The white knight is the great enemy of mankind. Feminism worked because woman banded together. Men need to do this again as of old. Feminism dies when the last white knight packs up and goes home.
I'd also add don't hire women. Not because of sexism but because of legal liabilities, workplace discord, sexism against male employees, favoritism to females, in/out-grouping, etc.
The only women I treat well are faithful wives that dutifully attend to their children and treat their husbands with respect and reverence. The rest I consider to just be whores
I have clients (normally woman run houses) that definitely get an extra 10%+ added to their bills because it's always a headache.
Last one that comes to mind was a woman, with her husband footing the bill. Paying me $60/hr to drive around the state to pick up quarts of a discontinued paint that she just had to have.
Just to have my paint over it 4 months later because, it's just not appealing to me anymore.
She fucking loved it until she saw another Pinterest real she liked even more.
True not all clients can be treated equally as they give headaches. I have clients who need their bills increasing because they are nightmares who always ask for something different and extra that is hard define or to add to a bill afterwards (like "can you just re-do that one a bit I know I said X but you misunderstood, I meant Y now I see it", These clients need the extra added beforehand. Do it that way and they just think "this is the service I deserve" Do it the other way around and you are "just another rip off tradesman". 95 % of these clients are female. You can quote them all equally if you have no reason to suspect they are the difficult sort but once you know they are there can be no equality, only fairness.

Was it someone here / Cappy mentioning that the experienced tradesman are already increasing the starting price for someone looking like a trouble...
