The main causes to premature ejaculation are:

  • Weakened pc muscles
  • Imbalanced pc muscles
  • Penile hypersensitivity
  • Performance anxiety

I can help you with the physical side of things, if you have performance anxiety then I strongly recommend you consult with a sex therapist.

So let’s start.....

Are you able to recognize both of your pc muscles separately?

The first one is between your asshole and your penis (scrotum) and the second one is between your asshole and your tailbone.

When you pee you use the first one, when you poop you’re using the second one.

To last longer in bed, you have to get better at the second one; a lot of people overtrain the first pc muscle and it can actually cause more trouble because it creates an imbalance

You have to train those muscles separately so you gain more control over them.

Start by pulling inside (contracting) and hold it for a few seconds, then push it out (release) for a few seconds; this will both stretch and strengthen the muscle.

Do the same exercise for the first and then the same for the second. When you figured everything out, next step...

Now you should start to edge WHILE practicing those muscles, it will improve results tenfold and will make you used to the sensitivity as well

If you practice once a day, you will see results in under a week. If you get penile skin irritation, put coconut oil on your dick and start again in 72h.

If you want to practice with your GF, make sure she’s on top because missionary makes us use a lot of strength from our abs/legs/back to maintain the position; it makes it much harder to control, especially for beginners.

I’ve researched and did consults for YEARS to cure this problem of mine; I went to specialists and spent thousands of dollars on this issue

When PE is under control, they recommend you keep doing it without porn then finding a partner to keep it up but many can’t

Porn is bad only if you abuse it, doing it once a day for edging and PC control is anothing thing entirely; you don’t have time to focus on the video since your full concentration is on not cuming

To be honest this article is short, very uninformal and generally incorrect on almost everything, but he's not wrong that there are two muscles. The PC (pubococcygeus) is one muscle and controls the ever talked about kegel muscles, allowing you to hold in farts and shit, and prevent blood flow to the penis, but is actually one of the primary reasons for PE. Alot of men have very tight pelvic floor muscles that react in a very sensitive manner to penile stimulation, causing uncontrolled contractions of the PC muscle as well as the BC muscle (bulbocavernosus), which is the muscle that actually pushes semen up and outward, as well as urine.

It's taken me a couple months to actually be able to feel each muscle individually and be able to flex them separately, but the results are awesome. The BC muscle is the muscle that you feel when your dick starts contracting leading up to ejaculation, and is also the muscle used to pee. Most men use a combination of abdominal and BC muses to get the flow started, especially if their pelvic floor is weak/tight.

One of the cooler benefits of relaxing and strengthening the pelvic floor and BC muscle is being able to pee easier/faster, but also increases your time in bed. If you can learn to keepthe BC muscle flexed throughout the day (done by keeping the muscles you'd use to pee flexed throughout the day) it prevents those pesky automatic contractions that happen during sex, which are also a predominant indicator of s soon to arrive ejaculation.

It can take some time to get the hang of this, but the results are awesome. Truthfully, the best way to learn to feel these muscles separately is to set aside some time and genuinely just get in touch with your dick. No homo. Learn to find your triggers and what turns you on. Go very slowly with it, focusing more on your body's reaction to stimulation rather than finishing the act in general.

Another tip is to desensitize your gland, which is on the underside of the penis, and is usually very sensitive to most men. This can be done by giving it constant stimulation and not allowing your body to run it's normal course of glans stimulation> automatic PC/BC, contractions. You'll notice this one very quickly;it feels like kegeling

You're not mutated. Youve just been fed garbage information from the internet as how to last longer. Flexing and pushing on the BC muscle prevents contractions and helps you last longer, but kegeling(squeezing the PC muscle) will help keep your semen in.

Not with a full bladder but yes, if you gather full control over those 2 muscles you will be able to

Same thing for erections, you will be able to make it much more hard while still being able to maintain your ejaculation

It can take months and even years to get there but if you start doing this daily you will be able to see slight changes in under a week; then it’s all about patience and keeping up

don't want to sound dumb, when you say start by pulling inside (To work the muscle). Do you mean for example if someone had to take a dump, they 'push', but for pulling inside, it's kind of like trying to hold in the dump, but with all one's might at once? is that the right workout routine. I also take whey protein and creatine when i do hit the gym - will those have any effect on increasing muscle size and endurance ?

Wow, I’ve had this problem for a long time and looked up for a bunch of info and never saw this, I always worked the first one, I hope it works. I had trouble identifying the second one as I thought that was my asshole, but after training it for a while I can now see the difference. Thanks for the advice

don't want to advocate the easy way out but pills can help. iirc there is some evidence to support on demand SSRI .. like taking paxil an hour before sex. I used to use tramadol a lot. All I needed was 25mg and for 7 hours i'd be rid of any PE issues. Could go for 20-30 min in the first few hours after dosing, and maybe 10 min in the last hour after dosing.

SSRIs can help for people with serotonin imbalances, if you don’t have an imbalance then you’re better off not taking it because you will create one

If SSRIs work for you, you might have underlying issues such as anxiety or depression (mood disorder)

For anybody without underlying issues, a shot of strong alcohol will do wonders for their GABA receptors; lowers stress almost instantly
