TLDR background; stay with parents until 25 yo and have enough for a 20% / $200k deposit thus just using air bnb's / hotels when banging girls OR rent a fancy unit in city until 30yo before having 20% / $200k deposit...
TLDR Q:How have people found going on dates then renting an Air bnb or hotel for the night during the date as it is going well... Or is this just a logistical nightmare?
Continued: Hi all got a massive pay rise recently and as my 21st is coming up I've decided to start being more cleaver with $ and begin saving for a deposit rather than blowing it all on fast cars...
Trying to work out if it is possible to rent a hotel / air bnb on the spot towards end of date for easy fuck logistics? How have others faired with this?
Background: I have spent the last 2 years living in a different city from my parents and in my own appartment (as a 19/20 yo) I got great results (proved to myself what I needed to) and feel like I am coming towards the end of my 'hoe phase' as people have probably seen if following my post I am shifting my focus on girls for LTRs... Note: this does not mean living together! I will not do this until I've decided she will mother my children.
However unfortunately or fortunately I am now extremely fucking picky since finding the red pill BC Ive seen it all... So it might take a while (I am only 20 still so have yonks).
Situation with parents: My parents have specificlly said they don't want me bringing over a new girl every week as they know what I have been like while in this city. Don't want me being a 'bad influence' on step bro 15yo. However, have suggested that I can have a girl over if they get to know her in a more traditional 'girlfriend capacity'. Part of the reason I want to stay with them is not only BC I'll save $ fast but also BC their house is fucking nice! Talking 3 stories, rooftop bar overlooking the city, pool, 5 car spaces, 6 ft fence with security system.... The works essentially! And I plan to buy it off them soon as they are getting older and want to downsize.

Update: If I was to rent my own place, I will go for a nice appartment in the city with infinity pool, bathroom, living room and bedroom all with full panel windows overlooking city... So either way my living conditions will be nice. However this place will be $450/week... Obviously would go a longggg way to a deposit and my parents aren't going to charge me anything!

If you going to buy a house off your parents why bother saving? Just rent until they decide to downsize. Then you can pay your parents by instalments instead of deposit.

Because it's my dad and a step mum who has her own son, and if things go shit she won't be happy with me doing that for obvious reasons as it's financially more advantageous to me etc

Not sure how easy that’d be for logistics but I can tell you that 20% down is not exactly the set in stone standard that it once was. I believe you can get conventional loans as a first time home buyer at a low down payment. I think it also depends on your total obligations ratio.
Also, don’t rely on family, ESPECIALLY when there is a “step” family member involved.
You have to ask yourself, how much of a simp is your dad? Will he side with you or his wife and her son? What about when their conversation is this: “STAYShredded is a successful ___ who makes X amount a year, while (stepson) wants to be a balloon maker. Let’s give stepson the house, STAYShredded will be fine. He’s also a womanizer whereas stepson respects women”
Don’t think it won’t happen to you bro. Men are simping well into their 90s these days, probably.
Lastly, make sure you aren’t making a bad decision buying a house. I don’t regret buying mine, but I can say that this town sucks. I don’t think I’ll live here forever. If I become very successful, I will likely rent this house out and move.

Cheers mate! Pretty fortunate old man dosnt simp... He isn't the boss 100% of the time like we all strive for but I don't think thats realistic. So far he has always sided with me over her and her son and I feel like guys are more likely to simp at the start when it's still honeymoon... Regarding the step side of things, this is why I want to buy through traditional bank loan method therefore they get paid and it's between me and the bank.
The location is gold tbh, 5 min drive to work, 15 to city, 1hr beach and city has a population of around 3 million with a pretty solid night life/property also far enough away that suits picket fence family idea (versitle).
I think I might try living with them and give the logistics a go, if it doesn't work than I can just move out... Fortunately have that financial freedom.

That’s good if your dad doesn’t simp, I guess maybe you can be sure if you think you can be and are being smart about it. But yeah, definitely a great idea to buy through the bank regardless. Seems like you think things through well enough.
That sounds cool, my issue is that my town has no night life. Yours sounds cool, but how far is the night life you’re talking about? There’s things to do 1+ hour away from me but I don’t like driving out there and not being able to take girls home. The beach being that far is a bit bad if you’re going for one night stands/same night lays. But then again, it may be easier to have them come an hour to you if it’s during the day than at 3 am.
Yeah, try that for a while and see how it goes. I think many hotels have availability on the spot, but the exception would possibly be if it’s during a special event (Super Bowl in your town, for example).
Thanks man. Nah, currently I am growing more and more angry with my job of 6.5 years but I’m getting my real estate license. Just passed the class exam and now am studying to take the state exam. It’s gonna be a long road before I can go full time, but I’m sure I’ll get there with enough persistence. Luckily I can find a brokerage that offers coaching so it should come down to how much effort I put into it.

Nice dude, hopefully things settle down once all licensed etc! The city that's 10 minutes away has an entire strip dedicated to night clubs and bars so it defs goes off. As for the beach, probably would be using that for game, rather more personal hobbies etc, never tried beach game... However, my grandparents live at the beach so would always be an option to use theirs somehow

You're putting the cart before the horse. You already have a wife and kids and own this big mansion in your head. I think you need to sit down and do a little math. Go check out "Bachelor Pad Economics" by Aaron Clary. Personally, I would rent a cheap studio apartment. It's the minimum housing cost and it's fixed. Stack that cash to get a business going.

Very tricky to get this set up to work well.
Much easier: book a hotel that lets you cancel up till the last second.
You won't be able to do this regularly with airbnb as you're dealing with people rather than a faceless corporation that never even sees/cares about the transactions.
Find girls with their own place.
