Im almost 30 years old. I dont really have any life goals or something i'm truly passionate about. I'm not sure if i want to have a family someday. I have low motivation. very few things really excite me anymore. life feels meaningless. do you have any ideas? any books that you reccomend?

Speak for yourself bro. The gym is the only way I can get the asshole in my head to stop talking. On days I don’t go, I feel like absolute shit. It’s turned into my church, and I absolutely love it.

Lots of people consider going to the gym3-5 times a week “gymratting”, but that’s keeping up with your health and testosterone, that’s awesome. That is what you should do. But if you’re legit tryna be the biggest and just spend 2-3 hrs every day in the gym and sit in your house all day eating tryna hit the 1000 calorie surplus and all the macros, then that’s not a productive waste of your time. Like you said, you should go to the gym because it makes you feel good. You’d be shit without it. But don’t make it such a big part of your identity and goals unless you want to be a full blown body builder, compete and make money off it. If you feel like you have no purpose in life you should still go to the gym (always should), but what you really need is hobbies and meeting new ppl. Go to the gym to support doing actually awesome things.

You can’t go back in time man. But you need to start making good decisions if you don’t want to regret it again later. Don’t waste no more years. Get your testosterone levels checked and if they’re low, you know what the problem is. If they’re not, get a therapist. You need to get some hobbies and go out more, if you don’t already.

Start creating goals. Start taking responsibility for your worthless life that you lead now. Right now you're basically dead because you have no plan in place. Until you figure this out, you're gonna be lost for years. Me personally I had passion in things from a young age so maybe I was lucky but I still had to work hard to get to where I wanted to be.
Right now you're only in this position because you let yourself get there, so its time for you to fix it. No one on here or any books can fix your life, only you can. This is really all I can suggest.
