It's that time of year again where we concentrate on discipline with #NoNothingNov 2018
Join with our NNN Tracker on TRP.RED
Welcome to No Nothing November 2018!
Every year, for the month of November, we challenge men to give up three vices for a month. They say that it takes just 21 days to form (or lose) a habit, and from those who participated in previous years, they'll remember that there's great satisfaction from achieving self-set goals, so let's get started on our 2018 #NoNothingNov
The Challenge
This year the challenge is:
- Give up Three Vices for a month.
- Take up One Daily activity for a month.
As we did last year, we want you to choose three vices you want to ditch for the month (and maybe for longer!) Some chose porn, some chose alcohol, and some chose /r/theredpill (bastards). Pick three vices or distractions that you want to remove from your life and kick them to the curb. If you pick alcohol or cigarettes, get them out of your house. If you pick porn, install that parental control software. If you picked /r/theredpill, close this window now. If you chose sugar, get your jollies today because at 11:59pm you're throwing away all your Halloween treats.
Now for the proactive part of N3, making sure that no day is wasted, we say no to nothing. Pick an activity or chore that you want to make sure gets done daily. It can be big, or it can be small. Clean your apartment, make your bed, hit the gym (best option), approach at least 3 women a day, shave, work on your hobby project at least an hour a day. Whatever it is, it's time to pick it and make a real schedule to include it in your day. Sit down with your calendar and figure out what time of the day you'll need to dedicate to your NoNothingSomething. Figure out Thanksgiving. If you are ditching alcohol or taking up the gym, there's no excuse for Thanksgiving. You must commit.
Track your progress
Track on your personal blog, or on our #NoNothingNov feature on TRP.red. Start tracking your progress by announcing your goals. Discuss how you plan to achieve these goals and what steps you're going to take to ensure that they happen. Track your progress daily with hashtag #NoNothingNov
Make sure you track your progress so others can help keep you accountable. And make sure you help encourage other members. For some people this may be their first foray in taking control of their own lives.

Late Response, so I'm running this through the end of the year
Habits i'm kicking:
1) PMO
2) Video Games
3) Reddit/Youtube (Outside of TRP - re-reading sidebar and higher level posts)

Habits I'm Starting:
1) Hygene and hair trimming routine
2) New gym routine
3) Dedicating time to own business

Reward Appatus:
1) Learning Thai, Portuguese, and Guitar to travel and add SMV.
2) Will allow myself to splurge on a sports car rather than commuter car.
3) New found meaning in my existing career as I siphon knowledge from it.
4) Lasic eye surgery and dentist performed teeth whitening.

Building tracking system to hold myself accountable: small item that I thought merited noting - starting my weeks on Saturday, so Saturday through Friday, instead of the Monday through Sunday. Mental shift to use the "weekend" as the kickstart of my week, rather than the reward at the end.

Starting late, but I will still go on by giving up these three vices for a month:
1) Youtube: Max 30 minutes a day
2) Porn: No more!
3) Instagram - Uninstall in progress..
The new chore:
Wake up every day before 6:30 AM.

srinath33 5y ago
Update: failed the new chore. Have not used YouTube, insta or watched porn. I am adding Reddit and Facebook to the list of vices.
nickhuncho 5y ago
after a decade of doing pot, i cant sleep since i i tried quitting, i'm so sweaty all the time and moody, no appetite feels like hell
redpillschool Admin 5y ago
This is probably a good reason to quit.
inittowinit777 5y ago
3 things I'm giving up:
(i) Smoking weed (throw away rolling papers/tips, be aware of cravings and replace them - drink a glass of water every time a craving arises)
(ii) No electronics 90 mins before bed (force myself to switch off laptop and put phone into airplane mode)
(iii) Limit internet usage (included social media, Reddit, reading news articles & blog posts, etc.) to 3 hrs/day (right now it's way more than that). I will do this by installing apps to track my daily internet usage.
1 daily routine I'm adding:
Learning about, and utilizing, principles of time management and beating procrastination. Will read books, articles and blog posts on the topic (limit 45 mins/day)
cenie 5y ago
This is late and I'm doing it differently, but stopping porn and picking up: waking up earlier, reading more, and getting back into working out.

- No more music (deleting spotify, informative/redpill Podcast + Audiobooks only)
- No more nail biting XD
- I have already just barely dipped my feet in the water but im ready to dive into photography, I don't care what it is, everyday just take pictures, photoshop editing, or just read books on it.
-Also not to add to daily activities but I've been getting lazy with my reading and skipping some days, need to get that shit under control.
Yujiok 5y ago
I am a day or two late but here are 3 things I want to make a habit of stopping. 1)porn 2)chocolate (main sugar intake) 3) laziness Giving it up to read some more, meditate, and go to gym, get my first stripe this month hopefully.
Stanleyyelnets 5y ago
Giving up refined carbs, and drinking alcohol.
I found as I quit drinking alcohol I just started becoming aware of the times I let junk food get into my body. Whether it be from being drunk and craving junk, or the day after craving grease to feel better. I also found that as I get better, I don't feel as tired and out of it. Which helps my awareness to what I do and don't do.
I want to counter this by continuing to exercise more frequently, eat healthier diet (more fruits and veggies) and to do stand up.
DamiensLust 5y ago
My three vices will be heroin, crack and sleeping in (I am aware one of these is not like the others). My daily habit will be meditation. I am already five days in to meditating daily & not indulging in the other three, so I'm going to extend it through November (then hopefully forever).
[deleted]
Shankar_ 5y ago
1) Giving up porn and masturbation 2) Giving up wasting time on YouTube 3) Giving up wasting time on social media
Replacing with hitting gym at least three times a week and daily meditation in some form
BarnabyBear 5y ago
My 3 vices:
1) No Nut November 2) Sleeping in late 3) Browsing youtube/reddit/news site
One Habit:
1) Practice Chinese for a minimum of 1 hour everyday
RevolutionaryPea7 5y ago
After several years of TRP and actually doing challenges like this I have very few things left to give up. I've already given up alcohol/drugs, reddit (I only use TRP now), I fast for 16-20 hours every single day etc. These challenges do work.
There are really only two things that I need to completely give up now:
On the positive side I really need to approach more women and increase the size of my network. I maintain one low-maintenance plate at the moment, but ideally I'd have 2-3 on the go. I will be dedicating some of my time to socialising and making a habit of approaching hot women.
Ill_Will7 5y ago
The big 3 vices. That we would all be better without.
Alcohol (binge drinking til the sun rises)
Cigarettes (accompanies the drinking)
Positive activity(s) to start.
Read before bed, instead of reddit/tv til 3am
Put in 1 job application everyday
Best wishes friends

Already have a new exercise routine planned out.
Working on a new healthy diet and new recipes to try out.

I think moderation is key here.
I do play video games, but for maybe like 3-4 hours a week. I play after a hard days work, if I do have the energy for it.
Weed: I smoke maybe 1-2 times a week. I was addicted to weed before, smoking daily. But now that it is under control and in moderation, I actually enjoy the benefits of weeds in moderation.
M3K33L 5y ago
Gummies (worms, bears, etc.), Reddit, and YouTube. Replaced with drawing.
santaprisca 5y ago
giving up porn, sleeping in, not being focused
baeslick 5y ago
Alright here we go:
Reading at least 20 pages a day of anything, a book, constructive content on Reddit, articles, anything not related to my studies
Just_Isaak 5y ago
I did sober October, I gave up cigarettes, weed and alcohol for 31 days.
For N3 it’s gonna be
Porn
Sleeping in
Procrastination
These 3 things kill me inside.
I wanna talk to women, write more, and start working as much as I used too. It sounds very general so I’ll get down to the details.
Work out: bare minimum of 200 push ups a day, 2 miles
Women: flirt, get a number, and start something other than a generic “how’s your day” sort of conversation.
Writing: start up the self authoring program again. Write down daily goals, monthly goals and long term goals
I might burn the fuck out but fuck it. It takes more than just one thing to make yourself successful. I need a boost.
onehardtard 5y ago
Gave in to 2 of these things today so I’m starting a day late. But I’m going to give up:
Porn Smoking Cigs Video Games
Considering Picking up Jogging in the mornings.
ravenpuk 5y ago

[deleted] 5y ago
I've written a list and will be taking part in this but I'd like to mention a difficulty I've faced in my attempts at self improvement that I think others are facing too.
When you cut vices (porn, alcohol, excessive gaming) you free up all the time and energy that was once devoted to these things. Initially this feels great but as time goes by this excess energy turns to discomfort and boredom and you eventually turn back on to your old habits. The obvious answer is that you need to find more productive substitutes for this energy which is true and I wouldn't be saying anything new in making that point.
Still though it's unlikely that you'll find yourself sucked into these things with the same power as those years entrenched habits (unlikely but it does happen), with most truly worthwhile things there's an uphill battle initially until you come to grips with it and so until that point it's just pain on pain and your comfort zone looks twice as attractive.
My suggestion (for myself firstly but also for anyone who relates to this) is to focus on building the positive habits only and you'll be forced to give up the bad ones slowly. To relate this to something tangible I'll describe an experience I only recently became aware of, when I pick up a good book and get sucked in to the story I suddenly find myself being unable to make time for my other usual habits that take up the same mental space (especially gaming), the fact that I'm in the middle of reading right now makes it easy to rationalise away the desire for other things (and vice versa if I'm sucked into a game) and I'll stop doing them without even thinking about it.
Rather than viewing these good habits as substitutes we should just take them on along with the bad and after some time we will feel overloaded and be forced to make a choice. Sometimes it can go both ways and you can fall backwards but at least you will have had a bit of time to build up your good habits instead of going cold turkey and then trying to start.
Dark_Lord_A 5y ago
Weed, porn and video games. I'm done with this shit.
blackpilled_normie 5y ago
Fuck Porn and Video Games, and this is coming from a person who wasted massive amounts of time playing the MOBA called DotA. I could have gone pro in my country, but the pay is non existent and the lifestyle is shit. Yeah I have a good MMR but what else do I have to show for spending >5k hours of my life playing this game, nothing.
To think that I could have achieved so much if only I had spend that much time in something productive/income inducing. FUCK video games man, there are other things to do to pass the time which will make you a better person. Living in actual reality is better than living in a virtual reality.
Porn is basically cuckolding yourself. Seeing a muscular hung man fucking the shit out of a hot girl you'd like to fuck. Enough said.
I'd like to stay silent on the topic of weed.
bakamoney 5y ago
That's like saying I had sex with a 100 women but didn't orgasm.
Dark_Lord_A 5y ago
The thing is I wasn't even addicted to weed until my brother got out of prison. I would smoke a single joint over 2 or 3 days. He came out, and next thing I know we're smoking 4 or so joints in an hour. I look back over the last year and I'm just horrified by how much money and time I wasted on this shit.
My addiction to porn is just so fucking pathetic I don't even like to think about it.
Lib3rtarianSocialist 5y ago
Best of luck in getting control over your life!
[deleted]
Operator216 5y ago
I'll give you my two cents-
Weed - yeah you don't need it. You just will want it for a bit.
Porn - yeah you don't need it. You just will want it for a bit.
Video games - yeah you don't need it. You just will want it for a bit.
The best thing to replace these vices is a good one. I'm going out on a limb and saying you like scifi. Buy the trilogy "The Bobiverse." Amazing recreational read. It will take ~40 hours to read the whole thing. Order them (or another recreational book) and get started.
Any time you want games or weed, sit and read.
You wanna jerk off and watch porn? Go lift. Make virtual pussy real pussy.
lvanden 5y ago
The thing with porn, is that if your doing it every night , you have to be honest with yourself and understand that its having an effect on your dopamine receptors and that can sap your motivation for anything. Furthermore, if you can't go a month without it, then thats a major sign that you are addicted, it has a hook on you and anything you say now, is just in defensive of that addiction. Just my two cents.
Operator216 5y ago
Very valid. Chemicals in your body are no joke, even if self produced. Ask an adrenaline junky how they feel when they're not doing anything spectacular. It's typically synonymous with depression in 'normal' people.
Self mastery also includes your physical body. Hence why we push all men here to LIFT.
lvanden 5y ago
Man i feel you, I've been hitting the gym for the past few months now (got myself a home gym) but this no porn thing is a different beast. I feel sorry for people who do heroin and all that, because the shit I'm doing now is hard I cant imagine what it's like to be addicted to a strong substance such as heroin and trying your best to go through the withdrawals That's crazy!!!
SergiuIlescu 5y ago
If you feel the need to jerk off, do it before a shower, or alone without any help but your imagination, I feel it's much easier that way instead of watching porn
lvanden 5y ago
I just don't jack off anymore, don't see the point.
odaklanan_insan 5y ago
well... it can help to relief your balls during the process. Doesn't it?
Atheist_Utopia 5y ago
Abstaining from porn is super easy once you have the mindset change. You need to think: "isn't real pussy so much better than pixels?"
To me, this was all it took to get rid of the vice.
me_versusme 5y ago
I have always had my doubts with weed. I don’t really like it that much bit i feel like i should have some kind of drug in life. I will stop doing it when i have a better alternative.
SharkTeamTrump 5y ago
Hit the gym, start lifting. Best alternative.
[deleted]
LowSpecTea 5y ago
Giving up Social media & Email checking except at noon & 4pm for 10mins or less. *
* Except one reddit check per day during a brief lunch break window to gain TRP & financial independence knowledge. I still need some tips here & there.
Quit added sugar for good*
*I already keep it super low(under 20g per day) but I admit I binged on Halloween.
To keep YouTube under 45m per day & only watch educational/learning content. (not including music streaming)
Challenge to try:
Meditate for 30 days straight and sit for at least 10 mins before getting up to do something else.
I'm also doing NanoWriMo which where you try to write a novel in a month, been wanting to do it for a few years now..
(obviously just a first draft and won't be that polished)
If anyone wants to keep track of that with me I welcome a PM and read each others finished novels at the end of the month.

Giving up smoking weed, YouTube, and staying in bed too late
bonusfruit 5y ago
YouTube is tough. I used to think I was enlightened because I never watch TV but I honestly watch/listen to 4+ hours of YouTube a day
alifaraz21 5y ago
Except for the first one (I dont do it) I am going for the latter two.
so here's mine giving up list,
Adding.
What's with all the hate? I don't do weed ..so its not in the list. Clearly, you guys misunderstood

Giving up alcohol, candy, and fast food. Daily habit will be going to bed at 9 and getting up at 5.

Social media, drinking, paying lip service to my mission
Flynn-Lives 5y ago
Vices:

Postive:
alt_account_6 5y ago
Stopping: Uncertainty about finances (keeping track of where money and spending is) Passivity in dating (actually get around to using okcupid or similar) Wasteful habits (not collecting money, eating out more than 5 meals a week)
Adding: 1 physical activity per week. Doesn't matter what it is
I'll start counting today!
Zimmernewton 5y ago
Giving up:
Porn
Bad influences (friends, distractions, toxic family members)
Being unproductive
Prioritizing interesting irrelevant things over uninteresting relevant things
Making myself a means rather than an end
Contemplating too much rather than getting work done
Waking up and looking at the phone first thing
Better habits:
Yoga
Isochronic tone when studying
Audiobooks when commuting
Books/creative leisure in spare time
Smarter studying with Pomodoro technique
Daily planning and goal setting
[deleted] 5y ago
Don't bite off more than you can chew. My advice would be to pick out the most important off this list and just focus on 2-3 vices and 1-2 better habits to replace those vices. I know you just want to become the best version of yourself but you'll just get overwhelmed really quick and relapse/quit.
Legitimate_Policy 5y ago
Vices
Daily Habit to Adopt
4gliders 5y ago
1.Going to bed late
Porn
Social media/dating apps
I chose 4 because I only wank/ watch porn a couple times a week, and social media has been reduced a lot already but it’s still an issue.
I will achieve this bullet by getting up at 4-5 am everyday, and busting ass all day so I’m tired by night.
Instead of watching porn I will put some child blocks on, and read one of the 30 fucking books I want to read to better myself.
See 2
I wanted to put weed up here but I can’t quit that just today. Gonna use it to achieve #1 if I need to and reduce it to after completing my checklist after work.
CastleOfAnibal 5y ago
Pick up working out at least three times a week.
dingleburry_joe 5y ago
Starting today I'm giving up porn/fap, video games, and coffe
I had done this for 5 months and fell off the horse in August. I was definitly a changed man and now seeing the shitty effects come back. Gonna pick up meditation to clear my fucking head everyday, picking up guitar and vocal lessons and drinking tea instead of coffee. These daily habits in my life are bringing it to ruin and the main source of me losing focus on frame in my LTR.
It starts now!

espero 5y ago
Guys I've stopped drinking for 100 days now.
I'm a changed man.

espero 5y ago
Thanks for the encouragement. I'm in the midst of 2-4 now obviously, and I can totally see what you mean.
RevolutionaryPea7 5y ago
Me too, but more like a year by now. It feels great. Alcohol does nothing good for me at all. My health suffers, my game suffers, my dick suffers, my sleep suffers. I could go on.
There's a strong social pressure to drink alcohol but don't worry, nobody really cares if you just drink soft drinks.
It can even open some interesting possibilities because you are still able to drive all night long.
ay013523 5y ago
Good work brother, im proud of you

akzunamoon 5y ago
i need to do it too. i keep fighting this drinking life style a couple of years already. actually i need to stop immediately.
espero 5y ago
I turned 35, kept drinking. Better job. Better colleagues. Just drinking. Drinking. Drinking.
Stopping was literally sobering. I had to take a strong look at what I considered to be what I want with life - my time off during a day and a week.
Everything is better. I don't even know if I want to start back up again.
akzunamoon 5y ago
i will turn 33. drinking takes me so much energy. i drink not everyday, but when i drink (beers) almost every time something happens. and not in a good way. i will start to count days from today on. if i manage to get 100 days in a row, i will message you.

Giving up porn, League of Legends and meals out when I'm not traveling.

Operator216 5y ago
But how will you get to Diamond 1??! /s
Virtual battles don't mean shit unless youre making bank off it. Good luck on your journey brother. Let me know if you need some help with any of these. I quit all three about 6 months back and it feels GREAT.
MarcosDomingues 5y ago
If by running you mean jogging don't do it, srs. Your body composition will become worse

Take up lifting or sprinting instead
Jake_le_Dog 5y ago
He's right. Endurance exercises right after anaerobic exercises are shown to have detrimental effects on the latter. If you really want to do endurance exercises, you should wait at least a few hours before doing them. But mostly, if you have no intention of competing in long distance sports, choose intensity-like ones.
123undeuxtrois123 5y ago
Cardio is good for heart. Also it will make lifting less taxing.
Pegasesus 5y ago
Not in moderation, with lifting. Thirty plus miles a week yes. But 5-15 a week is great cardio and will help your gas tank when lifting. My Lifting sessions are much quicker and I'm more defined now that I do kickboxing and short distance runs. Plus all the serious bodybuilders put loads of moderate miles on to keep fat low. Just keep your calories up.
MarcosDomingues 5y ago
You can't lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, unless you are a complete beginner, which I assume you are.
Pegasesus 5y ago
Yeah you can't lose fat and gain muscle at directly the same moment. Yes you body is in either catabolic or anabolic state that is correct. But you don't have to bulk for weeks or months then cut back and forth. You can do both in the same week or even day. More muscle means you have a higher metabolism, better cardio means you have a stronger heart to deliver oxygen to your muscles for quicker repair and better endurance. Used in sync with each other you can have the best body for health and aesthetics.
MarcosDomingues 5y ago
Did you even read my original post?? I told him that if he wanted to do cardio, that sprinting would be a way better choice than long distance running
UnbreakableFrame 5y ago
I've already been working on giving up stuff with TRP, but I'll add a few to the mix.

I will read one article, watch one video, or read a chapter of one book per day for the career I'm trying to transition to.

*Edit 11/7 - So far so good. The coffee has been the hardest part by far, but I'm still hangin' in there.

I'll give up staying up late. I don't smoke since from a month ago and I don't deem alcohol a thing I should completely get rid of, for now at least... So I don't have any other vice I think. I'll start practicing art daily.
howdoistopobsessing 5y ago
I'm going to abstain from PMO, limit unproductive internet use by using the Pomodoro technique and stop eating added sugar. Everyday I'll either run two miles or go to the gym, or both.
LOLCanadianNeighbor 5y ago
1.) sugar 2.) Wendy’s 3.) Reddit at work. Will fill this time with study time instead. This sub is great but getting certifications to further myself is putting to practice and action what I learn on here.
KarmicPrism 5y ago
Wait, if you can reddit at work, why wouldn't you?
[deleted]
KarmicPrism 5y ago
Definitely I hadn't seen it that way, I assumed it was a quick glance at reddit here and there. What do u do?
LOLCanadianNeighbor 5y ago
The most important thing in life that I learned is that time is the most valuable resource you have. It can never be replaced, and it is limited. Work hours are the best and most prime hours of the day. Why waste it when I can use it to improve my life while getting paid?
Like others have said, it can be a habit that can waste a whole day easily. it’s mental masturbation when Someone can read 10 things of the same thing here and feel awesome about finding what to do to improve life, then not doing shit about it. The sub is great but the same themes happen over and over: 1. You are your mission, 2. AWALT, 3. Lift,...etc. it is all fun to read but if Everyone doesn’t go out and apply what is learned here, it will never truly be part of what is learned. Since things are truly learned by fucking up, going out and practicing it is very important. You can’t truly learn to ride a surfboard just by reading about how to, even if you read about from the best experts.
Specific to my work, an hour of study time is so much more valuable than reading another post about afield report confirming that AWALT and that you should stick to your mission. I could say I read 4 posts about AWALT and got a certification, or I could say that I read 400 posts that confirmed AWALT With no certification.
To be very efficient in life, I learned about the “minimum effective dose”. This is a medical type of term that shows that after a certain point, what is gained by a given unit of effort (another dose) isn’t worth it. I get what I need from reddit, then I go practice it.

You get used to being unproductive at work. I should stop too.
KarmicPrism 5y ago
You right tbh. I can see how being unproductive at work, and making unproductive behavior a habit during work hours, will also leech those havioral patterns over to your non working life. The brain doesn't truly care where it's at, it cares about repeating patterns of behavior.
LOLCanadianNeighbor 5y ago
The reason why I will stop is that what I do affects my future earning potential. If that extra time is used to further your future, you’re getting paid now to get paid more in the future.

unn4med 5y ago
Hey, what’s wrong with eating lots of carbs? (Up to 50% of daily calories)
redpillschool Admin 5y ago
You may not notice up front, but depending on the type of carb and the frequency of which you eat them, it builds insulin resistance.
It can be gradual but it's more pronounced as you age.
DigitalDragonSlayer 5y ago
I’ll be giving up: checking Reddit besides TRP, taking my phone to bed, sugar & carbs.
vullnet123 5y ago
Trying to workout 5x a week, been very inconsistent
Three things I'm trying to get rid of are laying in bed/sleeping all day, deleting Instagram/twitter(beta tendencies with my ex), and my negative attitude I have about myself from my past relationship.
TotalPigeon 5y ago

ButteredPastry 5y ago
Three vices I'm giving up for N3:
Beer.
Social Media.
New habit:
I'm hoping I can make morning workouts a daily habit, I don't approach at the gym (don't shit where you eat) so I could use that afternoon time (peak gym hours) for something more productive or run errands
mcs007 5y ago
I love working out on sundays. It gets my week going and there's not a lot of ppl in the gym on Sunday.
adminsaregayniggers 5y ago
Sunday workouts are the best, I'm usually the only one there so I crank heavy metal and do deadlifts

MarcosDomingues 5y ago
Alright so, giving up from:

-Watching porn
-Miscing (let that sink in)
-Going to bed after midnight

New habit:
-Studying at least 2 hours per day

May also take another habit but I have no ideas
Liverpool_1994 5y ago
giving up: porn, social media and junk food (including soft drinks) 1 +ve change: make use of the warmer weather and exercise more.
MindTheFuture 5y ago
This will be fun again! The usual: restrict alchol & smoking to only weekend events, social media and games allowed only between 22-10am, no porn, less sugar. Meditate, read, study, lift and sleep enough. This time skipping drawing, it is fun, but not a priority right now and can easily suck toi much time from other activities if not timed, maybe keep it as reward for the good days.
Can do for month, physical part is irritiating but doable, the real challenge is to fill the void left by cutting out the forums, facebook etc. My routines are isolated, so finding poeple to have good chats with is something to work on.
Thing to pay attention to: meditation has been the first habit to break and rest will slowly crumble after that. Do not break that.
PetrasN 5y ago
Ok, let's do this. I'm giving up: 1) Alcohol 2) Porn 3) YouTube 4) Gaming
And I'll pick up writing at least 500 words each day (probably more, since I'm also doing the Nanowrimo challenge this November, too).
tneer2 5y ago
How'd it go so far brother?
i-wash-myself 5y ago
And I'll answer one stackoverflow question every day(or at least try for about 15 minutes).

1-Give up Porn/Masturbation (No Nut November)
2- Stop computer/TV after 9pm
3- No Cheat meals all month (snacks are okay)
What am I going to add 1- read a book for 30-60 mins every night before bed
redpillschool Admin 5y ago
Reading before bed is such a relaxing activity. I find I fall asleep pretty quickly vs watching tv, which can sometimes result in staying up an extra hour or so.
_whistler 5y ago
Hm, I find I have the opposite. Load up some stand-up on YouTube, and I'm asleep in minutes. Reading a book? Forget sleep, I'll be up all night.
kril89 5y ago
Yup, I always fall out of it because I'm not the best reader (always have had a reading learning disability aka slow reader haha) but right now I'm reading "No more Mr Nice Guy" idk what to read next any suggestions?
TheScarletScholar 5y ago
Models by Mark Manson- amazing book

My three vices.
Porn. Sugar free energy drinks. Shit food and sugar. (Limited only to meals out)
randomTATRP 5y ago
Why not eliminate meals out totally?
Go prep your food, that can be the good habit :))
Newmando 5y ago
I already prep food and eat very good. The only time I indulge is either eating out. However as of lately been doing a bit too much self indulging.
Agnosaru 5y ago
Ok. I'm in. I see an opportunity here for me to give up some stuff I've been trying to do for ages now.
But is the tash growing thing conforming to blue pill?
bookofcookies 5y ago

Unfollow all the instathot accounts then. Or if you can’t do that idk block them as you see them.
Yeah do that. Block them. That’s you having a victory over your lust every time it pops up. Maybe even yell “BEGONE, THOT!” when you do it as a reward.
But that can be worked around, having thots on your instagram
