We all know that men need to be the protector and provider of the relationship, but that’s the general consensus.
Apparently, these 3 roles can be separated and women seem to need all 3, and they are willing to have sex with them. (Correct me if I’m wrong, I’m new to this theory.)
So it seems that lover can get decent sex, protector large amount of sex and provider small amount of sex. (Not based on statistics, just reading from some materials.)
What are the differences of these 3 roles? And how can one quickly get sex from women by performing one of these 3 roles?
I suppose Lover is very effective?

We divide female attraction up into two categories: alpha and beta. The alpha side wants good genetics for her offspring. This means physical appearance, high testosterone secondary sexual characteristics and behaviour, and dangerous. This is what's responsible for initial attraction and sexual arousal.
The beta side wants protection/security, provisioning, and parental investment. In clown world, women have police for security, careers and simps for provisioning, and gov't for parental investment.

Muscles, square jaw, shoulder-to-hip ratio, assertiveness, risk-taking behaviour. It's all the stuff that comes after puberty. That's why it's secondary. Think of the differences between a boy and a man.

I'm pretty sure all of them had severe mental problems like brain injuries, schizophrenia, medication, etc. If men became school shooters because they're socially rejected we'd have half the population of men shooting up schools. What these shooters do is latch on to something and use it to justify their actions. The easiest target these days is female supremacy. Before that it was the global elite. Before that... you get the idea.

A common misconception is that these people are aspies. They aren't. High functioning autism isn't a mental illness. It evolved in our species 100,000 years ago and is identifiable in primates. As fate would have it, social animals have a major flaw. Only autism can correct it. That's why you can drive a herd of buffalo off a cliff but not a group of humans with an autist.

Lover - just sex and intimacy, basically a fuck buddy, can have emotion involved too
Protector - basically just a figurative body guard. Keeps her from getting hurt or raped or killed. Not sure if providing shelter belongs in this or provider.
Our high value male ancestors would have made sure other men didn't fuck her by force etc if she were around us
Provider - beta bucks. Just basically her meal ticket and everything else

The Game is a good book and well worth a read, but it's very old and dated by todays standards.
The Game is like the grandfather of Pick up, TRP etc. That book went on to spawn the entire movement, and most of TRP principles are in some way derived from that book.
The book is written as a story more than a how to guide. It follows the true story of Neil Strauss, a journalist, who is writing an article on this underground "pick up" community - a bunch of men discussing game on message boards. Long story short he gets sucked into the whole thing, learns the mystery method and becomes a pussy slayer.
VERY dated by todays standards. Obviously it's written in the early 2000s, so social norms, technology etc. have completely changed since it was written.
The Mystery Method is very bare bones. A lot of the points and tricks have been heavily refined over 20 years into now what we call TRP theory.
Still a good read though.

I heard that trends come back every other generation or so. Like D&D is popular with Zoomers and all the 80s stuff from Stranger Things. As a genX I enjoyed that 70s show. I bet if we dig up some 80s PUA stuff it would work on Zoomers. Whip out a little Neuro-linguistic Programming. I had fun using that in the 90s.
