Are you going into monk mode to avoid socialising, or are you going into monk mode because you genuinely believe you're a sack of shit and need to find some self-esteem based on personal achievement for people to like you? • Workout everyday, if you can't lift, work a different body part or get on the floor and do a few sets of pressups. Anything. If strength training is really out the window, then jog, HIIT, sprint, or whatever. Just get an endorphin spike every day. Just exercise. It'll make you a better you.

• Meditate. This is good for concentration and clarity of mind.

• Drop toxic people you may have in your life. If people don't believe in you they will hold you back. People who know you as "old you" and won't support you in being "new you" are included in this.

• Read books, especially stoic philosophy. And The 48 Laws of Power.

TLDR: read, lift, diet, meditate and believe that you're the shit for doing all that. Most people don't - ESPECIALLY women, who are lazy as fuck and entitled for the most part.

Why not join ROTC at your school? Gives you some structure and if you like it, graduate and go to OCS. Make a career out of it.
