....she still does the majority of the work. Her younger colleagues (all women) does the minimum (like really the minimum). I can confirm it cause i worked in the same place as a student, it's still impress me the company has not drown.

Maybe it's not global, but in that case, futur will be hard. What will we do when we'll lose the work of elders?

My grandmother has her own dumb viewpoints (hardcore liberal but cant give me 1 reason to vote for biden other than orange man bad), but she always says all the young women are idiots and fully supports my decision to never marry.

This has happened even within the domestic realm. In previous decades, men didn't cook or clean, and we always felt we needed a woman to "keep a home and hearth" for us. They now refuse to do it, calling it oppressive, so men had to figure out how to cook, clean, and keep a decent house going. And guess what, we find it's not so hard. All that bellyaching about domestic stuff? Most of us find it almost relaxing compared to the stresses and demands of our jobs. And we've become better at it than women.

These days, if you ever visit a young woman's apartment, they are frequently filthier and less hygienic than the worst frat house ever was. And many of them don't know how to boil water, much less do anything more useful in the kitchen. Meanwhile, guys have figured out that, thanks to youtube and the internet, it's not that hard to find simple recipes and cook healthy, tasty meals at home. Among younger people I know (including friends and family), it's usually the guys that are the better cooks than the girls. And cleaning an apartment? Easier to pay $60 for a maid occasionally than deal with the BS of a girlfriend just to keep a house neat.

Domestic duties being some sort of super-difficult, oppressive, soul-sucking job that only women, with all their superpowers, can do, is a myth that came down once they started refusing to do it, and we guys found out that actually, it's probably the easiest task of our day. Chalk up one less reason to deal with a woman in your life :-)

Funny how, as a 23 year old woman, it was my mother who tried and push me into getting a rich boyfriend. My father was not rich by any means, my mom actually worked more then him and made more money (she was a cook). Her face when I told her I would not go and search for a partner just because of their money was... surprised? I don’t know how to describe it. Left me with a strange taste in my mouth. “ Did she really think I was going to get a partner just because of their money? “ I felt insulted. Long story short, I live with my girlfriend now, and we are very happy. My family does not approve of us, but we learned to accept it and we overcame it. We both have a steady job, and work a part time job on the side to have a little extra change to spend on our Obbys :)

When you get down to it , this is what young women really want. I'd modify it a little though. They want to marry good looking, impossibly physically attractive, employed men who earn enough money on their own to support themselves and a family. They don't want to work jobs. They don't want to be responsible for anything.

But most women can't find that. They can find either broke, good looking men who will not commit; or employed unattractive simps who will commit. They can't get everything they want.

Women really shouldn't be doing work they don't want to do and aren't really very good at. Let them quit their jobs and have men fill those jobs. Then the women who aren't working can marry one of those men who took the job she left and didn't want and wasn't really very good at anyway. Women who really really want to work can then be held to account just like men, as it always was. Or quit and find another less demanding job, like most women did anyway. Because most women knew they had it pretty good 100 years ago, married off to a dependable beta guy who was good looking enough and kind enough and made enough money. for women, that beat the ever loving shit out of working 60 hours a week, having your soul sucked out of you through your asshole, and being tired at the end of every day. Being a housewife, making food, taking care of kids, and cleaning a house beat the ever loving shit out of risking getting killed or maimed at your job. It was better than risking:

--falling off a bridge,

--getting run over by or falling off a railroad locomotive,

--falling off a horse and getting killed or crippled,

--having the locomotive you work on exploding, burning you to death, or derailing,

--having the boat you're working on exploding, burning you to death or sinking,

--getting hot metal accidentally poured on you at the foundry

--getting pulled into a machine at the factory and getting ground up or losing a finger, hand or arm

--getting heat exhaustion, heart attack or stroke from spending 15 hours a day on the farm

So, yeah, ladies. Cry me a fucking river. Sorry you'll have to wait until 4 pm to do your nails. Sorry we want you to get the letters typed and answer the phone and take care of clients. Sorry we expect you to be here at 8 and stay here til 5. Sorry the air conditioning keeps it at 75 instead of 72. Sorry the work comp will pay for your boo boo from the paper cut.

I'd blame mom and auntie, though, for at least some of this. Women like Mom and Auntie are the mothers and grandmothers of these "stupid, airheaded" girls. Mom and Auntie created these girls. Mom and Auntie are now complaining about their very own creation. True to form, really: Women complain about everything. they're never satisfied, never content, never happy. Something's always wrong, and they always have to complain.

It's not so funny that women in a small conservative town are like this. Women are women, wherever you go. AWALT.

My parents retired some years ago.

To this day, my mother still complains about the younger girls she worked with. The three women in their 50's and 60's got more work done every day than the dozen or so 20 somethings, combined.

They'd complain about money, but come in carrying Starbucks every day, then leave early every Friday, so they never even worked full time (hourly pay), at a job where all they had to do was sit at a desk and answer a phone.

Even that was too much work for them.

They'd whine non-stop about not getting paid enough, while doing everything they could to avoid working. The single mothers were the worst, they'd drag their kids into it.

"But I have to take time off for little Aiden's latest thing, it's not a vacation, I should get paid time off!"

My mother complains about it as well, but my mother is a 13 year old in an aging body. She never mentally grew up at all. So her complaints are out of jealousy, not because she's some kind of unicorn.

It is the trend for women: Women: The Most Responsible Teenager in the House. You can't really blame them, teens are petulant, self-righteous, think they know everything, actually know very little, etc. Women evolved to be that way. To mature quickly, but less fully than men, since it was imperative (evolutionarily) for them to pop out as many babies as possible, which is largely a function of their youth (18-25, maybe 30).

Men evolved to take the slow route (I remember my early 20s... good God lol), but eventually to become far more mature than women. Not all of us certainly, but enough to shepherd the children (the women and the dumber men) toward a greater future for all. We had no evolutionary pressure to do it quickly, since we can father children at any age. As always, the turtle beats the hare.

This isn't news: beautiful, young women have sought extreme leisure and wealth for no effort at all since forever.

And they'll get it.

The older women are merely realizing that the younger women are ruining "the game" and exposing the myth that is the "Modest Fair Maiden". Never forget that these old women are the same women who marched for "GURL Power" way back. Go&watch Camille Paglia's debates from the 90's, you'll be shocked at how much of an aggressive feminist she was. Age makes Women come back to reality.

IMHO Feminism is the BEST thing that has happened to men since forever, Traditional Gender roles forced men into serving women against their best interests and we never questioned it because sex outside marriage was taboo and the birth control wasn't invented. Later, a combination of Birth Control&Feminism destroyed the Female gender role, the modern woman no longer prioritizes making&raising children in her youth, its put into the back-burner for decades. Women have entered the workforce and now enjoy a life of promiscuity and they see little reason to settle&marry until they're about to get old&wrinkly. This is the course Women have chosen to take and i welcome it because it liberates Men from their societal role as the sole provider and destroys the idea of the Chaste "One True Love", this is what the old women are "mad" about, they realize that their gig is up and the tables are turning.

Unlike women, Men don't need birth control to liberate themselves from their toxic gender role. We can simply WILL ourselves out of it. WE ARE FREE! We can all be proud "Man-Child, Virgin, D'n'D playing Weaboo Neck-beards for life" because the STRONG WAMEN DON'T NEED NO MAN! Why should ANY man be ashamed of not being "man enough"? Ladies, you earn money, you're equal to me! Why would any woman ever need me? I'm a Man-child with a meager income. I'm no Chad with 10 inch dick, i have RPG quests to complete and Sports to watch! Its great to live in an Era where Women have stupidly removed themselves out of Men's Free Welfare in the name of GURL Power, now men are no longer obligated to marry&take care of a woman.
