Got a pretty good daily rhythm right now, usually end up tired in bed at 9 or 10. Then I notice myself going to the bathroom around 5. I feel pretty fit and can get out of bed without a problem and do not feel tired. I usually end up back in bed because the chick I am with still sleeps or it is still dark outside. When I then wake up again at 8 or 9 I feel pretty bad, basically destroyed and like I cannot do anything without coffee. So, is there something like too much sleep and how to fix it? I got a good hard mattress and a premium pillow.
