Don't have relationships with them or take them seriously. These women will post online and even tell you they are into men who are vulnerable, open, treat them well. But the truth is deep down they're not. They love men who abuse them, cheat on them, lie , and treat them like shit. So if you're a good man, and have a relationship with such women you'll get sliced apart and she'll end up cheating on you with some drug addict loser. You'll then question yourself and probably get some bad trauma from this as acting as good man (not a nice/beta) but a good man resulted in such a bad thing. It happened to a buddy of mine recently hopefully he learns from it
Always watchout for how women act and their red flags not what they say
Crazy hwo many times i've seen women post online or say shit like "I want a man who will treat me like a queen!!" or some shit like "I want a man who is real!" and this same women is chasing the bad boy gangster tyronne who treats her like shit.

Women who have red flags are literally warning you (implicitly) to avoid them like the plague!
It's a benefit to men when women have fucked up "alarm sirens" screaming how dangerous they are.
Self harm scars, nose rings, pink/purple hair, short "butch" haircuts, etc...
