It's easy to fall into the trap of negative thinking. The most charismatic people I've met are always positive and fun to hang around, and they avoid complaining a lot. A good exercise I've heard of is at the end of the day repeat to yourself the positive traits you have and internalize it, and why you are enough. You should be thankful for what you have. This and a few minutes of meditation a day. I also find that most negative thoughts and mistakes you make can be seen as a learning experience that you can avoid repeating in the future. Be thankful that you made the mistake earlier than later.

Keep yourself occupied
Intrepid_Place53900 1 6mo ago
Do things, activities that you enjoy.
Be physically active, get endorphins from your workout, work off the stress, excess energy.
Don't watch the news, dont' look at your phone news feeds, IG, FB, Snap, whatever you use.
Throughout the day, focus on good past times and look forward to new upcoming events, vacations, get togethers, etc.

How far into the sidebar are you since your previous question?
Wintergreen 6mo ago
Well since everyone told me I’m a beta cuck I’m not sure I wanna read a bunch of stories about betas being cucked, just to get traumatized. I’m not sure if there is anything in the sidebar that will help me so soon after this situation. What do you think?
Durek_The_Bald 6mo ago
I think fine. Don't do the minimum of work. It's up to you.
@Vermilllion-Rx : Banhammer, please. We've got ourselves another askhole.

I asked if you have a section or part that would be appropriate for this time. My lighthearted intention with the previous message must have seemed to be serious.
