What should I do next message her the next day and invite her over to my house in a few days time? A brief message like "Hey come hangout Sunday" Now she has got comfortable with me in a public meet I can switch it to a private meet?

You always have to keep in mind what its like for a woman. Most women are a bit scared of strangers, and think about their safety much more than guys do. Going to a strangers house after a coffee date might be a bit of a leap. I would probably keep this in mind. I think another meet up might be in order - perhaps near your house. Meet her after work on a Friday - she'll get what that means. Could go either way.
Also - I would advise against even using the work 'hangout' ....it hurts womens pride to do that. There are millions of words written by women who just rail against guys asking them to 'hangout'. You could say a few things like - 'I'm cooking xyz on Friday - you should come over' or... 'Friday night is movie night - will you join me?'.

Its up to you to guage her interest and what kind of girl she is. You seem decently experienced, so trust your intuition on this and calibrate to her blueprint accordingly.
Without me knowing anything about the girl, it's more socially smooth to invite her to a chill drinking spot near your place. Guage interest intermittently during convo but BE PRESENT with her. Then invite her back to yours with some excuse. Maybe talk about dogs, she says she loves dogs, you go:
You: you gotta see my dog he's the most adorable & affectionate boy ever. But don't cross him cus he'll get you back for it ;)
Her: omg I'd love to! Dogs love me I swear
Boom pulled.
Or my favorite one since I happen to live near a park:
"Have you ever tried drinking at a park? It's a beautiful natural scene to drink to".

If you have a system based on this that's working for you, that's cool.
But in general being afraid to invite them to your place is self-sabotage. Real world women have judged your personality and already decided if they think they can trust you. If you're naturally a "have fun at my place" kind of person you should be inviting them over rather than going to "public" places you don't normally frequent.
