Back when I moved off to college, and first got discretionary income, I made the unfortunate mistake of believing greasy ass Italian Rich Gaspari and Bodybuilding.com that supplements were the best way to use money to make gains. Now obviously, I wasn't and won't be the only post-adolescent to make this mistake. Young men naturally want a magic pill that will catapult them to the top of the Gym-Bro hierarchy, and supplement companies exist to capitalize on this desire. Furthermore, young men don't understand the value of money and are easily punked into buying dumb shit by pictures of butts. Since supplement companies aren't paying me to lie to you, you can rest assured that Alpha Master Gaylubeoil will teach you to inject your money directly into your gains in the most optimal way possible.
Look in the mirror. Are you too fat? Too skinny? Not muscular enough? This is definitely 100% women's fault for joining the workforce instead of staying home to be your Mommy-Wife and cooking healthy nutritious meals for you. Now obviously it's going to take some time for the Red Pill to throw women back into the kitchen, and install a Handmaid's Tale Theocracy. However, until that happens you have to replace your would-be Sharia wife with a series of kitchen appliances. $100 spent on a George Foreman, rice cooker, and crock pot will go a lot further in making you a muscular freak beast than two tubs of protein powder would for the same price.
The average person spends 26 years of their life in bed. The average redditor spends considerably more time then that marinating in his own sadness and semen. Regardless of whether you are a respectable member of society or a degenerate super-sperg; shit sleep will fuck your gains, plunge you into depression, and cripple your ability to spit game. In other words, shitty sleep makes dudes beta like a single mother. Luckily good sleep is something that you can buy. Save up your protein powder money and buy yourself a good mattress instead. Pick up a some luxury bed sheets. Then tell your tinder sluts about your luxury bedsheets and fuck them on your luxury bedsheets. Buy an alarm clock and keep your circadian rhythm disrupting phone out of the bedroom. All of this should buy you an extra 30 minutes of sleep a night, which will add up to a lot of gains over time.
If you want to look good in front of thousands, you have to outwork thousands in front of nobody. Unfortunately most of the dudes here aren't going to outwork anyone, because they have no idea of what their doing in the gym. So, here's a radical idea that's going to blow everyone's mind. If you want to know more about something, buy a book about it. Are you a teenager who wants to learn what exercises to do in order to develop a muscular physique? Why don't you buy Arnold Schwartzenager's or Robert Kennedy's Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding? Are your tight hips preventing you from squatting to depth? Why don't you read Becoming a Supple Leopard? Are you worried about what birth control is doing to your girlfriend? Buy Dr. William Llewellyn's book on exogenous hormones. Instead of asking anonymous dudes on the internet about shit they may or may not know, just buy a book about it from an expert.
Supplement companies care about teenage boys the way Thai prostitutes care about old white men. They don't give a fuck about you, they just want your money. She/Rich Gaspari doesn't love you, it's just your turn. So if you are going to spend your money, spend it on something that will actually help you reach your goal of being too swole to control.
Instead of spending hours smiling at a fluorescent screen and complimenting Gone Wild Butt Sluts, Skype with the toxic red pill bad boys. This is the kind of improvement you can expect through mentoring. PM for more info.

In USA you have so shitty suplements and food in general it is beyond any decency.
I buy polish Olimp's supplements - protein powder and creatine. It does the job perfectly. The regeneration is much faster.

Starting Strength is literally a college level course breakdown on the most important compound movements in the gym. (The NASM PT cert textbook is deep yet broad if you truly want the knowledge)
Sex God Method is essentially the same breakdown on how to fuck gals the way they want to be fucked
Supple leopard fixed a couple of my old man problems. Just wait it'll happen to you too..
read & execute these books & you can say peace out TRP it's been great
Though it certainly helps to get a dude like GLO to help you out if you get in a pinch. There's a good reason why we pay doctors and other experts for their time & wisdom. It's bc they know & they can point us in down the right path.
valkrrii 4y ago
Some useful suplements to use would be:
Whey protein - obviously provides protein for the body which is necessary to build muscle mass. It is relatively cheap compared to other alternatives and very convenient to use.
Caffeine - Useful for providing energy prior to workouts. Super cheap and you can get it as a supplement or simply by drinking coffee (would take a lot of cups for the same effect).
Multivitamin - While our body doesn't absorb all the vitamins in the multivitamin, using them is still very convenient. If a multivitamin isn't used, I would suggest supplementing with Zink and Magnesium.
Fish Oil - Recommended because frankly only a few of us eat enough salmon.
Creatine - Provides energy plus helps the brain function more efficiently.
straythekat 4y ago
Avoid supplements of any kind. The supplements on the market are artificial so your body only absorbs about 10% of it. The best way to go is to eat food. And as for gains of any kind, you gotta look at your own personal build. If you can pull of the weightlifter build go for it. If not, try a leaner look. I, personally had an ottermode body type, bulk would not look good on me. But ever since I started working out, a circuit designed for my frame, I'm more tone.
The biggest thing is that, this guy is right. Eat healthy, get sleep, drink lotsa water. There are no substitutes to good clean living. And you sure as hell cant put it in a pill.
velid89 4y ago
People want to look like bodybuilders and fitness models who are on various kinds of drugs. Stop chasing wishfull dreams and do better things in life. Also, one cycle of testosterone is cheaper than a bottle of creatine, but people will continue wasting money and trying to become something that is impossible to become unless you start taking drugs. I am against drugs, and I do not take them. Just saying how ridiculously naive people are.
iknowthewhey 4y ago
Creatine is incredibly cheap and proven to be one of the most useful supplements for bodybuilding. I don't think it's necessary but it is definitely something people should consider. It is much cheaper than a cycle of testosterone so you have no idea what you're talking about
velid89 4y ago
Ok, keep believing in that and endlessly trying to achieve something with creatine, I know very well what I am talking about as not once I supplied bodybuilders ;) Again, not recommending taking drugs - just sharing the truth. I am against drugs and do not take them in any form. But stop wasting your time. Creatine would help you in the same way as the little spoon would help you in digging foundations for your home..
iknowthewhey 4y ago
Creatine won't give you a massive boost but is proven effective by countless studies. Every single bodybuilder is on drugs and creatine won't make you look like them but saying it's not effective is nonsense considering it's the most widely researched supplement available. I agree it's not necessary but saying it's not effective or saying it's more expensive than running a cycle is completely wrong information.
red_philosopher 4y ago
Finally GLO is getting useful again.
Kind of a funny riff on the usual shit though. "Lift, eat right, sleep right, dress right." Hahaha buy all this shit instead so it's easier for you to do instead of slugging down whey.
Whey is good as a pre-workout though in all honesty.

On the subject of mattress I bought a traditional japanese futon mattress, as in 4 thick layers of cotton and I've never slept better. It takes maybe 2 weeks to get used to it. I also noticed that I move round a lot less during my sleep.
Also I'm curious, WTF is a pussy mattress ?
lbrownlbandit 4y ago
Sleeping on your back is horrible for your posture and induced snoring. Learn to sleep on your side with your arm under your head. Get use to that and you can literally sleep anywhere.
[deleted]
lbrownlbandit 4y ago
Mainly cause if your on your back, your ass is being pushed upwards. Try sleeping on any hard surface and you'll know what I mean. As for the arm, if you curl it back and put your head on it, you can comfortably relax your head on your bicep, its thicker.
Other than that sleeping on your back also increases the chance of you snoring which can lead to a loss of sleep and now your having to sleep longer to get the same amount of rest as someone who isn't. Might as well sleep on your side and enjoy a good night's rest.

As long as you're using that George Foreman grill to collect grease for a topping. Don't throw out that fat!
reddzeppelin 4y ago
its a nice idea to save all the fat from meat and respect the circle of life. modern factory farming does not respect the circle of life. unless youre paying for high quality meat or are under weight, saving the fat from grilled meat is probably not healthier for you. im all for saving food but, chewing that food well and enjoying it slowly so your body can digest all that you consume is higher priority. with that said id pour that fat on too, but for increased enjoyment of the food not because i think its healthy.

I'm not trying to T-bone your question. If anyone has select recipes for this guy don't hold back.
Just wanted to say the instapot is the most popular pressure cooker out there and tons of recipes made for instapots. If you know what you are doing it doesn't much matter, but starting out buying an instapot is a good move so have lots of recipes that work without even knowing what you are doing yet. google instapot recipes.

I'll second that. Got a knockoff Best buy version for $40. I'm throwing a half dozen chicken breasts in that thing every couple days. Even easier than the George Foreman and chicken so tender you can eat it with a spoon.
GodOfDinosaurs 4y ago
What settings do you use for chicken breast? I'm always trying different things.
nofears 4y ago
25 minutes cook time with a little water and celery / onion / carrots thrown in for some flavor turns out great. Then quick release.
A little on the soft side, but I'm going for max protein consumption with least amount of chewing required. Haha
novalentineforyou 4y ago
Hey you might wanna try out cooking the breasts just a little bit in some hot oil in a pan for a few minutes per side just to give them a tasty crust on the outside before you put them in the pot.

I've done that with beef, but never thought of trying it with chicken. Thanks for the tip!

I only use supplements that actually feel like they work and that I've done research on every ingredient. ZMA, Omega 3, Vitamin D, and a decent multi-vitamin.
I've taken a bunch of other stuff but it either doesn't do anything or nothing changes when I stop taking it.
The 4 items that I listed above make enough of a difference that if I stop taking them I'll notice.
I recommend reading "The Ultra-Mind Solution" to learn more about what your body and mind really need.
DemolitionMech 4y ago
Reading the ultra mind solution now. It’s definitely a must read
CryptoViceroy 4y ago
Never tried ZMA, will look into that one. I just stick to Fish Oil and a Multivitamin.
I tend to get a vitamin D deficiency in the winter months which can make me depressed. Multivitamins work wonders for keeping that at bay.
Don_Draper27 4y ago
ZMA is cheap too if you don't go for a main brand one. I get like a 1 month supply for less than $15. There's some nights where I forget to take ZMA and I definitely notice it the next day. More brain fog, less energy / stamina.
[deleted] 4y ago
No way. What effects do you notice from the other supplements?
thisisnotme__-- 4y ago
Don’t bother with ZMA.
Max-Powers3 4y ago
ZMA has given me some of the best sleep and magnesium has a ton of health benefits. Raise test levels? Idk, not by much probably but I’m on TRT.
tony8832 4y ago
What brand ZMA do you recommend ? Dosage ? I take the other 3 . D3 to be exact. I heard vitamin k pushes the D3 where it needs to go . Your thoughts Don....
Don_Draper27 4y ago
I started off with ZMA JYM but because the ingredients and dosage is basically the same with each brand I just switched over to the least expensive brand at my local nutrition shop. All ZMA products I've used require 3 pills for full dosage. Remember to take it on an empty stomach and at night preferably.
tony8832 4y ago
Excellent thanks for that info.
equal2infinity 4y ago
I second ZMA. I Take it and half a dose of fish oil at dinner and I wake up feeling refreshed and full of energy. Ymmv.
Don_Draper27 4y ago
You actually want to take ZMA on an empty stomach. Make sure you don't consume anything an hour before and an hour after to further enhance uptake.
equal2infinity 4y ago
I’ll try this. I usually load up on my evening supps at the end of my IF window. Thanks for the advice
Don_Draper27 4y ago
Just do some quick research on the stuff you are taking. Some supplements like multi-vitamins are best taken with a meal and some on an empty stomach. Some supplements (like omega-3) may actually end your fast so just be aware!
beginner_ 4y ago
Only relevant one on that list is Vitamin D. Anything else you should not be deficient if eating right. Vitamin D is the only one you can't really get from food and most people in the West are deficient in, even in Summer.
The only other supplement having consistently shown advantage is creatine. But the effect is tiny compared to the basics. It might make a difference for pro athletes but not average Joe.
[deleted] 4y ago
No dude, vitamin D supplements are a scam:
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.nytimes.com/2018/08/18/business/vitamin-d-michael-holick.amp.html
beginner_ 4y ago
Well a lot of Americans do live in places where one should get enough even in winter think California, Texas, Florida, rest of the south. And then it even depends on your job. Office worker in Seattle vs construction worker in Miami. US is also "more south" than Europe and gets more daylight in winter. Here you go weeks each winter without seeing the sun at all.
I can agree that it's unclear what actually health levels vitamin d are. But same can be said for testosterone. I'm calling it double standards if you doubt the official T level guidelines (the general trend here on TRP, not sure what you think about this) but in case of vitamin D, the opposite is the case. In both cases money is involved.
The reason whites are white is because they didn't get enough vitamin D running around in the woods of the north. So it's importance is undeniable. Only question is the levels and I say your average office worker gets far less sunlight than a "prehistoric human" walking around outdoors in the woods all day.
Nicolas0631 4y ago
Eat fish & cheese and go outside. Problem solved.
Also excess of Vitamin D is bad for your health, get checked first to see if you really need it.
PS2Errol 4y ago
Nearly everyone in the Northern hemisphere is vitamin D deficient.
[deleted] 4y ago
Okay, but vitamin d SUPPLEMENTS are still a scam:
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.nytimes.com/2018/08/18/business/vitamin-d-michael-holick.amp.html
beginner_ 4y ago
In winter there are places that simply don't get enough sun even if you are outside. Here it's mostly foggy + short amount of daylight.
of course because it also saves money. But it's actually hard to take too much. In fact for the elderly it's suggested to take 1 huge dose (300k IU) every 3 months.
Nicolas0631 4y ago
I admit my area (french riviera) is sunny most of the year, a bit raining in spring & autumn.
Still 100g of salmon give more than what you need for the day and 1 glass of milk 25-50% of the recommended rate depending of who you listen. 2 egs also give 25-50% of the recommended rate.
Interrestingly, this vitamin is kept in the body. So you if you eat say 200g of salmon on a given day, you are good for 3-4 days.
Despite the recent fashion to go for vegan food and to dismiss cow milk, consuming dairy product and fish is really great for your overall health. Such product provide a lot of things on all accounts.
On top both are good source of proteins.
zyqkvx 4y ago
Air fryers, sous vide, insta-pots, cast iron pans, and fancy toaster ovens with masterful levels of control (like the Breville air) are all the shit.
Air fryers are the most impressive for the level of involvement and investment needed. Just don't start putting fried food in there because it tastes delicious too.
ZachMeadows 4y ago
After looking some info on air fryer, they got nothing on traditional convection oven apart for the easy cleaning process maybe.
So if you got one convection oven, don't bother with air fryer. If you have to choose, choose the oven, you'll be able to cook more for less investment.
I agree with cast iron pans, I got 3 and can work out while cooking, it's awesome !
zyqkvx 4y ago
I have a convection oven and a airfryer. I cook greasy things in the air fryer because oil splatters and I don't want the grease all over the sides of my convection oven.

Ever tried the carnivore diet?
Haven’t felt this good in my life and I’ve tried many diets, only bad thing is it costs me 100-200/week on food when bulking
jm51 4y ago
I've been carnivore for about a year and feel great on it. Never going back to plant food.
Even though I have a sedentary lifestyle it's expensive. I spend £50+ a week on pork and beef.
I'm going to start making pemmican. Not just for snack food when I'm out and about but if I can cope with living on pemmican alone, it will halve my food bill.
throwawaybpdnpd 4y ago
You could also try adding lots of eggs and bone broth, it’s very cheap and gets the bill down a bit
I eat about 1.2kg of meat daily, no veggies no carbs.... and I feel fucking GREAT, can’t explain it!
I used to poop every day, now it’s 1-2/week at most. Hyperhidrosis is gone, anxiety under control, soooooo focused doing what I do, much more energy and no food cravings at all...
Never going back.

So are we supposed to do knees out or not? I mean not excessively, but it would seem the huge majority of squatting form advice out there allows for some natural tracking out of the knees
dominikklis1 4y ago
Squat is complex exercise, so we couldn't really have one straight answer. Instead we should be aware about cues in our mechanics and look for answers which will bring us to our goals.
/watch whole debate
Sumsar01 4y ago
Doesnt matter your leggs will most likely try to optimize the path by themselves as long as most of your volume is done at weight where you not grinding to much (70-80%ish of 1RM) you will default to somewhat optimal technique. This isnt Olympic weight lifting the technical sealing is very basic.
10211799107 4y ago
The knee is a hinge joint. It likes to move in one plane only. Toes out, knees tracking toes does not put torsion on the ACL. The moment arm between the knees and gravity vector (low bar) is small, so you can squat safely even with no ACLs. Yes, I have lifters who had two torn ACLs.
I really should make posts series about the mechanics of the lifts and why SS is such a good model.
There is an optimum way relating to amount of muscle mass used, ROM and weight that is the most bang for your back to get strong. When you're relatively strong, then volume will make you big.
[deleted]
[deleted]
RavelsBolero 4y ago
I see. Well clearly my range of motion isn't that good in many areas of my musculature then, because I can't do a deep squat/ass to grass with my feet completely flat that Kelly demonstrates in his book. I've never tried it with a weight, this is just from standing. I'm not likely to either.
I've already been practicing yoga to help with my flexibility, and even some of the cross legged postures (lotus, siddhasana) are difficult for me. Time to work on all of that
10211799107 4y ago
You're already flexible enough. You DO NOT squat ass to grass and your toes are NOT pointed forward in a squat. Your low back relaxes when you try to go to deep, you just need enough depth that enables your back to be rigid.
Nk fucking powerlifter squats ass to grass with toes straight forward. I like Kelly but the mechanics and muscles used in his version doesn't make sense.
RavelsBolero 4y ago
I can't squat with my feet flat like he demonstrates in his book though, and this is without using any weights, just standing. I'm 27 so I'm sure I could make a lot of improvement if I started seriously working on my flexibility

Shit is spot on. I've been in the bodybuilding game for 20 years and have seen it all, supplements come and go. They're all just fads aimed at taking money from punk kids that don't want to put in the work of cooking and choking down a few chicken breasts every day.
Bilskee1 4y ago
Dont forget spices Glo. Without good spices home cooked meals aren't worth the effort. Goya, cayenne pepper and any of the McCormick's grill mate's spices are my go to and have been for years. Montreal steak seasoning alone will change your cooking game.
512165381 4y ago
After studying nutrition for a long time
you need around 100g protein per day. how you get it is up to you.
you can use the NOVA classification to break down foods from unprocessed to ultraprocessed. Minimally processed food are on the outside on the grocery store and ultraprocessed are in the middle. Processed sugars and oils add nothing nutritionally. Stick to unprocessed or minimally processed foods.

Why not personal trainer to design a customized nutrition plan and fitness routine? Hollywood seems to have incredible results purchasing gains with dollars this way.
NigerianChad 4y ago
Hollywood uses anabolic steroids. That is a fact. If they were solely using diets and proper lifting routines they would look like an average guy in good shape. Especially when you look at how fast they make their transformations, sometimes in less 6months. It's not physically possible.(Zac Efron, Mark Wahlberg for example)
Don't get me wrong a a proper diet and regimen is absolutely crucial.

If you're looking for a fantastic way to easily meal prep, Look into Sous Vide as well, I Sous Vide a weeks worth of chicken breast, and keep them in individual vacuum sealed bags until I'm ready to consume them.
Sous Vide is a common way in restaurants to prep hundreds of steaks for customers very quickly and with very low effort. You can cut your meal prep time invested down by 50-75% using a good Sous Vide.
alittletoosmooth 4y ago
You cook them or prep/freeze them then "cook" them again? What else do you do as sides?
odaman8213 4y ago
Vacuum seal raw, sous vide, and keep in vacuum seal until ready. Pop it in the fridge, for sides I usually just hit a raw veggie medley with some white truffle oil and pink salt. If I'm not on keto then I hit some rice I precooked in a rice cooker as well, but usually I'm low carb so the veggies are enough.
alittletoosmooth 4y ago

Protein synthsis can theoretically be spiked every 3-5 hour and takes about 30g of protein to active (3g of leucein). Does this matter in practice? No body really knows.
gixxerthouguy 4y ago
This is where I struggle. Lifting 3 to 4 times a week, with 2 cardio sessions too. Trying to cut that last bit of body fat, by being in deficit. But eating all that protein - that's going to add calories and reduce the cut, right?
CryptoViceroy 4y ago
In a cut you want a caloric deficit, while maintaining high protein intake and high intensity training.
You cut calories first from carbs, then from fats. You shouldn't ever need to cut calories from protein.
Cut down to a healthy calorie deficit for your size, your total intake should really be no lower than about 1,500 - 2,000 cal. If you need to go lower, then you just up the cardio.
theguywhopostnot 4y ago
if you maintain your weight while liftinh. you can assum3 youte losing at least 2-4 pounds of fat per month and gaining at least 1 to 2 pounds of muscle per month. jus dont quit, its a daily process

Cut the stupid cardio sessions. Unless they’re HIIT training, you’d be better served adding two more weight sessions and starting PPLPPLR. Your macros should change on a cut, you should be eating very little carbohydrates while maintaining most of your protein intake.
gixxerthouguy 4y ago
I don't think Cardio is stupid. In my time I've run 3 half marathons and 1 full marathon. I've also dropped from 104kg to 81/82kg by counting calories and a lot of cardio. As TRP directs, lifting is important - for many reasons - which is now why I lift more. But I won't stop the cardio. I want a good balance of health, I don't want to be as big as a pro wrestler - I prefer the hyper trophy look.
RichHomieCole 4y ago
Doing cardio because you enjoy it or to reach personal goals is one thing, but you said you’re trying to shed fat. Steady state cardio is not effective or efficient for fat burning. High intensity interval training as I recommended previously, will keep you in good shape and is highly effective for burning fat.
You can downvote me all you want, but this is the truth. I can tell you’re inexperienced because you don’t know what hypertrophy is lol. Lifting 6 days a week won’t turn you into a pro wrestler either, those guys run a lot of gear and eat a lot of food to look that way.
If you want to lose fat, you need to change your training.

Dont drop the cardio. Moderate cardio is healthy and helps you build work capacity to do more volume.

That slow protein absorption bro. Big facts.
red_philosopher 4y ago
That's why you use it as a pre-workout and eat a thick fucking steak after you're done. Shit, a tub lasts me a month and a half. For $40? Make it sound like these tubbies are spooning it out of the tub and dry swallowing the shit hahahahahahaha

Protein powder is a food? Kids are so brainwashed now a days.
Worse is those companies try to Jew-Jistui consumers at every corner. That protein powder doesn't state the whey concentrate in the ingredient list? Its not going to filter to 70% because that would cost a lot of money, instead its more like 30%. For most consumers that's easily 5-10 grams less protein per scoop than what's stated on the label. Its also why people get stomach aches, shitty digestion from fillers which are used to amino spike it. Hopefully no ones stupid enough to buy plant protein, most of that shit is processed in China, most of it is contaminated with heavy metals.
The second thing is animal meats have enzymes in them to aid with absorption. Those are annihilated in the process of whey filtration. While whey is a good supplemental it well never beat real meat, ever. The kids got fooled by marketing and propaganda.
Rich actually was right on that one.
This one pisses me off. Unless you can post, and explain a study yourself, you do not know what the fuck you're talking about. This is also common for the "experts", research Ph.Ds., MD's or otherwise. Most people in the industry of research are full of shit, and most of those studies are not reproducible, because guess what, monied interest rules the industry and dictates the outcomes of research.
For those new to the research industry, its publish or perish. Researchers are glorified whores for their prospective clients, and they can and will allow them to dictate any outcomes they wish in their studies. Especially more so in "associative studies".

Whey is just a constituent of dried milk. It's not developed with chemicals. It is literally dried milk (a constituent).

Personally I prefer real food. Whey is just the easy and cheapest way to get protein.
If you can afford it, or tired of whey, why not get protein naturally ?

This is just simply incorrect. Most quality powers have very minimal sugar. I drink unflavored casein before bed with no issues. I agree with you that red meat is supreme, but even Brian Shaw and Eddie hall still drink protein shakes in between meals
beginner_ 4y ago
The sugar in whey is lactose which is far less of an issue than real sugar, sucrose. The labeling is kind of shit putting all "sugars" under one term even though they are quiet different in their effects.
About the other fillers/flavors in whey powders one could make an argument but same for antibiotics and hormones in beef.
Also beef or chicken here is far more expensive than whey. meat is very cheap in US. Even "quark" which essential has the similar profile as cottage cheese but 0 fat. That is about $2.5 for 110g of protein or pretty much the same as whey. From money perspective, whey here makes sense but yeah meat is much more tasty and less artificial but will sure strain your budget if you have high protein targets.
bbcbarbarossa 4y ago
Wrong. Get myprotein whey. Event better is their isolate. Don't buy shit off ebay dude.

That's why you check the ingredients label and do your research before you purchase. You should also research what to do to reach realistic goals. Such as types of workouts, tracking your macros, and when to eat.
If you really want to dig deeper and stuck at a plateau, or just trying to get to that next level and not sure what to do, you may want to research reputable nutritionists in your area.
Everybody's body is different and what one program works best for one person may not work the best for another.
You're dropping a lot of "information" in the thread, would you care to elaborate on your size, PRs, macro tracking, routine, etc.?

I have a nice panini press. Seems similar to a george foreman grill. I never use it though. What's the benefit? I was gonna get rid of it.
the_green_grundle 4y ago
Probably cooking chicken or other meats with less fat. The panini press doesn’t have that functionality usually.
redpill77 4y ago
Mine says it does. But I don't see how it's any better than using a pan. Just that you don't need oil?
Itshighnoon777 4y ago
The only supplement I take is a pre-workout energy drink. Everything else going into my body is food
