Never got this type of text so need advice to bypass this test. I'm 34 and texting this 21-22 year old I met while visiting my brother. Couldn't link with her before I had to leave the city so trying to engage her attention until I return. In the midst of our texting (for about a week now) she, unprompted, states she might be too young for me. What's the best response? Looking back, she's obviously attracted but I felt there was something holding her back during our initial interaction at the bar & I'm assuming that's it (she offered her number without asking but I felt she kept staring at my beard, which has some noticeable grey in it). Age was never brought up but I'm obviously not young enough looking anymore. How to assure her to ignore the age and focus on the important things in life?

Yeah, I went this route, texted her this: "You're old enough too die for this country in the battlefield, smoke, and drink but too young for me?? That's crazy talk ma'am". This is why I hate texting females period, had I been able to set something up with her while still in her city, this question wouldn't have surfaced, my force of personality wouldn't have allowed it to be an issue

I think the line of thought here would is that women are inherently not rational/logical in nature. Sitting trying to explain, in a rational manner, why she’s not too young for him (ie old enough to drink, smoke, fight war, etc but too young for me) is a rational explanation
