So we all know we should next low interest girls, but what about girls with bfs. I am in a situation where I have a good public job, and a lot of other family problems outside of women, that I am dealing with. I simply don’t have the time to put in that extra effort to game girls that are taken. What’s TRP opinion on this?

The problem is, the hottest girls are never single One day they're dating one guy. Month later they're dating someone else.
It's a bit of a game itself - is she looking to move on because she's nuts...or because her relationship has run it's course and she's going to be dating someone else next month anyways?
I've dumbly been like "oh she has a boyfriend leave that alone" then a month later she's dating someone else anyways.

You should reread your post. It says you don’t have time to pursue women with bf’s. Nor did you even mention whether you have access to women with boyfriends. So the answer if I was you and I didn’t have time to pursue a woman with a bf and I have family problems, why would I try to pursue a woman with a boyfriend? I simply wouldn’t

From my experience if a girl likes you enough, she’ll forgot about her boyfriend the night you two meet and won’t think twice.
If she perceived you were higher value then her boyfriend, she’d be the one to “put in that extra effort”

It's called a booty call. Being a booty call, for women, is the equivalent of being friend-zoned for men. I suppose if you take it to the next level of cucking a woman it would be where she is in an open relationship with a beta and you provide the booty calls. Personally, I'd rather just pay a prostitute and then I know what I'm getting up front: a woman that is getting fucked by other men and she uses them for money.

Probably just milking you for the attention that her bf won't or can't give her. If she's hard to get it's probably because she isn't looking at you as a prospect at all, just using and abusing your attention
Edit: and yeah, taken girls are Russian roulette. You're spinning the chamber to either get boned by her or her bf. Some chambers are blank, some are loaded. You wouldn't know which is which till it plays out
