TLDR: Title
So a man is accused of rape and it is found out to be pretty much a fabricated story. His mother obviously unable to cope with the grief took her own life....
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mneZL4xBR2c&feature=youtu.be
And what was her sentence? nothing as far as I can gather.
The reason I posted this is in response to the guy saying he had captured on cameras in his home of this girl attacking him after she threatened to basically call police and claim he hit her.
Lessons Learned: Be careful. It just scares me where we live in a society where this is seen as acceptable to cry rape and then when it's found out to be fake no punishment is brought upon the accuser.... it makes me utterly sick.
[deleted] 8y ago
with a fucking smile on her face. That woman's shit-eating child is the source of this mess, and I guarantee her rearing is the cause.
[deleted] 8y ago
Fucking bitches. I bet she's a white bitch too. Fucking whores... except one.
Kick them out of a moving car into oncoming traffic.Ahem >.>Dr_Killpatient 8y ago
All those false rape stories have the same sad ending - she gets away with nothing to worry about, while his life is in shatters.
The woman is never held accountable for anything.
jdgalt 8y ago
That's the way the system is set up. But at least we can, and should, find out the accuser's name and spread it far and wide, so that at least some employers and landlords won't go near her.
epixs 8y ago
Someone should make a documentary or a movie on this and maybe raise awareness? I might be talking out of my ass, but tbh sometimes it takes visual and emotional rhetoric to display just how absurd something really is.
Just brainstorming.
Diarrhea_Van_Frank 8y ago
Well, she is a literal whore. I find that to be somewhat satisfying. She'll never have a peaceful or truly happy moment in her life, and that's at least a little bit of justice.
CheesyFedora 8y ago
That's not enough. She deserves to suffer more.
ErnaForPresident 8y ago
Isn't that what women want though? To just ride the cock carouselle their entire life?
TheGravyGuy 8y ago
I totally would if I was a chick
NecroticFury 8y ago
no its not at all what they want, because they have different motivations (men want sex, women commitment.) But jail is by far worse than having freedom and getting fucked whenever you want.
ITS NOT EVEN A COMPARISON.
CastratedBetaOrbiter 8y ago
His tale will be unheard.
Meanwhile that bitch at Columbia gets national news and her story is plastered all over Facebook.
Nobody cares that his life, and many other lives were ruined by false rape claim. Try bringing this topic up among other men, and most of the time it's white knight responses. The men who stay silent are on our side, but are too scared to speak in public.
[deleted] 8y ago
This is awful I was thinking a lot about this lately, what with Columbia's "mattress girl".
it gives me hope that some people are looking at things with a more critical eye. In America you're innocent until proven guilty. feminists want everyone to forget about that little bit of legal trivia... people are waking up to the double standard. "Mattress girl" was outed as a total liar... I think the false rape allegations are soon gonna lead to a "boy who cried wolf" scenario.
Nexram 8y ago
What mother doesn't believe her own son, though?
Br3k 8y ago
My personal belief is that if someone is shown to have falsely accused another person of rape, they should be placed on a sex offender list. False rape accusations destroy lives just like actual rapes, and the false accusers deserve equal punishment
NecroticFury 8y ago
its lying to the court system, it is illegal as far as anyone knows
jdgalt 8y ago
Not nearly enough. First the court should put her in the stocks for a few days -- so she will get raped. Then lock her up for as long as she tried to lock up the victim -- and take away all the civil rights he would have lost (restraining order, no owning guns, no being around kids, protective order not to be near victim). And also make her register as a sex offender!
BleauGumms 8y ago
Every time I hear something like this, I think back about how I got arrested for domestic violence because I pushed my wife. That's it. A push, which could have resulted in 1 year in jail.
Even the police report said "no abrasions, no bruising, no redness on 'victim'". But that didn't fucking matter, now did it? I still got cuffed and stuffed and had to continually worry for 4 months if I was going to lose a year of my life.
Be careful out there, guys. Put cameras in your house. Put them in your car. Put them on your person.
Fuck this country.

"But there's no such thing as a perfect victim! How is a rape victim suppose to remember if there's 10 men or 1" ~SJW response
meinsamr 8y ago
If someone knowingly, falsely accuses another of rape, they should be convicted of the same crime by default. They would've damned the other person to the same consequences, had they not been found out. It's only logical.
raceAround126 8y ago
WAIT GUYS... Hang on... She has an excuse, she's a drug user! Nah, hang on she has a good reason.
Ah well, let's all go home. Nothing more to do here, poor innocent little flower.
I just received a bunch of new IP cameras, currently scoping out where they go in my home. Yep, it's at the stage that bringing back women is not worth the risks associated with it.
I know it's bad, but one is a hidden camera that's going right in my bedroom and will focus on the bed area. I'm not a perv and I have no intention on selling this shit on the Internet, I'm not like that. It's just in case some girl decides to fuck me then cry rape. It's amazingly good quality too and records sound.
How do women reading this know I'm not the type to put it on the Internet? Welp, you'll just have to trust me! I find cameras far more trustworthy than a woman not crying rape.
Wolf_A 8y ago
This is very sad. The Duluth Model is absolutely rubbish. 'Guilty until proven innocent' has been the theme of justice served for men in such cases. I don't understand for the life of me how a law can be passed even when it infringes upon basic human rights?
Anyway he was kinda stupid to let her move in with him. Stay strong fellas. Newbs, never make any exceptions on how you treat people based on their genitals.
phillip42069 8y ago
i couldn't even imagine saying this and it not even being guilty of what happened. That would cut me down to a different person in an instant. Thats something no innocent man should ever have to even think about. AWALT. no exceptions.
MattyAnon Admin 8y ago
And admitted as such by it's (feminist) creator, according to the Wikipedia article. She fucked up, the world believed her, she recanted, but we still have to deal with it in the police and in law.
BadinBoarder 8y ago
I had never heard of the Duluth Model until now. Wow, it just sounds so archaic and sexist.
Men are the problem everytime, never drugs or location or trauma or parenting or socio-economic issues. Men and the patriarchy are always the problem. Geezus
MikePatton-yakyakyak 8y ago
I read comments by women re: The Mattress Girl shitstorm that pretty much went "Can you prove the guy didn't rape her?"
The fruits of feminism, ladies and gents.

NecroticFury 8y ago
fuck that. this woman clearly lied to the court system. that is illegal. period, she goes to jail, period.
Except they are literally above the law. literally.
oldredder 8y ago
The "law" is the fence that keeps in the slaves. Along with guns. And police.
In a true good society every person would be police and judge at all times. Otherwise we can only have mass murder, mass corruption and insanity. It's only a matter of time.
NecroticFury 8y ago
so induce further insanity to break the system earlier rather than later?
its sound logic, but so horrible nevertheless.

IM MAXIM #12: “Cultures have always had a preferred sex. In some eras, men are celebrated; in others, it is women. There is no equality in prosperous cultures, only a cooperation where one sex recognises the superiority of the other. To realise which culture you live in, ask yourself who it is more acceptable to criticise. The sex it is least acceptable to criticise is that culture’s preferred sex.”
sardinemanR 8y ago
It has never been allowed to criticize women, in any culture. But it has always been allowed to criticize men and demand they man up or go die in war or work themselves to an early grave.
I honestly challenge you to find a culture that didn't prioritize female comfort. I seriously doubt you can find any (because wherever I've looked, I couldn't find any either).
The only thing feminists can ever claim is "we women are oppressed because while men were out working 14 hour shifts in smokey factories dying from asbestos or dying in cave-ins in mines we were FORCED TO SIT AT HOME IN COMFORT! WAAAAAAH"
Or how about the "patriarchy" masculine culture of Sparta? Where boys are forced to train all day as soldiers and then thrown into war, and told they better "die on your shield" rather than come back alive.
I have a hard time finding any culture where it was great to be an average dude. But the average female has always been cared for.
dr_warlock 8y ago
The jury heard about her false confession and true age (not 14, but 22 with 3 kids) yet still convicted him. She was a drug addict whore and they took her word over his. They were a bunch of faggot whiteknights and women fighting for team women. If anyone ever influenced my mom to commit suicide, I'd kill them. Everyone.
-
A sex offender is a high value target on the prison predation list. The only way to ensure your safety is solitary confinement (8x8 cell, 23 hours a day), which is psychological torture due to lack of stimulus. He should have come out a millionaire for his wrongful conviction, especially as a sex offender. His case should be plastered on the media to clear his name and the whore should go to prison. If he was raped while incarcerated, he should kill every jury member, and that stupid skank and her lawyer.

There was a rumor that the Hussein's had a woodchipper to use on particularly deserving opponents. I think this sounds like an appropriate sentence for all of those involved.

A drugged whore makes a false rape accusation, causing involuntary death of someone (involuntary homicide).
The man is proved to be innocent.
Yet, the man is punished as if he were guilty and the guilty person who caused the death of someone and who makes a false accusation faces no consequences at all.
I don't get it. Even if they are SJW they are clever enough to understand the facts. We are talking human LIFES here, it's serious business. They can do their job, they have been trained to. So why dont they?
Also, why does a young and attractive woman matters to them when an old mother does not?

When I used to live in Eastern Europe, I would occasionally see news about the woman who was 'raped' but did not get justice because the rapist was not sentenced, even though the court's reasoning was that there was not enough evidence. They still gave out the 'rapist's info and more than possibly ruined his reputation. I did not understand the importance of that until recently. It was the media, which is by nature catering to women, exerting influence on the justice system of its country.
We are letting emotions influence the judicial system. Providing equal justice for everyone, at least in theory and principal, is one of the pillars of the Western society. It is not always perfect, there is always bribery or the personal biases of the judges, but the justice system is supposed to be free of any systematical bias. And we, as the West, are letting it run amok with such obviously unjust and biased decisions in order to cater to women. Family courts are now mostly tools for women to steal other people's hard-earned money, legally, instead of being the legal entity responsible of separating a family's finances and custody justly in the event of a family breakup.
I_is_the_best 8y ago
Most eastern European countries have laws that hides the identity of accused. Precisely because you'have not found him guilty yet.

Ex DO here. Being a NOC is fucked. You are locked down more of the day and segregated at all times, and are quite literally a walking target. Inmates in GP love to catch NOC inmates in the wrong holding tank.
Keep in mind, this is all as it should be for an actual child predator. But if you're a 18 year old kid whose 17 year old girlfriend's parents are religious nutbags, or a down-in-the-dumps type that has all the common sense to allow a hooker to run his living room in good faith, this is a very real situation for a very not real criminal.

rattamahatta 8y ago

grewapair 8y ago
They told him he could plead guilty or be retried. Because the system had fucked him up the ass the last time, he plead guilty.

LionLaw 8y ago
It is my life-long belief that people MUST be held accountable for their actions if they are to learn not to make the same mistakes as before.
What do jurors and the accuser have to lose by doing whatever the fuck they want?
Absolutely nothing, so they will behave in their own best interests and selfishly disregard logic and reason for their own best interests.
Actions should have consequences; Their lack of morality and reason caused for someone to take their own life in grief, do you really think her death weighs on their conscience enough for them to make a significant change in the way they contribute to society?
Of course not, because it does not affect THEIR life or THEIR social, political, or financial standing whatsoever.
Direct consequences for their fuck ups are the best way to ensure these sheep think about their actions, even if just a little.
sardinemanR 8y ago
The fact that a jury can decide is the very reason we have juries. If we just wanted an expert to interpret facts and the law, we would only have bench (judge) trials. In fact most systems around the world do not use a jury.
And if we want even better results, probably we'd feed data into a computer anyway. I've read that's the direction things are going.
NecroticFury 8y ago
Right, its obvious the only way to get rid of an idea is to kill everyone who believes it. But we cant possibly do that, so we are back at square one. Its either we cull irrational people or allow them to fuck with the rest of us forever (and ever).
LionLaw 8y ago
I'm not suggesting we kill everyone that makes a mistake, even one as grave as the one this particular group made, just that the idea of grave consequences for these serious fuck-ups be hardwired into people so they reflect more before making life-changing decisions, particularly when it's someone else's life that hangs in the balance.
I'm all for more legal methods of punishing those that do not use ration and reason in these types of circumstances, just staying that I likely wouldn't be able to put my faith into the system to handle their punishments and would take things into my own hands.
I'm not perfect, and I don't even like my mother that much, but nobody should expect to just get away without punishment after a fuck up of this caliber
NecroticFury 8y ago
or the idea that when you fuck someone over, they are more likely to fuck the next person over, making it more likely for you yourself to be fucked over. but stupid people will be stupid I guess

This is why men like us should never avoid jury duty. The power to nullify is one of the greatest powers we hold. I will bring some sanity and reason to any jury Im seated on. And no one will stop me.
Cypher211 8y ago
I recently served jury duty and to be honest it was ridiculously eye opening. I've been toying with the idea of formally posting about the experience on here since there's a lot that guys need to be reminded of or at least be made aware of.
[deleted]
[deleted] 8y ago
[deleted]
[deleted] 8y ago
That's exactly what I'm talking about. Well done. Civilization is created and preserved by people like that. Jury duty is more important than voting in national elections which people generally consider their civic duty. But in this case you had a large say in what the law was that day. Every true man should try to get on every jury he can.
BroChapeau 8y ago
Jury nullification is one of the most crucial American rights. It's critical we educate our countrymen about this little known right. I made students write essays about this at my masonic lodge's Constitutional Observance Day last year. Almost to a one they said they'd never heard of it.
So terribly sad.
[deleted] 8y ago
And I'd say that is by design. Men can not sit back and wait to be educated in how to be a man. Society isn't ever going to do that. They don't want you to know your rights. That's why the media is all feminism, propaganda, bread and circuses. When everything is going great most people don't seem to ever get beyond that. Dissent is the highest form of patriotism. America didn't become great through echo chambers and sjw's. And it dam sure wasn't through feminism either.
BroChapeau 8y ago
Indeed. One of the most important kinds of damage done by SJWs is to open debate. It's a crime to entertain certain ideas now, and that is a very very dangerous thing to normalize.
urmomsacct 8y ago
Yes! I served jury duty once and would gladly do it again. We had some very vocal idiots on the jury, a cat lady, etc. If it wasn't for me and another guy these idiots would have come up with the most ridiculous verdict. Did I mention half of the jurors were idiots?
[deleted] 8y ago
Definitely. When everyone of value tries to escape jury duty you are left with only the people who are too dumb to get out of it. Then if you ever get caught up in the system through false allegations these are who your fate is resting on. Is that what anyone in here is going to want? I think not. So it's important to start taking our place among the people who decide how things are going to go in society. In my case the defendant was male, the 'victim' was female and I want to say the jury was 70% female. Do the math there.
KyfhoMyoba 8y ago
Surprisingly, half the population has below average intelligence. So for those of us that are on the brighter side, they're idiots.
BlackHeart89 8y ago
Thats one hell of a statement.
Roman_Statuesque 8y ago
Assuming a normal distribution he is right. It is a broad statement though, given say the Stanford-Binet IQ test where the mean is 100, assuming a normal distribution means that half will always be below, and half will always be above. It could be by two points, it could be by twenty. However, taking normal distribution this should not be particularly surprising. So he is half right. A person can be below average intelligence, but not necessarily an idiot. Now, the human population of course is not a perfect distribution and the Stanford-Binet is not necessarily the perfect test, so the results will likely be skewed some way or another, but roughly the same.
[deleted] 8y ago
Where did the idea that anyone was qualified to be a jury and decide of a person's fate come from?
BroChapeau 8y ago
The idea comes from a time when voting was only for the landed.

Dragodar 8y ago
This happened to me a month or so ago. I was like Wtf, you call me down here and then don't even let me judge people? What kind of game is this
[deleted] 8y ago
Not necessarily. Hard to believe but most people dont want to be selected for jury duty. Theres a few simple things you can do to improve your odds. Show up on time, dress business casual, carry yourself professionally, and submit the completed questionnaire ahead of time that you get from the jury foreman. I did all that and was chosen in the first group of jurors. It was an interesting case that relates somewhat to this topic. Ill talk about it if theres any interest.
BadinBoarder 8y ago
Are you allowed to talk about it?
[deleted] 8y ago
Once the case is over then yes you can. This was last year. I wouldn't give identifying information to be fair also. It's just interesting that the one jury I was seated on validated my world view so nicely.
Bibabidu 8y ago
I would be interested in more information!
[deleted] 8y ago
First Ill start with the notification for jury duty. I received the letter with an optional questionnaire about background and potential conflicts of interest. I would recommend turning this in even though its optional. I doubt most people do, but this improves your potential standing when jurors are being selected. Much of this information wasnt asked when selection was taking place, so if I hadnt volunteered it, then it wouldnt have been available. I was one of the first names called, so I believe this is why.
Second, dress in business casual. Most people were in jeans and t shirt with tennis shoes. Some looked destitute and borderline homeless. Thats not the way to get picked. Carry yourself professionally, good posture, confident demeanor, and proper tone when you speak. That all sounds like it goes without saying, but it doesnt to everyone.
They will ask if you have the ability to be impartial and unbiased. One feminist bitch actually admitted to the judge that since she worked with abused women, that any man who is accused of a crime against a woman is guilty to her. No logic or evidence can get though that thick head. They pressed her several different ways and she was adamant that man = guilty, case closed. I was disgusted but not surprised of course.
The defendant was a male senior citizen, probably 65 yo. He was accused of battery by his ex wife who was about 60 yo. They had been married for probably 25 years and raised kids together. This guy had done all the things men are supposed to do. He was successful and they had nice houses, cars, and toys. He even raised her daughter from a previous relationship. She hadnt ever worked of course. Typical entitled woman. I think she inherited some money from her family, but other than home making she never contributed anything to society.
Even after their divorce he continued to look out for her. He voluntarily gave her extra support money. Something like $1K - $2k a month. He tried to help her buy a house, and all these extra things just because he care about her and the past they had. The jury was 7 women 3 men, with a female judge and two male attorneys. The way the defendant presented himself, he was just an average decent guy. The way the victim presented herself was not very credible. She had that wide eyed dumb look, and didnt follow instruction well. She had to be directed several times to give complete answers. Everything she said was all about reinforcing how she was the victim and how entitled she was. Even her own daughter testified against her. That was the final straw in her case.
She claimed that while they were in the car together that he attacked her. He was driving and she was in the passenger seat. The windshield was cracked almost half way between the two of them and she had a few cuts on the hand. I think he had a few scrapes on the outside of his arm facing her. He got out of the car and went into a business when she attacked him. She called 911 and the responding officers arrested him after what I consider a bogus investigation. She was all hysterical at the scene and the cops swallowed her bs. The jr officer pressed the Sgt not to arrest/ charge the defendant but he was over ruled. I wasnt very impressed by the officers honestly.
The defendants attorney was professional, sharp, and methodical. He clearly wasnt cheap. The states prosecuting attorney was a joke. He was obese, slovenly, poorly composed, and made weak points. His case was shite but he didnt do himself any favors. The judge also seemed like a joke. While everything was going on she was reading books, and writing several pages of something. It didnt appear to be notes of the case, but what do I know. Kinda seemed like she was doing homework, whatever that would be for a judge. I wasnt convinced how impartial she would be if it came down to it, just a gut feeling.
The guy nominated as head juror was ironically one of the people who wanted to be there the least. He tried to get out of being selected. He ran a business and presented his hardship, but that clearly wasnt enough. He was often visibly impatient with how needlessly slow everything was. Probably worried about losing money on his jobs. I was concerned that with so many women on the jury that a few would be stupid when it came time to deliberate. But amazingly it was unanimous. Probably took 30 seconds. We ran the clock out for about five minutes as a formality. No one believed the entitled feminist. A few said they wish they had a man as good as the defendant.
So all in all I wasnt critical to justice being done that day but it was a good experience. Its terrifying when you see the people that are entrusted with your fate. The system doesnt care when you are falsely accused. Its just another day of business as usual for everyone but you. It reinforced my personal beliefs about the world and interactions among the sexes.
Takeaways: Get a dash cam in your car. That might have helped the defendants case. He might have still gotten charged though, unless it showed the front seats. Avoid crazy bitches. Dont ever be alone with them. If she attacks you and the police are called, you very well might be going to jail, even as the victim. The prosecutor doesnt necessarily care about the facts. He just might try to make you take a plea and let the perpetrator walk, if it fits the agenda. Men need to get more involved in jury duty. If you want to live in a society where men have a chance in court, then you need to do your part. If you duck jury duty and get caught up in a witch hunt some day, dont complain.
Tldr; Entitled feminist accused innocent hard working man of battery. "Justice" prevailed at significant cost to the taxpayers and the defendant, who are just pawns in entitled snowflakes delusional world where she is a victim of the patriarchy. All while having everything handed to her in life.

Thanks for the story! Well appreciated. Nice to see that not every BS men get accused for is just accepted.

I was going to deadlock that trial if they found him guilty. I'm used to fighting the world on my own, so I was ready for it.

Lawyer here, honestly, its mostly a myth about people not wanting to be on a jury. From my own experiences and judges I've talked to, most people are actually really interested in having the experience.
Also, most people are really not interested in having a second experience. It turns out trials are boring as fuck. Don't do it.
Keninishna 8y ago
I had to go once, I was randomly dismissed though which is good because I figured trials are boring as fuck.
CreateTheFuture 8y ago
Yes, I'm sure your motives are pure
[deleted] 8y ago
It's not thrills ville that's for sure, but what's the alternative? Old people have some sway in society because they get out to vote and things like this. If we want our views represented in society that isn't going to happen by magic. It's going to take work. I ended up getting paid to be on the jury so it's a wash for me. Being bored at work or being bored at the court house. It was a five minute commute and I got paid for two extra hours since deliberation lasted five minutes. That part could really suck though.
[deleted] 8y ago
Aren't the people most easily influenced the ones that get chosen? Independent thinkers and strong minds don't seem like the type an attorney wants to deal with. So if you go in looking like you want to be there, won't you be less likely to be chosen?
Edit:grammar
blacwidonsfw 8y ago
I think it depends entirely on the case.
Sadpanda596 8y ago
Meh, attorneys don't get to "choose" who is on their jury. They can disqualify for cause or have a limited number of peremptory challenges without cause - so they get a little bit of influence on whose on the jury.
They're mostly going to be concerned about extreme bias rather than having a person "too smart" being on their jury. Biggest role for jury is making credibility determinations, its not really going to make a difference how smart you are - if anything smart people are probably perceived as better able to control their emotions and personal bias. Honestly, I'd argue most lawyers would probably prefer a super smart person, at least they can rest assured that they're arguments are being heard and considered. I was involved on a trial that had a renowned physics phd professor on the jury. Guy had an IQ 40 points higher than anyone else in the room, never had any other lawyers express any concern.
But yea, a lawyers worst nightmare is the "strong independent crazy conspiracy theorist" that starts rattling off about jury nullification. So, decent portion of reddit.
LordHellsing11 8y ago
I saw a video with Neil Degrass Tyson explaining his time in a jury. The judge read off the charge, "The defendant was found with 2000 milligrams of cocaine at the scene...blah blah"
After the judge was done reading he asked if the jury had any questions. Tyson raises his hand,
"You're honor, why did you read the charge like that? Why did you say he had 2000 milligrams? That's 2 grams."
"Well, that's how it's written here.•
"Well I'm kinda concerned, because 2 grams is less than the size of a penny, so it sounds like, by saying 2000 milligrams, someone's trying to make the charge sound worse than it actually is."
He was removed from his jury duty.

Yeah totally.... juries should be killed for finding a verdict based on the evidence given to them, and the lawyer for doing their (albeit unethical, but still) job. If I was convicted of such a crime my mum would believe every word I said and work toward my appeal, not off herself and leave me rotting. There is a lot more to this than 'kill everyone involved' dude.
Sepean 8y ago
"Doing your job" is not an excuse. The moral quality of your actions is all that matters.
rattamahatta 8y ago
Yes. It didn't work at Nuremberg, it doesn't work today.
[deleted]
pilledwillingly 8y ago
So we should punish criminal defense lawyers if they defend a guilty client?
Sepean 8y ago
No, the lawyer doesn't convict. It is the jury and prosecution who inflict harm on people and they are responsible for their actions. New evidence coming to light or an honest mistake is one thing, and that shouldn't be punished but negligence or malice is another. It should be no different than with doctors.

HarleyWalker 8y ago
She should be held accountable for the death of the mother. Any other criminal would be held to it. And this plea deal shit to prevent people being able to sue is inhumane. The whole criminal justice system is fucked and everyone complicit in it needs to be subject to an inquisition.
JollyO 8y ago
Ah. How'd i know?
Protip: ~90% of cases that go to trial by jury end up finding the defendant guilty. This is why plea deals exist. The plea deals always suck. You are fucked if you go to trial but a little bit less fucked if you take the plea deal.
Reform the justice system now
jdgalt 8y ago
If prosecutors weren't allowed to offer plea deals, their conviction rate would be a lot lower because they'd have less to spend on each case. So let's outlaw plea bargaining.
While we're at it, let's also do away with enough laws that they can't grossly overcharge.

Civilization cannot survive if they make the warriors, and the innovators its enemy. The elites who rule this world, probably have their end game planned soon -that is the only explanation. They must be ready to kill almost everyone and create some sort of utopia.
I honestly don't see a way to stop them. Only the fools who serve them can do it, and they have been offered money, and false enlightenment.

I can read the headlines coming: "Alleged rapist is also a mother-killer". The media loves to hate men

so much worse:
righty is a lie
left is a lie
IT'S ALL A LIE.
Literally it's 2 different brands of brainwashing to cover your eyes up so you can never see the truth.
Almost everything you were ever taught in school - and 90% of people what they were taught by their parents - is 100% garbage.
NecroticFury 8y ago
why do you think people kill themselves everyday?
enkae7317 8y ago
Lesson learned: have cameras in your home if you suspect crazy women over.
smggs 8y ago
Or even better: Don't associate yourself with crazy people.
Nebulose11 8y ago
Most of us still want to fuck women though. Catch 22.
smggs 8y ago
Yes, that's true, But that's what porn and prostitutes are for. We got to have a little self control over our libidos and not put ourselves in the situations where we have no choice but to fuck crazy women.
RedBigMan 8y ago
I thought one of the cardinal rules was don't stick your dick in crazy?
smggs 8y ago
Yes, you're right. But we all do crazy things sometimes. In this case we gotta stop being nice guys and apply proper vetting. That's how we filter out the crazy women.
I got to have a little sympathy for the guy though. No one taught him how to develop a certain ruthlessness that's needed to get by now he's getting burned for it.
Money_Bags97 8y ago
Not a bad idea to have cameras in your home period.
anecdotal 8y ago
Great. We're going to end up installing our own surveillance society because people have lost their fucking minds.
DarthRoach 8y ago
You know something is not right when a police surveillance state is the better choice.
1independentmale 8y ago
It's not a police surveillance state if you control your own cameras... I have cameras up around my home. The video feed is on a private subnet firewalled off from everything else, nobody can access them except me. No worries.
NecroticFury 8y ago
you idiot, that surveillance is for police use. the government wont hand over evidence that could exonerate you from a criminal trial. it may be your own private information, but it is government property.
all of society is fucked up, not just its individual parts.
oldredder 8y ago
better lesson: until proven not-crazy the bitch isn't allowed over at all. Ever.
When you hook up at random the girl shouldn't be allowed to know your address or name at all. This drops the chances of a false rape allegation a huge amount: unless she's determined-bitch-crazy she's not going to a sketch-artist and police to make up her story. If she can just point her finger and name you with no challenge she'll feel it's too easy and just do it.
NecroticFury 8y ago
or just lie. women lie to you about every other possible thing. if you have a reason to worry, they probably are not relationship material to begin with, and because they wont see you again, why do they even need to know the truth?
gg_s 8y ago
You are rationalizing a reason to play her game. It won't work. Instead of feeding her false information, feed her no information.
NecroticFury 8y ago
well if she asks for it you either lie or tell the truth, there is no such thing as half the truth. If you left something out, you lied.
I_TRY_TO_BE_POSITIVE 8y ago
That very last look at the camera. "Yeah I'm free, fucking great."
JeanValjean197o 8y ago
That's what he gets for being captain save-a-ho.
No good deed shall go unpunished.
This beta fuck thought he could turn that broken whore into girlfriend/wife and get laid all the time. He was dead fucking wrong.
Just because they do it for money doesn't mean they'll do it for love.
If you don't have the game to get a girl in a bar to bang you then you definitely don't have the game to fix some drug addicted street walker.
And notice how after the justice system railroaded him and he got his re-trail they gave him the "choice" to let them fuck him some more by pleading guilty to pandering OR to take his chances with a system which has already proven to be corrupt.

This is where gov gets you. A man who supports gov gets the fucking he asked for.
NecroticFury 8y ago
and a man who seeks to leave society is a loser? there literally is no option here other than lay down and take the fucking. society has its grubby hands in everything these days
[deleted] 8y ago
Only do things that are in your best interest. If it's possible cash out and go to a pre feminism society. Not perfect but what can you do. The most important thing is have a solid end game and protect your resources ferociously.
[deleted] 8y ago
I was thinking about this recently.
Now, obviously any woman who falsely accuses a man of rape should be drawn and quartered.
The problem is, if there's some sort of penalty for accusing someone of rape and them not being found guilty, then people who were actually raped would be more fearful to go to the authorities over it. I mean, what if there's just not enough evidence for a conviction, and then the victim gets fucked for a second time? That'd be about just as wrong as a being falsely accused of rape.
But what's the solution? What can you even do about this?
oldredder 8y ago
The damage is devastating beyond belief - your reputation suffers and with zero evidence you can lose your job, your life, your potential for future jobs, your freedom and as seen here - you can also lose your family members.
Those who treat this is a minor risk are naive beyond all possible sense.
RedBigMan 8y ago
I dont know why more dudes who get falsely accused don't just change their name. Especially to an extremely common name like 'John Smith'
The benefit is twofold. First any employer googling your new name wont see anything related to the false accusation and secondly if you choose a fairly common first name and a fairly common surname odds are it will be like looking for a needle in a haystack.
oldredder 8y ago
we live in a new age where pictures are online & follow every name change. Records of name changes aren't secret. If a person requests to get it, they'll get it.
RedBigMan 8y ago
Really? This happens to people who aren't celebrities?
Sure name changes aren't secret BUT... I doubt most HR departments (which are run by women) are going to bother looking for name changes for your run of the mill job. If you're applying for a job at say the NSA or a police force well they might dig that deeply.
reisli 8y ago
Juries don't give a damn about evidence, only "morality." Which makes for shit justice.
It's a big fucking joke. I don't see how a judge would even let trash like this go to trial.
Any judge who allows this should be disbarred, and any time served and fines by a falsely charged person should have the sentence be doubled and put onto the false accuser.
NecroticFury 8y ago
all it takes is a serial murderer to decide he also wants to be a serial justice warrior.
seriously where are all the crazy people when we need them
MattyAnon Admin 8y ago
In the UK there are prosecutions for (provable) false rape reports. Mild sentencing naturally, don't wanna hurt their woman-feelz too much.
Of course women/feminists are trying to change these convictions (because it makes women less likely to report rape, ignoring the injustice to men that is attempting to be averted). They misuse facts like "we sentence women more harshly for this than most other countries", when in fact the sentencing is much lighter than it should be and other countries should catch up.
http://www.theguardian.com/law/2014/dec/01/109-women-prosecuted-false-rape-allegations
109 prosecuted (22 per year) out of 3,692 rape prosecutions per year. That's 0.5% of prosecutions that went ahead, out of a false reporting rate that is obviously much higher (feminists claim 2%, but they also claim 1 in 4 college girls gets raped, so the real figure is likely to be closer to 20%).
RedBigMan 8y ago
This is good because if they falsely accuse and get caught there will be a paper trail for future accusations.
MattyAnon Admin 8y ago
Sadly prosecutions are rare, and are almost certainly when there has been a conviction that is later overturned, and in most cases not even then.
CharlieIndiaShitlord 8y ago
This post induces pure rage.
I know this stuff happens, I know things are completely lopsided, but I find it impossible not to be pissed off by this.
Bwhitty23 8y ago
It just prooves you are still human. This unjust but society will never look into this as long as the precious are taken care of.
[deleted] 8y ago
What a fucking piece of shit that woman is.
[deleted] 8y ago
Ideally that cunt should be forced to cook him the dinners he'd usually be coming home to get on certain holidays. Since it's practically out of the question to throw a woman in prison, make her cook.
