I make sure the camera is visible and I turn it on. She knows it's there. And if she declines to continue she can fucking leave. She has her preconditions for a sexual encounter and I have mine. She will be recorded or she will be shown the door.

Some say foot fetishes are creepy. Maybe u/GodofDinosaurs has a few kinks. Who knows? Who cares? I've had a few that were an exhibitionists(one was a stripper so that goes without saying) who loved making movies and taking photos. One of my sides has a fantasy of outdoor sex that's just the start of the road I'm taking her down.
The only point u/sirkolbath and I are making is that in today's SMP it's better to have verification/evidence of consent than not. Whether it's private video footage or as I prefer a simple confirmation text that a good night was had by all is the message.
Granted it may not prevent an accusation nor an adverse verdict it may aid in your defence.
GodOfDinosaurs 8y ago
All that is fine. Recording sex can be kinky and fun, I've done it myself. And I understand the point about verification.
That's totally different than demanding that either sex be recorded or the girl leave. Almost every girl will find that extremely creepy (especially on a ONS) and will ruin your chances with any girl in her social circle.
SirKolbath 8y ago
I guarantee that every single person on Earth has one particular kink that somebody else finds "creepy" or "weird". I dated a girl once that loved to fuck in a tree. Getting pine sap on your balls is not what I would call normal.
SirKolbath 8y ago
I don't give a shit what your opinion is. You've been here for three fucking weeks. You shouldn't even be commenting.
GodOfDinosaurs 8y ago
Great argument dude; really the cutting edge of intellectual debate.
SirKolbath 8y ago
We aren't having a debate. You have not been here long enough to know what you are talking about. I have no desire or need to justify anything I do to some faceless cuck on the interwebs.
Since you insist on replying, it is easiest for me to simply block your retarded ass. Have a nice day.
GodOfDinosaurs 8y ago
I criticized your comment and you responded with ad hominems. Classic response when you have no argument.
vicious_armbar 8y ago
Record your sexual encounters and save the videos. At least for the first couple of times. You can get an excellent indoor security camera with free cloud storage for $25 delivered. By way of comparison a good criminal law attorney charges $300 per hour. A similar camera recently saved these porn producers from false rape charges. The second link is NSFW!!!
throwawaycuzmeh 8y ago
I googled that story and found only sympathetic articles parroting her bullshit and cloying Twitter threads kissing her feet. No mention seemingly anywhere of the documented fact that she 100% lied. That's how easy it is for a woman with the right politics to bury the truth.
WarViper1337 8y ago
Sadly even recording won't always save you. Even if you record her on camera saying "I consent to having sex with this person" she can still take you to court and have a decent chance at winning the case. It has happened before. Also be sure you know your states laws on recording video. Some states are single consent while other state must have both persons consent before recording otherwise you land yourself in even more trouble.
throwawaycuzmeh 8y ago
More trouble than being prosecuted for rape?
You record the video, leak it to the police via third party, and claim you have no idea how they got it.
WarViper1337 8y ago
The amount of "trouble" does not matter because no court would accept that as evidence in a case. No court would believe that somehow a secret camera was set up inside your own home without your knowledge. No court is going to believe that some secret third party just decided to leak them a video. It would be inadmissible in a court of law. This is movie and TV show levels of bullshit lol.
atticusfinch1973 8y ago
I have a recent personal example where a guy I know fooled around with a girl (who had a slutty reputation) at a bar, then she went home and her boyfriend found out and she flipped the script and called it sexual assault because she was drunk. He's getting a year in jail.
I bring this up because they had lots of evidence through text that she not only initiated it but enjoyed it, but because she was drunk it was still found she couldn't have consented.
So I'll add to your post that if they are really incapacitated, steer clear because the day after text still doesn't make you safe.
vicious_armbar 8y ago
He took a plea deal instead of letting it go to a jury trial didn't he?

cheezebob 8y ago
Here's a recent one. Keep it short, say something nice to flatter her ego, but that makes it clear you had sex, and get a response.
Me: "That was a lot of fun, I enjoyed your body." Her: "My pleasure, kinky dreams."
KirthWGersen 8y ago
How about?: "did you get home safely?" Shows you care without implying commitment.
cheezebob 8y ago
You need a response that acknowledges you had sex, and implies it was consensual. That's the whole point. Should could have got home safely, but still wake up the next day with regret and retroactively decide it was rape.
