Basically, Tried arranging a date 1 month ago twice with this girl during my training. She rejected my meetings twice without rearranging. A few days ago I just finished my ultramarathon successfully (announced it in social media) All of a sudden she text me out of the blue saying "Hey I'm in your district today" (probably wanting to meetup) should I ignore?

It's possible that she's reaching out after seeing your ultramarathon achievement, showing interest in your life. If you're open to meeting up, respond positively but keep it casual. Say something like, "Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I just finished an ultramarathon, feeling great. If you're around, we could grab a quick coffee. Let me know!" This way, you acknowledge her message while keeping the interaction low-pressure and allowing her to decide if she wants to meet up.

Blocking shows you're butthurt. Ego bruised and now you feel you have to retaliate. The best course of action is to just stop following them (on social media). Even if only you know, your own ego can justify it as you really not giving a flying fuck. It's also perceived as not giving a fuck from the outside perspective. She doesn't get the bragging rights to tell her friends "hey look guys, the guy i declined 3x on a date blocked me hahaha mens ego's are so fragile".
I have a RP-aware buddy who owns multiple businesses and markets them on social media. He leaves girls like this as followers but unfollows them, just so that they can see his product marketing & possibly tell their friends about it. You can play that card too if it applies.
