I was reading someone saying that in the worst places in the US it basically became mandatory to move up to accuse of a man in the position of something sexual.
I saw it heading that way myself as girls would come in, flirt with everyone, then figure out who was above them in the hierarchy and get angry at anyone who continued to flirt but wasn't "above" them. You could see the eventual climax that after they worked through all the lower guys the higher guys would become their target.
There's an entire city within a city in Bangkok where all the Indian expats live. Mostly hoteliers, restaurateurs and tailors. Great place to get a suit made and grab a meal. Avoid their hotels like the plague though.
