My wife chopped her hair to shoulder length when our baby would grab it. Other than that long hair is a sign of healthy estrogen levels and therefore attracts men. Today at the courthouse I was in line behind some old lady. Her hair was as short as a man's. She was wearing men's clothes. She was dumpy. Probably there to file for divorce. She stood sideways in line so she could see me checking her out and get validation thereby. I didn't check her out. I'm a full 12" taller than her, tan, muscular, and I have some gray. Zero attention. Not even the be nice to the old lady routine.
Further back in line was some younger chick doing the same thing to me. Little does she know what goes around comes around.

If she's going through chemo or her hair caught fire and had to be cutoff that's one thing
If she's just "nah I'm gonna chop it off" instant demote.
