Def had 2-3 fat ass cheat days in a row. To be fair I’ve been eating an avg of 1200 cal a day and I got strep throat so decided to fuck off both my diet and the gym this week.
I have a plate coming over tomorrow Night any tips on decreasing bloat fast? Thinking I’ll just run a full body lift tomorrow to have pump everywhere and either walk for like 2 hours on treadmill or try to swim or some shit.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated

Wow something I can actually answer on this site.
I would consider the carnivore diet. Puts you in ketosis within a few days, cuts all sugar, as well as makes you very lean. I’ve been doing it two weeks now and even though I lost 8 lbs I’ve been getting compliments from my homies at the gym because I look more “lean”
Just eat 0 carbs tomorrow and you will lose water weight immediately

As long as you are under 50g of carbs per day you’re in ketosis. But carnivore is generally 0 carbs. Just meat and water.

From my experience, I bloat after carb loading, though I look pretty good right after eating, a few days later I can look quite fluffy.
It's the carbohydrates/glucogen in your muscles absorbing water and retaining them. Try consuming less water and do some cardio that make you sweat a lot. Sauna also helps.

Did that, did most of my upper body and did some laps in the pool and now we’re chilling. But now im hungry as fuck might hit some potle before I go back to gym again to hit legs n abs n finish back stuff. Figured a full body workout today will have me looking solid for these sloots

It's called Naked Blue Machine. One small cup is like a meal. That's basically your entire carb budget for a day though. My Dr. told me you don't need mineral water, you should be getting minerals from your food.
