My guess is that she is not getting enough traction on only fans, because there are millions of other ok looking chicks sticking cucumbers up their ass. So she creates lame content for youtube shorts as a sort of free advertising for her only fans.

This is classic female triumphalism. Yes it's becoming louder and louder. Yes Western women have the shittiest reputation on the planet. They've gone from "Where are all the good men?" to "Where are all the men?". Imagine being so desperate for attention you have to come up with a gimmick to stop men on the street and then post it online. Or secretly film guys at the gym looking at you in your Daisy Dukes with your labia hanging out.
The message it sends is that they are low value women. Imagine being one of those guys in another country that has a thing for white chicks and all you see is them being total bitches, anti-male, high maintenance attention whores. Might make you think twice about patronizing them and you'd direct your attention toward other markets.
