Got a pretty good daily rhythm right now, usually end up tired in bed at 9 or 10. Then I notice myself going to the bathroom around 5. I feel pretty fit and can get out of bed without a problem and do not feel tired. I usually end up back in bed because the chick I am with still sleeps or it is still dark outside. When I then wake up again at 8 or 9 I feel pretty bad, basically destroyed and like I cannot do anything without coffee. So, is there something like too much sleep and how to fix it? I got a good hard mattress and a premium pillow.

Absolutely. I sleep for about 6 something hours and I feel fine as I can be. 8 hours sleep is total propaganda by small hats so you don't get to work on yourself ever. What the fuck can you do in a day sleeping for 8 hours, working for 8 hours, sometimes more, then you spend 2-3 hours on transit, food, bathroom etc combined. You literally only get 2-3 hours to really and truly devote to yourself if you really think about it.
I wake up at 4/4:30 and I seize the day. I do my dishes after coffee and I get my hobbies and stuff done by the time it is anywhere close to 9AM. Seriously, go to bed at 10 and wake up at 4/4:30. If you exercise, you're healthy weight, and you don't do stupid shit like smoking or drugs then you will feel fine. All the fucking successful people are doing it, you ever wonder why?

I have found that I naturally wake up after around 6:30h or 7h at 4:30 or 5 in the morning. I feel very fresh and ready to go, no trouble getting out of bed. I usually go to sleep between 9 and 10.

Yes, oversleeping is bad for your health and will ruin your productivity (and obviously losing 4 hours of your day isn't great). You have said you get enough sleep when you wake to piss, so don't go back to bed because you want to cuddle/ you're lazy or whatever.
Turn the lights on, make a coffee and have some "you" time.
Work on a side gig, catch up on reading, work out or go for a run... etc etc.
Replacing a habit is the easiest way to go about it. Every time you wake to piss go and chill out on the couch and watch tv for a week or two and the habit of staying awake will be there. Then swap in something more productive.

Yes, there is such a thing.
There are various phases of sleep and chemicals that are released into your Brian and bloodstream during sleep.
When you wake up at 5 feeling good, you've gone through all the sleep phases and chemical cycles you've needed to go through
When you wake up again at 8 or 9 you've allowed yourself to have your body fill with more sleep-related chemicals and you're also probably waking up during a major sleep phase such as REM sleep or another phase that will result in a groggy state.
When you wake up feeling good stay up, this chick isn't worth waking up tired. You could just get back in bed around the time she's waking up, no need to follow her sleep pattern, no two people have the same sleep needs
