So I made an argument in favor of TheRedPill in SRD, talking about how masculinity is met with derision in today's society. I was immediately met with derision.
Arguing on the internet is like competing in the Special Olympics. Even if you win you're still fucking retarded.
Put less harshly:
In Luke the faithful are commanded to preach the gospel to the masses. But they are forewarned that the masses will hear but they will not listen, they will see but they will not believe. The faithful will fight a losing battle but will fight anyway.
You are probably a Christian by culture, though you probably don't believe in god. Just accept as given that Luke's calling is thoroughly ingrained in how we think about things. It's going to be your instinct forever.
But TRP is not an evangel, you have no duty to preach it.
It sounded like you were making a pretty objective comment, without slandering either side of the issue. Of course as reddit gets bigger (as well as TRP), there will be more people who don't really want to contribute positive input, but still, it's disheartening to see people just reject a claim due to either internal bias (that they might not be aware of) or fear of learning contradictory information to what they currently know (cognitive dissonance).
Just keep up that type of commenting, worthy way to bring forth ideas.
The second their girlfriends are backing out of the relationship and my advice is hitting every mark though they start listening.
Growth usually only happens through suffering. It's hard to get someone to change when they're comfortable and happy, and to be honest if someone is comfortable and happy why should they change?
I like the idea of not explaining the underlying philosophy right away. It seems to have the highest retention rate for various Game techniques and red-pill ideas.

At the beginning of the semester he was pining after women hard enough for the desperation to seep out of the very air he walked through. Once I introduced him to a few exercises (including but not limited to "don't ask questions, do") his dating prospects improved tenfold over the course of the semester.
SRD is the worst place to seek validation for TRP, the average subscriber of SRD doesn't like this sub and they don't like you either ddxxdd. You'd probably get your comment upvoted if you'd be more witty, that's how SRD works.
