22 here, and I understand exactly where you're coming from. Even yesterday I had this light 'anxiety' and thought "shit, I'm running out of time and I haven't even fucked yet", but then I realised that I've made insane progress and my mind is in an amazing place for growth, not only in terms of women.

It isn't bullshit when they say that success is non-linear and that is spirals at an insane rate, once you notice it it'll keep getting better.

You need to reframe your mind, that takes time, but I try to find lessons in things that the average Joe would think "oh well this is life I guess I'll just be a shit cunt because bla bla bla", regardless of the experience.
