Yes, almost all photos are staged. Sometimes you can get someone to snap one without you knowing etc (like while playing a sport etc) but it's hard. So most photos are of people standing still purposefully for a couple seconds for the camera.
The thing is though, you have actually go do stuff. Do actual activities in your life.
You need to, and that advice goes well beyond tinder. Let's say you do match with a girl, or even cold approach a girl and get her number. How are you going to have anything of substance to offer? Just inviting her over?
What I'm not understanding is your mentality regarding doing things. You need to have a life of substance and that you're not making a life of substance is such a profoundly deeper issue than tinder. You could have gotten laid in a year with your looks and income but you're not.

First pic you look like a serial killer with that side lighting on your face. I would hire a photographer if you have the money or a friend with a good camera but i think lighting is way more important so you can make it work with outdoor lighting and a tripod so maybe try hiking or just walking outside, go to the beach whatever. You have to think like a woman when creating these profiles. There's a series of photos that have to be put in there. You'll see this on every chick's profile. The first photo is always one that shows what men are attracted to: boobs, ass. So your first photo should show what women are attracted to: money, muscles, status, height. First of all, I can't see the make/model of the car so I can't look up the price and see if you're a broke ass dude driving a used Subaru or a rich dude driving a Mercedes AMG. Switch cars. My mechanic says the bulk of his income comes from BMW work. He said he almost never sees my make/model/year of Mercedes. Trust me, that car will set you back financially but a Japanese or German car won't. BMW might seem German but it's 50% Chinese and they are money pits. I'd say Mercedes is a money pit too just because it takes premium gas and doesn't get good mpg like a Japanese car.
