I might catch some flak from this but I believe its realistic and practical. Btw there are no such things as a girl with no red flags, that would be a unicorn.
I think whats most important is how loyal she is when taken. Her hoe phase may have been when single. Secondly, a lot of guys will say shes not LTR material, the truth is every fucking girl has had a hoe phase (even your mother, my mother) , this one is just admitting it. It is a bit of a red flag if she calls it a "hoe phase" in those words however.
I think whats most important is her other qualities. Pretend she never told you about the hoe phase. Is she a quality chick all-around? Thats more indicative of a LTR material. A girl can be a prude with low body count but a fucking feminist refusing to submit you and shit testing all the time, I would rather go with the former.
Regarding the body count, as long as she doesnt show signs of being a hoe, I dont think it should be a dealbreaker, unless it is an extreme case of where her body count is 100+

No flak given here. I completely agree that this is the realistic take. I just don't see a believable/achievable scenario where a man can expect to simultaneously pursue all of the following:
Pursue his own, male sexual strategy, spin plates and gather experience until 35+, before settling down at peak SMV if he wants.
End up with a girl who hasn't got a considerable notch count herself.
I mean, you'd basically have to settle down with a 19 year old virgin/semi-virgin who also isn't a prude, which comes with its own interpersonal challenges (too big an age difference), on top of being risky as fuck (FOMU). It's just not realistic for 99,9% of the male population to have all of that at once. So you'd either have to sacrifice your own sexual strategy and experience for chastity, or vise versa.
I'd rather go for the latter, and vet a potential LTR and mother to my children over time, based on how she actually acts towards me, whether she offers enough value in my life, and whether she's giving me her all. Her having had a hoe fase is the least of my concerns, so long as she's my hoe now, and isn't expecting me to jump through hoops that others haven't.
