Def had 2-3 fat ass cheat days in a row. To be fair I’ve been eating an avg of 1200 cal a day and I got strep throat so decided to fuck off both my diet and the gym this week.

I have a plate coming over tomorrow Night any tips on decreasing bloat fast? Thinking I’ll just run a full body lift tomorrow to have pump everywhere and either walk for like 2 hours on treadmill or try to swim or some shit.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated
