So, I am a high school teacher. One of my female students didn't like a disciplinary action I took today, so she absolutely lost her shit, got up in my face, pushed me (not hard, mind you) and told me, "I am going to fuck you up!"
Moments later, I had the loudmouth bitch in the principal's office, and returned to my class to discover that, true to form, at least one of the students had managed to get all of this on a camera phone. Meanwhile, the student was in the office, texting other students to delete the video and to lie about the way she was behaving. The students were there giving me the play-by-play of every message.
I stopped by after that class to follow up with the principals, and momma has shown up and wants to throw down as well (no father in the picture -- go figure). Based on her daughter claiming that I had assaulted her in class, she proceeded to call the police to try and have me charged with assault. At that point, she was yelling at the police that everything was on video for them to see.
Well, the principal and the cops got their hands on the video, and saw what really went down. The principal got one of the students to provide the text messages of this stupid girl attempting to do her damage control, and the principal said that she would be suspended for a few days, and told me that I could file charges. If I do that, this girl will end up in alternative school for the foreseeable future.
And, you know what? That is exactly what I am going to do. Teenage girls who cry and make up stories to try and get themselves out of trouble grow up to be the kind of woman who will make false rape and abuse allegations in order to get back at men who make them angry. If there had not been hard physical evidence, witnesses, and documentation of what went on in my classroom today, it would have been an issue of "he said, she said," with not only this position, but my entire career on the line. Nothing like a child abuse charge to have one's teaching credentials revoked.
So, tomorrow I am going to formally file charges against this girl and let the legal system have a crack at her. Maybe she will think twice about recklessly lying to her mother, the principal, and the police with tears in her eyes after conducting herself like a complete cunt. And maybe her mother will think twice before calling the cops to complicate a matter that didn't require their attention. Maybe other students who see what happens to her will get the hint that you don't pull that kind of shit without real-world consequences.
Or maybe not. Regardless, I am going to thoroughly enjoy giving this stupid girl a taste of her own medicine!
UPDATE 3/24: Met with principal, the girl, and her mother today. Girl is still maintaining her lies, and mother thinks we should both apologize to each other. Yeah, no. I told the principal to go forward with the charges. Plus, she has her best friend lying for her, saying that she was the one who sent the messages to cover things up, not her.
UPDATE 4/17: Sorry for the delay in the update. The police officer on campus was reluctant to file it as an assault (shocking, right?), but she in the interim she actually got herself in more trouble for jumping another girl on campus, so she's off to alternative placement anyway.
There were two positive results from this: by maintaining my frame throughout this whole thing, she was made out to be a fool by the other students on campus, as well as her mother. Momma was actually calling some of the other students in the class to try and get them to change their stories -- so much so, that one of the student reported that she had to block the number from her phone.
The second is that students (in my class, at least) better understand that I am not to be fucked with now.

If a boy did this he would have been expelled straight away. Is this equality ?

Type everything up in a document very structured and thorough. Make a heading at the top of the page and type "CRIMINAL COMPLAINT". At the end of the document, state that you are claiming these facts as true under penalty of perjury (felony if you lie). Print, sign, notarize it and have the notary create at least two more copies as certified copies. Take them to the county court house. Take one of them into the public recording office. They may demand the original, which is fine because you have two other copies. It may cost $10 or so. Send copies to law enforcement. Since she's a juvenile, you may not want to record it, but w/e. There should be a court hearing and everything. I never rely on others or even police to do anything right.

You know, after reading this I was in a very similar situation at my home coming dance. It was a very crowded dance floor and I got pushed into a girl. My back hit her. It was a total domino affect and I just happened to be the one in front of the hoe.
She pushed me hard and punch the back of my head and started screaming in my ear. I figure, whatever. She kept coming up to me about 8 times. Hitting me, yelling, etc. Until a security guard pulls me out and takes me to police for "assaulting a minor." Yeah, I'm 18 and she was 16. The cops continiously abused me, made a scene, threw me in the back of the cop car telling me I was following her and punched her. The police did not beleive me for a second. I was defensless. Luckily my douchebag principal convinced the cops not to take me to the police station.
Long sotry short, I had to get an attorney and spend $1,500, deal with my parents yelling at me (they're the type that never believe that their child is innocent). Well, they knew I did hit a girl lol... They were mad because I was getting upset with the cops and did not handle the situation like an adult. I had to deal with EVERYONE around school talking to me about it for months, got suspended for one day, etc. A bunch of bull shit went down as you can imagine. For 4 months I thought I was going to have "assaulting a minor" on my record for the rest of my life. Had I not gotten my attorney to contact the court system and explain the situation, I would have probably ended up in a court room. Which still would have gone onto my record, guilty or not.
All of this was because a girl forgot her tampons at home. And unlike you, I had no video evidence. It was all he said she said, but what she was saying they believed. That was a scary time for me. Very happy you had video evidence.
Good luck with everything.

Good on you OP, I wish more teachers didn't just talk to students, but directly fucked with their lives for the better. Will this hurt her reputation as a student, friend, and daughter? Yes absolutely, but she deserves it, 100%. Kids these days have no thought of a consequence for their actions, be it either good or bad. I applaud you and hope justice is served accordingly!
TRiPdonGame 10y ago
Good call! I had a girl pull this sort of thing in high school, and my biggest regret is not suing once the DA dropped the (perjured) charges.
Furiouss06 10y ago
OP, it's been a while. Can you give us an update?

Crucify that bitch. This shit needs to be the norm to show those little twats that this is no way to act towards other human beings.
willFour 10y ago
I remember the days when if the teachers or cops called your parents because you were causing trouble, your parents would show up and side with the authorities, not you.
[deleted] 10y ago
Exactly! It used to go down something like this.
Kid "Teacher was being a dick to me and he hit me!"
Parent "What did you do to deserve being hit?"
It never used to be "What are you doing that made my little dumpling lash out like that? She never does this at home. You just can't give her consequences for her actions."
No shit, I used to work with a "special needs" girl who, by mothers INSISTENCE, had no consequences for her actions. That girl knew exactly what she was doing and why and she got away with so much shit because the mom would come to the school and bitch and moan about her daughter getting detention for being disruptive and leaving the classroom. Eventually all the teachers stopped giving a shit and ignored her. It was sad because all the teachers were very willing to work on her behavior if they were allowed to give her consequences but because of her mother that kid is going to grow up to be queen bitch.
lhedn 10y ago
I think she could learn more from you showing mercy. She has already learned that lying gets her nowhere, and if you kept her around she would be reminded of the shame in lying.
[deleted] 10y ago
Fuck you. This entire society is a never ending mercy-fest for anyone born with a cunt.
wolfspear 10y ago

sheriffbigbywolf 10y ago
Damn, this hit close to home. They don't just grow up to be that way. They already are.
I got hit with a false accusation of rape by a girl like this. Super slutty girl, foul mouthed, bad girl type, taking drugs and dick sucking since she was twelve years old. She cheated on her BF with me. Of course she had a single mother. No father figure to speak of. She lied about her age to me (she was under 18, I was about one month over), and about having a boyfriend. When I found out all this after hooking up with her, I called her BF and told him what happened. She told me not to and I did it anyway. I didn't want to be that guy since I had been cheated on in a past relationship and knew that pain.
That night the motherfucker tried to burn my house down. I lived with my parents at the time who were at home sleeping. They called the cops and the kid got arrested.
Next thing I know, police are knocking at my door too, and the girl is claiming I violently raped her after getting her drunk (none of drank a drop that night, including her). This is the same girl who, 48 hours earlier, was telling me to put a condom on because "I want you" and "OMG you're making me so fucking horny" (her exact words).
I almost killed myself in that jail cell. Almost. I thought my life was over. I thought I would no longer be able to go to college, which I aphid just been accepted to - my top school, on a late admission - or ever have a decent job. I was going to hang myself. Until I saw the words someone else had written on the bottom of the top bunk bed, "No matter what happens, we all have the power to grow". For some reason that kept me from kicking off and letting the noose do its thing.
Good thing, too, because the judge dropped the rape charge and scolded not just the girl, but her mother, in the court room, for filing a frivolous charge and trying to use the justice system to get revenge. He had some harsh words for me too, but ultimately all the charges were dismissed.
I consider myself extremely fortunate.
Oh yeah, and throughout the entire process, at no point did anyone - the cops, the detective, her friends my friends, ANYONE - ask "what she was wearing" or say any of the mythical victim blaming shit you hear about. I saw all the footage of her interviews, and the one or two friends from my hometown who stayed loyal to me through the fallout, told me everything they heard people say. No one ever doubted this chick's story. At all. They heard the word "rape" and immediately assumed she was telling the truth and that I was guilty. In fact, they went out of their way to affirm it. One of my friends got jumped and beaten blue while pissing in a field at a party, by a gang of dudes who knew the girl. Just for being my friend. I got threatened, harassed, and stalked by white knight dudes and angry girls who didn't know me and who barely knew her, just because they heard the rumor.
I was able to go to college, after all, and I live in a different city now. I have a good job (100k+ per year), and am mostly alright. I have my health and my family. I can't go home to visit them too often, because people STILL talk about that shit (it's a small town) and I have come very close to blows with people looking at me and whispering.
That false accusation, which was over a decade ago, still follows me everywhere I go. A lot of days I think about killing myself and leaving in my suicide note, "I didn't rape her". Many professional doors are closed to me forever. Because I have just an arrest related to a sexual crime (not even a conviction), I can never have any kind of public job or do what I always wanted to do, which is be a defense attorney.
I know TRP's enemies will probably latch onto this post and say OMG WE FOUND A LIVE ONE SEE ALL THOSE GUYS ARE CREEPS AND RAPISTS LOL but fuck them, I needed to get this off my chest. I was really angry after reading OP's post.
Shut that idiot down, OP, and do it as harshly as possible.
TL;DR false rape, lies, manipulation, and depression, because of the same shit OP described
Dark_Shroud 10y ago
I read stories like this and realize my ex-marine asshole of a father did me a few favors in personal strength & perseverance I didn't realize until my adult years.
If I was going to kill myself I'd go kill or cripple the person(s) who pushed me to that point first.
I've read a lot of these stories where people who beat false rape charges only had a few real friends left. One guy talked about a friend this happened to, himself and one other guy were the only ones who stood by him as his world was destroyed. The guy moved out of state and his family years later were still too embarrassed to even try talking to him.
midnightmasses 10y ago
Another one who could've written this post.
My highschool years were fucking ruined, man.
I had to fight so many fucking white knight assholes.
smokeybehr 10y ago
Not true. An arrest is not a conviction, and had better not show up on any kind of criminal background check. You don't have to reveal it unless specifically asked about an arrest. If it's still on your record, and hasn't been purged, then you should hire a lawyer to get it removed. There are lawyers that specifically deal in things like this.
RPthrowaway123 10y ago
Stories like this make me so angry. You're innocent until proven guilty by the law, but not the court of public opinion.
no_game_player 10y ago
"You can beat the charge, but you can't beat the ride". We don't have a justice system. We have a legal system, and it's corrupt as hell.
Cyralea 10y ago
Kudos for making it through that, false rape charges have ruined stronger men than you and I. The most sobering part of the ordeal is how quickly your closest friends turn on you based on nothing but heresay.
In my case a chick that I was white-knighting for back in my BP days decided it was worth her time to destroy me once I decided to stop enabling her self-destructive ways. She had a shitty troubled past and my ignorant self thought I could play Captain Save-a-Ho. I never pursued her sexually, I saw her like a wounded puppy. Once I realized she was gaming me for her personal validation and I decided to walk, she threw out false rape accusations to get back at me. Surprisingly, all but two of my closest circle of friends sided with her, and kicked me to the curb. This was a chick that my friends hardly knew. Your whole world can crumble at the mere words of a woman.
Luckily for me she got cold feet about pursuing the rape charges because it generated more attention than she was ready for. Instead she went with the "I don't want to open up the past" angle and tried to get people to drop talking about it.
OP, ream the shit out of this girl and make an example out of her. False rape charges aren't treated seriously in this country.
no_game_player 10y ago
This is really minor, but that's my specialty:
The word you're looking for is "hearsay" (like 'I hear you say...'). You sort of conflated it with "heresy" which is ~'blasphemy'.
Cyralea 10y ago
Thanks, noted
no_game_player 10y ago
You're quite welcome.
As an aside, I've been pleasantly surprised that such irrelevant trivia has been so often welcomed when presented politely.
JadedReflection 10y ago
Have almost the same exact story bro. Small town, false rape, girl lied about age, I swear if I didn't know better I'd think I had written your post.
zenmushroom 10y ago
The more I read about this kind of stuff, the more I think that people should not have sex until they're either married, or have known someone for a very long time. Sex with the wrong person...or even associating with the wrong person...can fuck up your entire life. You gotta be very careful these days.
trthorson 10y ago
There's a problem with that though. That's trying to treat a symptom with the wrong medication (let alone going after the symptom not the illness).
As evidenced with this story, people can claim rape when it wasn't. What would have been different with OP's story if he hadn't even had sex with her and she claimed rape? Scarily, nothing.
ufaild 10y ago
Just film it.
no_game_player 10y ago
That's been my take. It helps that I'm not particularly desperate for sex and generally don't like the company of people. Omega makes life rather simpler in many ways. ;-)
zenmushroom 10y ago
I don't think a lack of sex makes a person "omega," I think it makes them careful. The Ancient Germans actually associated virginity with manliness. They believed that a true Man could resist the temptations of sex until at least 20 years old. 20 doesn't seem very old to us today, but back when people were lucky to live that long it seemed a bit older.
I don't think there is anything manly about fucking whatever comes your way. This is an idea I don't like about TRP, that to be some big alpha stud you gotta rack up all these "scores" with the ladies.
Sure, I guess there's the idea that the more manly you are, the more sexual access you will have, but I don't think its wise to have sex with too many people. This increases the chances for a false rape allegation, STD, pregnancy and all sorts of other fun.
My advice is to know someone for at least 6 months before you fuck them. I think that's enough time to know if they are crazy or not.
no_game_player 10y ago
I consider myself 'omega' partly as a joke and partly for a variety of other reasons. It's basically my default since I'm not generally displaying alpha or beta tendencies but just going in a totally different direction that most people.
I think you've got a pretty reasonable position on it.
Sex / dating just isn't a part of my life at the moment, and I'm quite comfortable with that. I've got a lot of other areas of my life to get straight before it becomes any sort of a priority.
boobookittyfyk 10y ago
As a girl and a mom I say do it. File the charges. Children need limits, and sometimes hard lessons. I think op is spot on.

Beardsman2 10y ago
You better bloody do it, only a matter of time till this entitled slut accuses some young bloke of rape. She needs to be taught a lesson.
4tune8 10y ago
People need to be held accountable for their actions, especially young women. They need to learn that the biological fact that they have a vagina is not a get out of jail free card in life. Since this girl has no father around, this could be a lesson that she would otherwise have never learned later on in life as she's screwing some other poor guy's life over.
slcjosh 10y ago
I am 100% for your choice to take legal action. She deserves this. I witnessed a similar incident to this when I was in High School and nothing was done about it. Make sure this girl learns her lesson that she cant put hands on you or anyone with expecting one of two results.
damageddude 10y ago
This why my friend quit teaching and took over his family's restaurant. He got paranoid that something like this would happen (worse as he was a guidance counselor).
mustardhomie 10y ago
Sometimes the only way to learn is the hard way. Too bad she didn't have a father in her life. Another statistic...

grelknar 10y ago
Do it. Actions have consequences. Not to mention it sets an example for others and makes you someone to be feared. Not excessively feared but they may think twice before trying to ruin you.
Not to mention you don't need her shit around while you're trying to teach, and the kids actually trying to learn in your class certainly don't.

bigyellowtwinki 10y ago
It sounds like future male teachers should have a running hidden camera in their classroom at all times. Then again, it wouldn't surprise me if that were somehow illegal, but if it were legal it may save a man or two from being crippled by a teenage girl.
long-lostfriend 10y ago
Most schools have cameras in the hallways, but not in individual classrooms.
Here, at least, it's not illegal to film students for school related purposes, but having a hidden camera running continuously would definitely open me up to accusations of being some kind of perverted predator. You know how things can get spun.
AIchemyst 10y ago
I have mine pointed at the front of the classroom/my desk.
FugitiveAlpha 10y ago
You could probably get away with this if you make it a "social media experiment" get a big obvious camera, and figure out some feel-good bullshit story behind why its there.
boscoist 10y ago
Open camera, redundant drive in the principals office. Problem solved.

Does this mean you don't believe it? It's not an unrealistic story.
This like this happened every few months at my high school. Sometimes on a massive scale. As a senior prank, the principal allowed the older kids to buy silly string and arranged for a fake assembly meeting for all the other grade levels so we could "attack" with silly string from the second floor balcony. Playfully.
Some dumbasses brought baby oil as well though. The younger students HAD to get across this hallway to get to their lockers. They would get squirted with oil and/or slip and fall on the slippery floor. Then the dumbasses ran out of silly string and started throwing cans. They hit some kids in the face (from the second story) which led to at least one or two people getting stitches.
They all tried to deny what happened and convince or intimidate the rest of the class from giving information. Fat chance. There was plenty of video footage and none of the idiots walked across the graduation stage.

ProfessorD2 10y ago
As a teacher of middle and high school students...
PLEASE DO THIS.
She needs to be made an example. Too many careers are ended because of false allegations. Students (and parents) need to know that this can't be tolerated.
bsutansalt 10y ago
I wish this would happen more often, the taking her to task part. I doubt you'll get through to her or her mother, but her being charged will be a wake-up call for those around her and at your school. It's a teachable moment to others for sure.
friendlylex 10y ago
Your role as a teacher demands that you do no less.
Teachers also have a duty to educate students on their civic duties.
Prometheus720 10y ago
This is definitely the right thing to do. Let Men's Rights complain about all this stuff. "Unfair legal system" etc.
Red Pill men are the ones who have the balls to try and fix it. Thanks for not holding back.
And yeah, definitely follow up and tell us how it went if the law allows.
Captain_Self_Promotr 10y ago
Not only will you reap the rewards from your peers but other students will respect you as well. Their respect can go one of two ways from this point onwards you're picking the right path. Black night is almost Machiavelli.
EtonMessy 10y ago
Can we please have an update on this soon?

FYI, my principal WANTS me to follow through with this.
EtonMessy 10y ago

Follow through with this. School is for learning. It's not fucking daycare for teenagers. The students who really want to become educated deserve better than having students like this suck up all the resources.

Cerulean35 10y ago
Finally, a male teacher that has ballsacks.
long-lostfriend 10y ago
You know, that's not as much the case as one might think. The main reason why more male (and female) teachers don't follow through on this kind of thing is a time and effort issue. I will likely have to go to court for this, and on top of all the other day-to-day shit that goes along with having more than 175 students to manage, it's one more thing that I will have to deal with.
In my view, it's worth it, but I understand why others would pass just to have the issue behind them and get on with their business.
nsummy 10y ago
Just out of curiosity, is this girl a spoiled brat or someone who comes from a bad home life? if this is some well to do girl who should know better then I agree, throw the book at her. If she is someone who has been set up to fail from the beginning, I don't see how an alternative school will do anything except make the issue worse.
ozymodeus 10y ago
Be sure to give us an update after all is said and done so we can find out whether the principal/judge/whatever let her use her pussy pass.
FugitiveAlpha 10y ago
I wonder if your life will be easier once you have a rep for being the one and only teacher "not to fuck with". Your class might be the quietest class int eh school.
Raggos 10y ago
Just please, take into consideration this scenario:
You sit on a desk in front of your class, you have a wide, encompassing look around and eye your pupils and state: "I wanted to give this girl a 2nd chance, to apologise by posting the video online of the action and her apology at the end, stating that it was wrong. But in the end, I decided this action (filing papers -> expulsion) will benefit her and all of you more." /s Then you click on the projector and a slide comes up with joker burning the money and the caption :" IT's ABOUT SENDING A MESSAGE" /s Edit: tags for blind people /s stands for satire
[deleted] 10y ago
So immature.
Raggos 10y ago
And here I thought someone would see through satire and perhaps contemplate on the 2nd (1st) option stated. Who am I kidding, this new influx of subscribers is too damn high!
CAinCa 10y ago
I'm not trolling but I really take exception to that. Despite the shitty pay and the assumption that they're creepy pedophiles, the male teachers that I know, at least 10 of them, are hard-working and dedicated to what and how they teach.
Think of this- they stand up in front of an angry or disinterested audience and they enforce their will to learn in spite of who they're talking to. That takes big balls and a huge commitment to serve humanity

I'm not trolling either, But turning up to do the job you signed on for is not brave or indicative of large ball sacks.
This guy consciously adding additional shit onto his plate for actual justice, knowing that he will probably get brigaded by a bunch of white knights and cunts takes brass balls.
Soldiers are not heroes for soldiering.
Teachers are not heroes for teaching.
This guy is a fuckin' hero and his balls are such that he can sit on them whilst eating lunch.

Where I live, teachers start at 32,000/yr.
Not exactly "paid well".
SovereignsUnknown 10y ago
holy shit, where i live public school teachers get 80k/yr on average (depending on the board and position it can be as much as 110k/yr) and have it spread out so they still get paid over the summer while they aren't working. they also have all of those great benefits.
the united states' treatment of their teachers really surprises me sometimes
In_Liberty 10y ago
Simple supply and demand in the work force.
[deleted] 10y ago
They work seven hour days and get three months off a year. That works out to about $23/hour. That's pretty good starting pay for a recent college graduate.
Want to make more money? Get something 8-5 where you don't get all summer off. Or become a college professor.
mdadm 10y ago
I'm not sure if this is true. I keep hearing they have to stay afterwards to do stuff like grading/plan curriculum etc.
Cyralea 10y ago
This isn't limited to just teachers, everyone in a union environment complains about being underpaid. They're entitled as hell, and it's the only place where complaining actually gets you something.
In Toronto, our transit union workers complain about being underpaid. Streetcar drivers start at $60,000/year and break 6-figures after a few decades. The guys in the ticket windows make similar starting amounts. That's right, the guy who gives you change for bus fare makes as much as a programmer. And they're "underpaid".
[deleted] 10y ago

Cyralea 10y ago
That's the worst part, when they strike. They basically hold the entire city hostage demanding ransom. Unions and the mafia are barely distinguishable.
cthulhucumsicle 10y ago
biL is a teacher. He talks all the time about full of crap this "underpaid teachers" argument is. Private schools cost half what the government spends public schools and offer a much better education.
Government does 100% of things poorly. Why would you want it raising your children?
smokeybehr 10y ago
Son of a Public School Nurse. I went to public school for 5 years, and got the hell out. The rest of my education was at Catholic K-8 (for 6-8) and High School. Even though my GPA was in the 3.25 range, I still did better than my public school counterparts on tests and in College.

Mjazz3 10y ago
You should lay charges. Not because it will help improve her, it will probably just make her even more bitter and twisted, but it will teach a lesson to the rest of the school and those who run it. The word will get around that its dangerous to contrive accusations against people.
Pink_acetaminophen 10y ago
It's so ridiculous how these kids act towards people who dedicate their lives to help them.
NakedPerson 10y ago
It's a complete lack of consciousness. Closed, selfish behavior that really has no place in a progressive society. Obviously there is far worse, but this is on the spectrum of unacceptable behavior that must be dealt with swiftly.

1independentmale 10y ago
Hell yes! Nail that bitch to the wall and do not back down under any circumstances!
I'm sick to fucking death of females lying through their goddamn teeth and getting away with it. If she can accuse you of assault so easily, you know damn well she'll have no trouble escalating to molestation or outright rape accusations next time. "He grabbed my ass/tits/crotch" will roll off her tongue like ice cream on a hot summer day once she realizes the power it holds. Being falsely accused of touching a young girl will destroy a man. Even when there is zero evidence, the public absolutely crucifies him.
This little cunt tried to destroy your career. To take food off your table and forever change your future financial prospects. She learned that shit from her mother, as you've found out. Make them both pay and perhaps she'll think twice next time (though I sure as hell won't be holding my breath).
redpillschool Admin 10y ago
Remember, women are just as strong and independent as men, when things don't go their way they just call the police so other men can be strong for them!
As a side note, be careful posting this stuff online, could cause issues in your career.
[deleted] 10y ago
I agree it was idiocy to call the police in this situation. But, man or woman, in many situations you're SUPPOSED to call the police. Calling the police does not mean you're weak, it means you're smart enough to call the police when you're in danger or to get shit on record when people are being crazy.

long-lostfriend 10y ago
Her life is not going to be ruined by this. Her life will be inconvenienced a little. If the judge does anything at all, she MAY get some community service. She won't be doing any time, so any talking of "destroying" someone is just melodrama.
If my son were in her place I would have him take some personal responsibility and apologize and try to make amends with the teacher. Same if it were my daughter. I certainly wouldn't be backing his/her play, and there is no way I would have fucking called the police to try to have a teacher arrested before hearing what the teacher and principals had to say about the matter.

[deleted] 10y ago
Have you been to an alternative school mate? Its hell
t21spectre 10y ago
Most "alternative" schools are just holding pens for the troubled kids so the district can keep them from disrupting the education of the regular kids and schools. At the end they receive a token diploma and are sent out into the world to be the next generation of societies trouble makers and unproductive members.
kinkydiver 10y ago
he probably meant her world as the place in her mind where everything revolves around her and she can have her way by making false accusations.
cuntbh 10y ago
Problem is, all you can do after going to somewhere like that is work at McD's, or live on welfare. Not much of a world there, is there?

redditalias7 10y ago
Anyone else concerned about this girl retaliating? High schoolers can be quite vindictive. This girl WILL want revenge.
BitingInsects 10y ago
I don't think there's much damage she can do. Maybe slash a tire.. but hopefully she learns her lesson.
scapeity 10y ago
Depending on the district, it is just as good as prison. I have seen alt schools with classrooms designed with holding cells so when the students act up, security puts them in the holding cell, so the teacher and keep legally teaching them.
Also, aint nobody getting into a good college with a behavioral disciplinary school transcript.

[deleted] 10y ago
Do it. If she escapes the consequences of terrible actions in her formative years, she may think that there are no consequence for being terrible and continue being a terrible person for the rest of her life. You are doing her a favor. Do it.
nov6 10y ago
Could also make her bitter and even more determined to "get back" at "evil men" though. Tough choice.
[deleted] 10y ago
The consequences of her choices would be hers. They would be as tough or as formative as she allows them to be. That would then be her karma. Morality demands consequences.

j0hnan0n 10y ago
I agree with you and OP.
I hope, but don't expect that the answers to your maybes (maybe she'll think twice, maybe her mother will think twice, maybe other students) are all 'Yes'.
But what do you think is more likely? A) The females view the event through a mindset foreign to them (RP) THEN refuse to bow to peer pressure of the BP's around them AND internalize the lessons despite their years of indoctrination and millennia of evolution
or B) they cave to their emotions, resent you, rationalize the event, play it off as much as they can, and possibly even plot behind your back (possibly, but not necessarily damaging your reputation and/or career. bitches be crazy.)
I think most of us can agree it'll be more B than A.
The question then would be: How best to ensure the message is properly received by all parties involved? Pressing charges is the wake-up call, once they're awake make sure they get the message loud and clear, with no room for misinterpretation or misunderstanding.
What say you, Reddit?
long-lostfriend 10y ago
That's exactly what I concluded. I was in no danger of getting hurt (although for a second there I sincerely thought that it was going to be the first time in my 10+ year career that I would have had to physically take down an out-of-control student).
You have no idea how the public school system fosters our societal problems. It's not just that Johnny somehow made it to tenth grade without being able to read. Public school insulates kids from the consequences of their actions in all but the most egregious of offenses. It's like students think of school as some place different from the real world, because real-world rules don't get enforced there. I have told several students on more than one occasion that the things that they say to me and to other teachers would get their asses kicked (or worse, land them in a morgue) were they to say it to someone outside of the walls of the school.
Like I mentioned in the OP, some girls will never take personal responsibility for their actions. Making an example of her is reason enough for me.
HumanSockPuppet 10y ago
Yep. And female students have the added insulation provided by their pussy pass.
You're doing the right thing by pursuing this matter to the fullest extent of the law.
_waltzy 10y ago
I don't really think that the public school system insulates kids from the consequences of their actions, I see countless stories on reddit each and every day about boys facing overreactions form schools / police.
An example form today
But you very rarely see these stories about girls; not that I can offer any tangible metrics for this observation.
brokecollegekidd 10y ago
thank you, this is exactly the kind of thing we need to show teenage girls growing up, too many beta-boys in their teenage years coddle and pedestal teenage girls
DasWood 10y ago
It sounds like to me a psychopath being raised by a psychopath. The juvenile system won't fix it. The school system won't fix it. The mother definitely won't fix it. All you can do is hope that by pressing charges she is taken out of society at large.
Red_August 10y ago
And make sure the rest of the class gets a lesson on responsibility, and the consequences of one's actions.
Aaron565 10y ago
Ive witnessed this first hand as a student. Kids in general will get away with cursing someone out, but the girls are much much worse. They can really do almost anything they want (other than getting in a fight) and get away with it. Its simply because its socially correct to go easy on a girl, even if they fucked up.
That mentality is outdated. When a girl cries after seeing real repercussions I'll make sure to be there to laugh, grow the fuck up.
Cryocasm 10y ago
My sister pulls this shit all the time, she thinks because she's a girl the world will see me, the man, as the bad guy.
Fuck that shit, my late grandmother stood true to me because she knew my sister was a false cunt, but before my grandmother could turn her into a proper person she died. Nevertheless: girls (and in 10 years when they're grown) women think they can pull this BS on men. This is a direct consequence the widespread betafication of young men, because if young men are turned beta, they cannot keep the young girls in check themselves, and then they start getting ideas.
alt30313 10y ago
She'll also serve as an example to your other students. If she gets away with it she'll just learn to be more cleaver next time because if she tries and fails the worst that will happen is a slap on the wrist.
[deleted] 10y ago
Considering there is a completely different legal structure around schools, and a reliance on an authoritarian system to maintain order, it's no wonder. Kids grow up thinking that adults obey laws to be good and that they'll have real freedom of expression when they graduate or leave, but even the most basic of freedoms need to be fought for, and our schools conveniently ignore that reality.
motivator54 10y ago
Op please do a follow up on this. I am interested.

KizahdStenter 10y ago
You mean a right angle? The horror!!!
alwayskeeptrying 10y ago
I agree with you so, so, so much.
I went through the public school system while disabled, which results in an even more extreme version of this. The public school system was willing to falsify my grades, graduate me for no reason, and give me a blowjob while I pissed my life away playing video games. My home life, not really different, I was always the innocent victim of a cruel world.
I'm ultimately responsible for the bad decisions I made, but in retrospect, I just wish the system had the courage to let me fail. I dropped out purely out of pride (they were TRYING to give me that diploma, no matter how much I slacked off in school), then I hit a sort of rock bottom where I didn't go to work or school or even talk to people. Then I bounced back, and in a few years I was an overachieving university student living on his own.
It's amazing how much my personality and life improved when I faced consequences for my actions, when I was finally accountable to someone, myself. All the forgiveness, excuses, and feel-good bullshit fucked with my mind.
P.S. I would go through with pressing charges OP. Her mother will clearly never tell her that she was wrong to do what she did. Maybe, like me, she needs to feel the real consequences of her actions rather then the toned down version. Not only is this girl victimizing you, she's victimizing the next girl that gets sexually assaulted or raped who isn't believed because "well, girls lie about this kind of thing all the time". If she doesn't learn her lesson, it needs to be on her record the next time she tries something like this.

You literally described my high school experience the only reason I graduated high school is because my English teacher told me don't worry about the final I'll pass you, my Economics and Physics teacher just made me turn in some homework assignments and they told me that they would pass me if I did that.
Sometimes I think that because I was never disciplined for my lazy behavior is why I ended up failing college and got put on academic probation with a GPA of about 0.66. I thought it would work in college as well but you have to actually look out for yourself there and I guess I didn't realize that soon enough and I'm pretty disappointed in myself. I'm now in community college trying to get my grades up so I can go back to college.
alwayskeeptrying 10y ago
I knew a few others like me, that all graduated and went to college because it was just the thing to do. They all got crushed.
While I of course wish I wasted none of my life, I do feel my decision to accept the consequences of slacking off in grade 12 was a good one.
Ferinex 10y ago
Careful with that. If you say it in the wrong way, or with the wrong inflection, or to the wrong student, it could be construed as a threat; in that case, the student (or his parents) could press assault charges against you. No physical contact has to be made for an assault charge to stick (most American jurisdictions). Even if the charge doesn't stick, you could lose your job. If you touch them while saying it, they could push for battery. That goes for outside of school too.
A gym teacher while I was in High School said, "If you were 18 outside of school, you'd be legal bait." It was said in anger and came across pretty threatening. He was disciplined, but the student didn't press charges. (and no I wasn't the student, but I witnessed it happen).

You're totally doing the right thing. If you get a chance you should explain to her why you are pressing charges (apart from the obvious). Like to teach her actions have consequences and silly little girls lying about men gets peoples lives and careers in danger.

I will destroy your life. I have the choice not to, but I am not going to make that choice, because, if I do, you will destroy other people's lives, and I couldn't live with myself knowing that."
indigotrip 10y ago
:L haha think that's a bit intense.
imstunned 10y ago
By all means, proceed. But there is no way she or her mom will ever actually learn the lesson. They're incapable of personal responsibility; it's just not in their genes.
[deleted]
thebat1989 10y ago
Correct me if I'm wrong - but I don't think he meant women in particular. I think he meant that some people in society are often not responsible enough to take the consequences of their actions. I am also a teacher and am faced with the challenge of this daily - It is not easy to teach students that couldn't be bothered to even bring a pen to class, let alone open their book and write anything down. For the most part, they simply do not care, and blame others for the position they are in in life.
There is a fascinating story about the Co-founder of Second Cup (a Canadian coffee chain) who was a homeless man at the age of 23. One day, he woke up and realized he was in that position because of himself, and no one else. when it boils down to it, You are always responsible for where you end up in life. Sure, you may be unlucky and get everything stolen from you. You may go bankrupt for a reason out of your control. That does not mean you just throw in the towel. if you do, that's on you. no one else.
Stories like this are inspirational and important - they show that it is possible to change. However, often times many people in society do not want to put the effort into making a difference in their life.
Edit - formatting
boydeer 10y ago
he said women are genetically incapable of responsibility. i see the problem with blaming others to be largely social. there are types of responsibility that men tend to perform better, and those in which women tend to perform better, and there is surely a biological component.
but say someone comes in here and says some unsubstantiated knee-jerk bullshit. say someone refutes the unsubstantiated bullshit. say that someone gets downvoted and "corrected" by people who don't seem to be paying attention to what is actually being said.
there is no conclusion to that paragraph. i am hungry.
IllimitableMan 10y ago
Just because you have a capability to do something doesn't mean you are not averse to do it.
I have the capability to kill myself for example, I am averse to doing that so don't do it.
Capability and behavioural attributes are often not one and the same. You could have the capability to be a top student and get a great job, but instead you laze around, wasted potential.
Women, capable or not, are generally averse to taking the blame for anything. Blame the nearest man is their mantra.
[deleted]
wOnKaCatalyst 10y ago
nowhere in his post does he say women, in general, are incapable of personal responsibility; he's referring to the mother and her daughter.
boydeer 10y ago
We_Are_Legion 10y ago
Do we really have to point this shit out? The post isn't even editted.
boydeer 10y ago
do you even genetics?
Ahsinoei 10y ago
He was referring to the mother and daughter in that sentence, not the female species as a whole.
boydeer 10y ago
then that's even more baseless and pointless to say.
redpillschool Admin 10y ago
I know somebody short, so height isn't genetics either.
boydeer 10y ago
he said women are incapable of responsibility due to genetics. i know people with that genetic makeup who are capable of responsibility, so that argument does not stand up.
your analogy doesn't work.
kick6 10y ago
It's a generality, not an absolute. Your anecdote, therefore, does not discredit the generality.
boydeer 10y ago
"genetically incapable" is not a generality, it's an absolute.
kick6 10y ago
genetically was probably a bad choice of words. More like evolutionarily selected against.
redpillschool Admin 10y ago
Not that I actually think personal responsibility is genetic- I don't- but I was pointing out that this lack of responsibility is endemic, and the variation seems to be the degree.
boydeer 10y ago
right, but we all agree (as do feminists) that the set of social expectations for women tends to cripple them to some degree. there are indeed biological factors, but there isn't much use in overstating things.
and i know foreign women, southern women, conservative women, and old women who are responsible. i know plenty of women who are less than responsible but are also willing to provide other benefits for those who take on that responsibility.
i have concluded from this that it's cultural. it's endemic to a crushing degree where i am right now, but saying it's genetic derails any sort of constructive dialog, imho.
redpillschool Admin 10y ago
The lack of expectations from women, I believe, is what causes them lack certain qualities like personal responsibility.
I think that relative beauty is likely the source of lack of responsibility. Girl who is hot doesn't have to suffer petty things like consequences.
boydeer 10y ago
well i observe a lack of expectations from both men and women, and i don't think ugly girls are excluded from this, though hot girls certainly do have extra tools at their disposal.
otherwise i agree.
IllimitableMan 10y ago
This is a great idea, it would really not surprise me at all if this were the case, especially when it's been shown beneficiaries of the halo effect earn on average per lifetime, an extra $230,000.
PaulRivers10 10y ago
I agree with many of the other comments, but I think that something has been missed - you need to file charges to protect yourself.
There are a certain group of people (narcissists?) for whom everything is about their ego and their self image. For these kind of people, the kind of damage to their ego of everyone knowing that they did what she did, and people making fun of her for it, is unacceptable.
As long as this kind of person is in your school (I cannot tell you for sure whether this girl is that kind of person, but there's a good possibility since she was trying to get other people to lie about what happened and frame you) she will look for ways to heal this self-image by getting you accused of doing the same thing to someone else.
She'll tell other people her version of what happened - people who weren't in your classroom, and don't know there's a video showing that she was wrong. They'll believe her and talk behind your back. She'll get a group of other girls who believe you're a monster. Then, she'll try to get one of them to make a similar accusation against you. You'll likely not even know she was involved in it - it will be a totally different student that you don't even know is associated with her. Her parents will come in and say "My girl couldn't be lying! And look - this guy was accused of doing the same thing 3 years ago! Why is this maniac still allowed to teach here?!".
There's only 2 ways for her to overcome the shame of what happened publicly:
The only real way for you to protect yourself from this is to get her out of your school. That removes her ability to manipulate other girls into going after you.
Of course I cannot tell you over the internet whether all of this will happen or exactly what her response will be - but it's a possibility. If she had flown off the handle, but hadn't immediately encouraged other people to lie, maybe I would offer different advice. But she didn't - her immediate reaction was to ask other people to lie to frame you. If she thinks she can socially recover by getting other girls to lie about you as well, she almost certainly will. And next time there might not be a student there filming, or she'll claim it happened in private, etc.
martianmarvin 10y ago
I hadn't considered this. It's a good point. I'll just add that pressing charges now can help to protect not only the OP but also anyone else falsely accused by this young woman in the future, since there will be a record of what she did now. Given the way she handled this, it probably wasn't the first time that she has manipulated people to act against someone she doesn't like, and it might not be the last.
[deleted] 10y ago
When I saw this title, I was like, "Dude, to fuck a girl in high school you do not need to do any ornate "Black Knight TRP game" or anything like that..."
Then I read the post. Any guy who did that would have been expelled - making up evidence, lying to the police, getting the school involved in this scandal, and for the original misbehavior. He ain't getting into Harvard after this fiasco. And I knew a lot of guys in high school who got into tiny disciplinary issues like this that they had to report on their college applications, usually stuff they did freshman year.
Everyone is going to be rooting for you to drop the charge, but you have to go through with it. Not because of her, it is not about her. It's because people need to learn that this type of abusive behavior that would have massive repercussions for a man... will have the same consequences for a woman.
SirJohannvonRocktown 10y ago
I know this isn't a popular opinion here, but honestly I think this was less about her being a girl and more about her being a child.
jmottram08 10y ago
What?
Really?
I know that none of my college applications asked for any disciplinary shit... they asked if I was a felon, and whether I had been convicted of anything else... but I assume that was for state funding reasons, or if I were a sex offender I assume I couldn't get dorm housing.
As far as high school level principal office trips... not at all.
[deleted] 10y ago
They ask have you ever been suspended. I know guys who were suspended for various dumb shit, like one guy got suspended and kicked off the football team because he sexually harassed a girl... turns out later he didn't actually say anything sexual, they were just arguing and calling each other morons / etc. But the video tape wasn't considered until his parents' lawyer got involved.
gocougs11 10y ago
My college applications definitely did not ask if I had ever been suspended.

I hope the teacher bear in mind that although the student was in the wrong, she is still a child. How comfortable are you applying principles traditionally used for adult women to a child that you are responsible for teaching?
Is redpilling this young girl worth possibly sending her down a negative path later in life?
Dark_Shroud 10y ago
She lied to police trying to get OP in trouble. Her mother involved and lied to police and factuality.
The both of them need a reality check to break their cycle of bullshit.
They do not seem to mind destroying other people's lives over petty garbage. How many teachers are hire able if it looks like they assaulted a student at some point?
cascadecombo 10y ago
If he doesn't do you honestly think she won't try this same thing again knowing there were no ill consequences?
She is only a child in the eyes of the law, coming of age is around 13 and children need to learn that their actions have consequences. Especially when she attempts to ruin the life of another person.
AbsoluteAltitude 10y ago
Children need swift and decisive discipline to break their stupid shit habits as soon as possible. Talking it out and giving breaks did me no good as a shit head teenager, I didn't listen unless something rocked my world. He called the cops and was strongly asked to drop the charges by the school board because of who some of the kids were... He didn't and that was his last year teaching in that county... It's sad and fucked up, but it's one of many reasons why I'll never be a teacher
SupALupRT 10y ago
He couldnt sue the school for this?
colovick 10y ago
I had no follow up with him afterwards, but he already had enough to retire early and suing is a good way to not be hireable elsewhere...
MeanOfPhidias 10y ago
Legal battles are also a good way of giving up your retirement...
still_very_alive 10y ago
..So why not sue anyway, for a nice settlement?
colovick 10y ago
If I'd get enough to retire, I might consider it personally, but it's an easy way out and leaves a bad taste in my mouth to not earn my retirement and to get it by being a victim... That said, I can't speak for him since this was over a decade ago and he moved out of the area shortly afterwards
SupALupRT 10y ago
Really? Im skeptical all the school districts out there would fault a man for suing after what they did to him.
jacobman 10y ago
Are you kidding? It's a liability. Nobody wants a guy around who isn't afraid to sue them, even if they don't plan on doing anything wrong.
Divinityfound 10y ago
Being litigious is the FASTEST way to be thrown off the grid involuntarily by society as a whole.
still_very_alive 10y ago
It's not about whether or not they think he's in the right (if it makes you feel better, they probably do). It's purely a matter of self-interest. Honestly, this is one of the first things TRP teaches.
SupALupRT 10y ago
welp he could use that for more damages then.
DreadMe 10y ago
Good, make her learn from her mistakes and maybe she will end up a better human.
[deleted] 10y ago
Sweet justice.
[deleted]
zenmushroom 10y ago
I feel like this is more of a mensrights post than TRP, but congrats on your actions, you're totally doing the right thing!
I taught children for five years, and the whole no father in the picture definitely does a lot of damage to the family. It was always the worst children who had no father. One particular "prize" was an 11 year old boy who went out grabbing other boys privates and making false rape allegations against the kids he didn't like. His mom is a wealthy, single lawyer, so I guess he learned all sorts of neat tricks from her.
[deleted] 10y ago
Do society a favor and teach this bitch a lesson. She already knows how she can manipulate despite the impact she could have on other people. Charging her is probably the best thing you could do FOR her.
Also, go to the news. They'll be all over this.
long-lostfriend 10y ago
No, no news. Trusting anything like this to be reported accurately by the mainstream media is more than foolish.
Plus, from the school district's perspective, any bad publicity of a student is a reflection on the district as well. I'd rather not bite the hand that feeds me, especially when they handled the matter professionally. In addition, my goal is not a smear campaign. It's to send a message to the student, her mother, and others at the school that actions have consequences.
Lastly, as others have pointed out, there be SJW's out there who would like nothing more than to "out" my Reddit posts to people who actually know me. I have given all of the details I am going to give on the matter here, and I am not going to give any Google-able ammo to those harpies waiting in the wings to ruin my life on her behalf.
One update, though: students have shown me that she is bragging about the confrontation on her Twitter feed. Yeah, sounds like she's really contrite about it all...
[deleted] 10y ago
Wow...I can see what you mean. Glad things have worked out the best for you and you aren't getting the short end of the stick because of some entitled little narcissist.
ImAJerkButImRight 10y ago
Oh please... please please please... If you end up in any further meetings with the principal and the girl and her mom over this, please tell the girl exactly this reason is why you're doing it.
Hirudin 10y ago
File charges. If you don't you're just passing these problems onto the next guy who might not have physical evidence to back him up.
bethelmayflower 10y ago
So what was the disciplinary action you took that set this girl off? Not that it matters a lot but just curious.
ytismylife 10y ago
I completely agree. Best of luck to you.
[deleted] 10y ago
Be prepared to be accused as an evil villain, and by all means enjoy it... they're gonna do everything they can to get you to drop it.
seancj133 10y ago
You better be sure that no one will know who you are by this story in this subreddit.
BuckFutter422 10y ago
Also a high school teacher. This was my very first thought. I don't think OP should have posted this.
snuffdog 10y ago
This. You better be sure, no matter what. Delete it today/tomorrow. Serve sweet justice on that little brat.
ss4james_ 10y ago
Yep, He's black-knighting and crucifying a spoiled little girl to teach her a lesson that will (hopefully) make her a better human being in the long run. But the whiteknights of reddit will crucify him in return if they doxxed him somehow.
nsummy 10y ago
Maybe I read it differently than you but this doesn't sound like a spoiled little (read:rich, white) girl. Sounds more like someone with a ghetto mentality who will probably now go to an alternative school and fall even more into the cycle of this behavior
Sturmgeist781 10y ago
Well tough titties.
This girl doesn't deserve any slack. If it were a boy that did it he would have been expelled and sent to an alternative school until an investigation was finished. Because it was a female "LOL! YOU GET TWO DAYS SUSPENSION TO THINK ABOUT IT!".
[deleted] 10y ago
I would hardly call letting the legal system take it's course "black-knighting and crucifying" somebody. Let's not get too overboard here.
redpillschool Admin 10y ago
Welcome to our culture, where serving legal justice to a woman is considered black knighting and out of the ordinary.
long-lostfriend 10y ago
Despite my frequent Red-Pill advice to the young men whom I have as a captive audience, I think it's pretty safe to assume that none of them frequent this subreddit. I know for certain that none of them know of my presence here nor my username, which I only use for RP/manosphere activities.
Thanks for the advice, though.
FloranHunter 10y ago
It's not your students that are a concern. The SJWs of reddit will destroy your career if they can.
boydeer 10y ago
delete the post. if you have assumed responsibility for doing something you consider important, than take every precaution to ensure success. Cheers.
Tsilent_Tsunami 10y ago
Delete this post, if there's any truth to this. With the police involved and legal actions about to happen, odds are high that your comments here will become known.
Yeah, this is not going to enhance your case. Your attorney would facepalm so hard on seeing this.
no_game_player 10y ago
Yup. OP has made a major mistake by leaving this up. This is a place that has a lot of traffic. The story is likely one that has happened in very few places with this particular set of circumstances in this exact time frame. If it's not unique, it's close enough that any situation associated with this will be tarred by these comments.
And maybe not. But why take the risk?
[deleted] 10y ago
Dude I have been lurking here and the Blue pill too. This place is not a place you want any kind of laundry dirty or not. The advice you are receiving is dead on. The raging about all posts I read here is amazing to me.
edit: I went to the blue pill just now and read some more. Its pure rage in its finest form. I am speechless. Its like /r/rage but its only about one topic.
[deleted] 10y ago

[deleted] 10y ago
Actually, my theory is this, someone here who is a redpiller wronged a girl awhile back somehow. She then went an a vendetta to destroy him and she blamed theredpill.
Every fucking post, Almost every fucking one reads EXACTLY like an angry ex girlfriend. Nearly every fucking one. Besides maybe a rare occurrence of something interesting. Threads, responses you name it. Its all a giant ex girlfriend Its the Borg of angry ex girlfriends. I genuinely fear that place.
So one of you fuckers did this LOL
no_game_player 10y ago
Yeah, there have actually been posts along those lines there before. Basically, any guy they date and don't like, must've been TRP's fault...
J1MEONE 10y ago
So true, every post reads like a pissed off feminazi, and they consume the whole subreddit to bitch about us.
We aren't bitching about them, we are simply fucking them.
We are improving ourselves and our perceptions.
They are crabs in a bucket.
I guess the Red Pill really does work! Thanks, TheBluePill for proving it to me once and for all :)

[deleted] 10y ago
Me personally part of my screening process is very simple. Its a series of questions that are all worded differently to determine if target female is crazy. One of those questions could be "Are you a blue piller." or "Or have you ever raged about an ex boyfriend enough to cause a following."
If yes then move on, there are intelligent and worthwhile women out there who deserve actual attention.

If what is printed here is true, (and I have no reason to doubt that it is), why would that matter?
redpillschool Admin 10y ago
He may not suffer legal trouble from the post, but from a professional standpoint it can't be doing him any favors.
MMonReddit 10y ago
LMAO, you have to understand how it came across to us readers opening a thread "Getting ready to black knight a high school girl" then reading that you were a high school teacher. Took a paragraph or two to dispel my suspicions
[deleted] 10y ago
This isn't only about that girl.
It sends a message to the rest of the class too.
Well done OP!
dr_bloodmoney 10y ago
If I was a teacher, I would have a video camera recording everything at all times. The End.

[deleted] 10y ago
DO it. First she lies about this, than a rape or an assault in the future and ruins an innocent's life. Make that women regret ever taking a stance and fuck her until she screams. Then some more.
Redpillc0re 10y ago
And if you have any doubts or second thoughs, don't! Go ahead with the filing.
binrobinro 10y ago
And I am going to enjoy reading any follow-ups that you care to post!

"(no father in the picture -- go figure)."
Although you may have a genuine concern, the rest of your rant looked like putrid filth after I read this judgmental, ignorant passage. You should not be a teacher.
[deleted] 10y ago
People like you are why society is the way it is.A kid isn't going to get a proper raising without both parental figures in the pictures. Just look at black society in America for a direct example.
magical_artist 10y ago
She brought war to you, now it is your turn to bring it upon her.
She would have costed you everything.
Even what the justice system is able to do, will be but a small fraction of what would have happened to you if the tables were turned.
Teach her.
Teach the other girls/women too what is unacceptable.
I have a clever, sometimes manipulative, sometimes lying, step daughter. Everyday I worry that when she is a teenager, she may concoct a story, and ruin my life if she doesn't like me right that second, or I wont buy her a brand new BMW etc., or simply that she is upset and feels like she is competing with me for her mother's attention.
Keep it up.
frugal_masturbater 10y ago
Excellent!
I applaud your stance on the issue, and I thank you for containing one cunt who surely would have caused much grief to other men in the future.
Please go through with it as you said, it's important.
Thank you.
Robert_Walker 10y ago
I think you should do it.
You're a teacher, and it's teaching her a lesson. Not in a vindictive way, in a true learning about life way.
It's teaching your other students - of both sexes - a valuable lesson.
It's possible (likely? I don't know, but possible) it will make her a better person.
And it is possible (likely?) it will reduce the chance of some poor innocent bugger (buggers?) winding up in jail in the future.
That said, as wrong as it is, you should consider the risk it brings onto you.
And is it unwise to have this post if it's going to court?
*Edit: Having read more responses, I definitely think it's less risky to pursue it - she'll find a way to accuse you of stuff when there's no witnesses and no video, or false witnesses. Get that risk out of your life, do it.
Aerobus 10y ago
I am crying tears of joy.
IT GETS BETTER!
Sir, you are a good man. We need people like you to stand up to these bitches and put them in their place. I sincerely hope every man reading this post learns something.
JungleMuffin 10y ago
Yeah, not a fan of the TRP circle jerk that happens around here, but saying that, I absolutely agree that you should teach this punk a lesson.
Remember to keep this shit in the back of your mind next time someone is pushing your boundaries.
Glad you've got someone who's got your back on this. Not every person is as fortunate.

While I agree that false rape accusations are a big problem, many of the teachers in high school were so annoying and authoritarian that they actually deserved to be falsely accused of rape. Fuck school and fuck bullying teachers on a power trip. I hope you arent one of them.
alt30313 10y ago
Wow. Fuck you.
cooledcannon 10y ago
Remember that school wasnt optional and many of those teachers knew that, and loved bullying because they knew children cannot do anything about it.
Id rather be raped once than have to deal with 4-5 years of bullshit with them.
Bringyourfugshiz 10y ago
My initial reaction was to say no to filing charges. It could turn her into even more of a cunt and she could potentially get even rowdier. But honestly, if you don't, it'll be the same outcome. She'll think she can get away with whatever and continue to do what she did.
sigmalays 10y ago
he needs to file charges, even if only to have a paper trail of her lying.
molecularpanda 10y ago
Good for your sir. May I ask what kind of school do you teach at and what subject? It feels like an inner city school based on your description.
flatox 10y ago
good. people are going to try and convince you otherwise and say "just let it go man, she' just young". Don't fucking let them, because she will not change 1/10 of a shit from what she are now to what se will be in 10 years if she doesn't learn there are consequences.
Emiel000 10y ago
DO IT! Fake allegations have massive consequences for people, these girls really do grow to become those women who get people to lose their jobs or even in jail. No mercy
Mikereb 10y ago
Yup. Fck me!? No, no, no. Fck u.
Graphitetshirt 10y ago
Strangest formatting ever ^^
romerom 10y ago

georgedonnelly 10y ago
I hear you. At the same time, this whole bringing of police into schools is fucked up. You work there though, that's your life on the line. Only you can judge what is the appropriate course of action. I wish you the best of luck with it.
OTOH if you let it slide, you may open yourself up to more of this kind of nonsense. And if you take it all the way, you may get mad respect and probably even fear from the remaining students.
Tough situation. Seriously, I wish you the best with it.
Offensive_Brute 10y ago
I dealt with so much of this kinda bullshit as a student. Asshole kids shitting all over teachers wasting hours of class time with all sorts of outbursts and shenanigans. The best kids were the kids who just didnt bother to show up. If you aren't gonna learn and work, just go smoke crack in the gutter and let everyone else get that much more face time with the teachers. The first time I ever saw a grown man reduced to tears outside of a funeral home was in a class room. I don't think I have the restraint to be a teacher.
[deleted] 10y ago
I'd get sent to jail for child abuse. I was raised with corporal punishment and believe the fruition of its results.
[deleted] 10y ago
The student comes from a single mother environment, is forced to go to your school and will be forced to pay for your salary when she grows up. Think about that before you ruin her teenage life.
Whisper 10y ago
She ruined her own life. She tried to wreck his career for petty revenge, and use the justice system against him.
What he's doing is declining to shield her from the consequences of her actions.
[deleted] 10y ago
Fantastical14 10y ago
Well played. You are doing the right thing.
I've never equated a situation such as that to TRP. Very intriguing post.
[deleted] 10y ago
I can't stand girls with a false sense of entitlement. I got in an argument with a girl my age (22) the other night (we were both drinking). And she PUNCHED ME in the face. Now, this argument was entirely civil and not to the point of me calling her horrific names or deeply offensive things. She merely concluded 'I am a girl. He can't hit me. There are no consequences to my punching him'. She was right; I couldn't hit her back. I would likely be kicked out of school and maybe arrested. Fuck that shit. Those girls need to learn.
ampwyo 10y ago
should have called the police and pressed assault charges
[deleted] 10y ago
She had a big pile of expensive drugs on the table, which I proceeded to throw on the floor. Also the reason the cops probably shouldn't have been involved.
glockatory 10y ago
This is the only correct action to take.
cR3dd1t 10y ago
I confess, I thoroughly enjoy when THIS happens to the bitches. It's nothing but their mothers' fault to raise them like this...

Well, you are a teacher. You are paid to teach. You would be a negligent in your duties if you didn't teach this person and others watching that certain actions can have certain consequences...
Forevernevermore 10y ago
Please follow through with this. People need to fucking learn that when they act like this there are going to be consequences. To many people get cowed into dropping charges like they think they're "taking the high road" or some shit. No. Fuck that! You fuck up and assault somebody, you get punished under the law...that simple.
FritzusMaximus 10y ago
Definitely go through with it. And update.

And that's the straw that broke the camel's back. I get where this /r/ is coming from, and I agree with much of the overall message, but it doesn't come across as a group of men supporting, educating, and empowering one another.
This subreddit comes across as a sandbox of whiny boys getting back at woman for snubbing them in high school. I have to unsubscribe.

40 years ago, any student who acted like that would be out of school for good and have to face the world on their own without a diploma as a consequence. And society would call that fair, lest they allow this behavior to take over. Which, in 2014. It apparently has.
You're an apologist for mediocrity and de-civilization and this nation suffers from people like you.
Pureburn 10y ago
40 years ago, the teacher would've been able to spank the bitch in front of the whole class and teach her a lesson she'd never forget.
nyrp 10y ago
Exactly. You do that when they're 8 and then it doesnt even get to this point when they're teenagers. Oh, that and...learn to keep a fuckin man around!
long-lostfriend 10y ago
I am not filing charges because of a "light push." Learn to read. I am filing charges because she made a false claim that I assaulted her, which would have been career-ending were there even a reasonable doubt that I had done nothing wrong.
What if I am married with children? Did you even stop your white-knighting bullshit tirade long enough to think about that? What would losing my source of income do to them? You didn't even consider that, just like this lying teenage girl and her mother didn't stop to consider it.
Actions have consequences. What a teachable moment!
SHITLORDHERE 10y ago
You're wasting your time trying to use logic and reason with that simpleton. He's logically, intellectually and factually challenged. He just is too much of a half-wit to understand why and how you're right. That little female piece of shit risked your freedom, career and family life.

JGH8763 10y ago
This subreddit has gone way in the wrong direction. You're not a hero by going beyond self-defense to unnecessarily fuck a girl's life up even more. I don't think this is even relevant to this sub.
nyrp 10y ago
Discipline is not fucking up her life. It's giving her something her slut-ass mother never even thought to teach her. This man is a hero and you need to get a clue.
JGH8763 10y ago
If you think our legal system provides justice and healthy discipline, you need to get a clue.
And what evidence do you have that her mother is a slut? And how is being a slut a bad thing?
fruitofmyloom 10y ago
This is exactly why I'm saying the OP should be the one to mete the punishment. The justice system will just take away any future she might have.
By getting creative with the punishment, he can maintain the upper hand, not ruin her future and get major Rep points at the school as someone you don't fuck with.
nyrp 10y ago
No you're right. The student should discipline the teacher.
And if you think our justice system is so fucked up, why are you defending a bitch about to send the teacher into that system on fake charges? Get a clue and learn to read.
JGH8763 10y ago
I didn't say or imply that.
I wasn't.
Maybe you're the one who has a problem with reading.
gwankovera 10y ago
Well, I think this is a good reason to invest in a personal camera to record all you classes. that way you will have physical proof in the future in-case someone else tries something like again but no one in the class is recording it, or does as she asks and deletes their copy. if you are doing nothing wrong, it never hurts to have video evidence.

Good man. Too many people would shirk at pressing charges, but you just need to ask yourself one question - In a reverse situation, would she? You know she would.
Raggos 10y ago
That's a stupid assumption when trying to get your point across, she DID do that (called the PoPo, claiming assault). Did you read what he wrote?
bradyo2 10y ago
Chill dude, I meant if she was the teacher.
Most male teachers would feel sorry for the kid, and not go and press charges. She knows that, and tried to take advantage. She felt she had nothing to lose. Pussy Pass and all that shit.
Reverse the situation - I can't imagine a female teacher not pressing charges if a guy had done the same thing.
TRPsubmitter 10y ago
We have faith in you OP. Do it. And please update later.
And everyone else is right: I knew a male student in my HS who got expelled for making drawings in ART class of sword battles and gun battles. Another kid protested this by wearing a black trenchcoat the next day, and he was suspended for 1 week.
smokeybehr 10y ago
All this "zero tolerance" bullshit is one reason why the schools are going to hell.
FugitiveAlpha 10y ago
Wait, what, they suspended a student for wearing a black trench coat?!?!
Jesus, shits gotten so bad so quickly..

Let's see, she was going to falsely accuse him in addition to assaulting him, taking the legal road is not malicious
slcjosh 10y ago
if it were a boy id file charges too. Why is it any different?
thismaytakeawhile 10y ago
Thank you. A bitch who falsely claimed my father assaulted her cost him his job as a teacher, and his pension, 3 years short of full retirement. He's not the kind of person to peruse it, and it drives me insane. File a civil suit for damages as well, to ensure the parents are properly punished and understand the gravity of their child's actions.
snoodleflap 10y ago
i agree with this course of action 100%. do your very best to burn her down, and her fucking cunt mother along with her.
you may also consider a civil complaint as well.

cbeeman15 10y ago
What did the girl do in the first place that you were punishing her for? Good for you for following this through though! To many crimes go unpunished because people decide to just drop the charges. But when that happens the person will just do it again.
EricTheRedd 10y ago
Kudos to your other students for cooperating with you and the principle by narcing on this bitch.
tedcase 10y ago
Do it. Not only will it teach this girl a valuable life lesson, it will put out a strong message to other people around her too/ This shit does not fly!
[deleted] 10y ago
Bravo.
Just be careful what you post online, this post itself could get you in trouble.
fruitofmyloom 10y ago
I agree with having her face the consequences of her lies and actions, but what you're doing is ruining her future.
You can get her to face the consequences by having a judgement against her that she has to do everything you tell her she has to do and if she doesn't, she goes to the alternative school which ruins her future. Any plans she had of living a sex in the city lifestyle will be replaced by trailer parks and welfare checks. You can, for example, tell her she has to fix your garage, lawn, whatever you like, for a year. A prosecutor and judge will agree, if presented properly and for the right reasons.
She's still a kid, even if she's a child of a single mom and as a teacher, you do have a moral obligation to steer her right. If, as a teacher, you don't think you should be morally obligated, then you shouldn't be a teacher.
Edit: from what I've read on these comments, people are frothing to get a girl who obviously has a bad influence for a parent to perpetuate the cycle. If I were this teacher, I would be very clear that she gets one chance and she needs to do what I say or her future will be destroyed. Chances are that she just needs to get away from her mother. This type of thing is very much based on environment, and not genetics or gender.

I already conceded that making her do his house work is a bad idea. But psychologically, if he controls her punishment, it makes a world of difference in actually fixing the problem.
I'd expect a little more insight into why immature women behave the way they do here, tbh.
motivator54 10y ago
How fucking entitled.
Also that house work bullshit gives the conniving bitch a chance to frame him for other shit.
fruitofmyloom 10y ago
Also, I can bet you that no one has told her that she can have a good future. She probably looks at her mom as the best she can get.
You'd be surprised how kids change when a better future is dangled in front of their faces.
fruitofmyloom 10y ago
They all think they're going to live like that, especially when there is no father. Just accept the truth.
As for house work, valid points. I think you get the gist though.
[deleted] 10y ago
You do realize, women start maturing at their peak emotionally at around 19-21 right ? These traits, probably aren't going to go away any time soon assuming this teacher is teaching high school.
fruitofmyloom 10y ago
Still don't think that they should be advocating to destroy her future. I'd react the same if it were a boy. In life, people generally get two chances: one given by the parents, one given by them. This is true for men and women. Had a fucked up childhood? You have a chance to redeem yourself when moving out. Fuck that up? You deserve what you get. By insisting that the only option for redemption is to destroy her future, you're no better than false accusers and what have you.
[deleted] 10y ago
This bitch was outta line. If he doesn't step up, he's gonna get known as that teach that lets students walk the fuck all over him. Better to make an example than to be learning a hard lesson. I spent 4 years in alternative school. It's actually not that bad.
fruitofmyloom 10y ago
I don't know what your life situation is like now to say. All I can tell you is that I've been to jail and charged more than once, and if I wasn't as strong as I am or I didn't have family support, I wouldn't be as successful as I am.
Just to give you an idea, my personal chef just left and I have a driver picking up my kids from school and while I wait, I have a housekeeper making sure the house is in tip top shape.
I would not be here had any of those times where I was charged as a teenager been treated harshly.
I was a dumb fuck as a teenager. I was arrested regularly till I was 19.
I think if I had gone to an alternative school, I would have become a gang banger ,no question. My parents moved us out of the city because they thought I was one already (I wasn't).
So I advocate to chill the fuck out. Give her consequences, but don't ruin her life. Most importantly, DON'T give her an chance to go to trial and possibly win.
[deleted] 10y ago
I got a job as a truck driver, averaging about 65~85k a year. Late bloomer financially, and a bit of a dumbfuck in my earlier twenties.Paying for those mistakes now.
I plan to open a Swiss account with hopefully gaining dual citizenship and not have to pay export tarrifes . I did all these things or of choice...good and bad.
Taking away her accountability will only cause her to continue down the dark path. Sometimes you need to be put in shitty situations to know how good you had it. She needs a dose of reality like I did.
Read my sub on sigma theory,...I spilled my beans in it.

fruitofmyloom 10y ago
That's my point. When you have a chance to set someone down the right path, you should take it. A lot can be taught if you are willing to teach.
The op has a right to be mad. But once the anger dies down he should remember why he became a teacher.
[deleted] 10y ago
This girl does not respect this teachers admonition nor instruction. What planet do ya live on when you think that a state sponsored correctional rehabilitation service in regards to this teacher putting their heart into the framework behind the “therapy" is going to work ? Boys her age are sent off the same way. This girl should receive no different.
When I had friends GIVE me things to help bail me out of situations their gifts/charity were never truly respected by me . I had to earn things on order to appreciate them. Any other way was detrimental to my growth as a man. She's highly likely no different.
fruitofmyloom 10y ago
Look here is how I'd do it:
I've seen this kind of thing work and work well, though the justice system was not involved, just the threat of it. I wouldn't expect the justice system to do shit. More than likely, this girl borne of a single mom feels that no one in her life ever gave a shit about her and if so, someone giving a shit is all she needs to fix herself.
I love kids and I think it's terrible how some kids are brought up. If I had the opportunity, I'd try to help every kid I could.
[deleted] 10y ago
Good man! Way to send the right message.
Agapetus 10y ago
How did the mother react to the video?
i-like-boobs 10y ago
Make sure to also give her failing grades so she will have to repeat your class there.
captshady 10y ago
Wow. If I were a teacher, I'd have cameras in my class from here on.
HeadingRed 10y ago
You are doing her a favor.
Purpledrank 10y ago
Sadly people have very short attention spans. The mere association you had with this tirade of unfounded child abuse accusations will still get around in some way. I think that for your careers sake, it is vital that she goes to an alternative school And has real criminal charges filed against her. A clear message needs to set in: she is a criminal. That way if anyone recalls it, they'll see who the real predator is. But if she just is not punished it still remains as he said she said to those not as familiar with the incident.
Tldr lawyer up still, delete her face book, hit the gym afterwards
[deleted] 10y ago
Definitely make her suffer the consequences of her actions. I'm so sick of women never having the same responsibilities or held to the same behavioral standards as men. We're supposed to be an egalitarian society right? Fair is fair, throw her to the wolves.
[deleted] 10y ago
You have the most important job in the world.
And a calculating cunt tries to get your ass in jail because she wants to do whatever she likes to anyone else.
Prosecute to within the maximum extent of the law- and make sure you use her as an example particularly to other girls in the class.
Speak to your schools press office if it has one. Before the single moms at the school gate decide that you are a rapist and go to the press. You have one irrational bitch in check, make sure the mother doesn't get to character assassinate you as well and go pre-empt any clucking in the staff room about this poor little sweet thing having her career ruined by your misunderstanding.
hypnobearcoup 10y ago
I read this with a big smile. Good going man, justice tastes sweet.
Ghadis 10y ago
Good for you.
TeasingPenguin 10y ago
You're doing her and the rest of the world a favour, long term of course. Short term she will learn from it and she will get over it sooner than she thinks.
Do it and teach her a harsh lesson.
bama79rolltide 10y ago
Maybe mom can blow you before you send her away.
[deleted] 10y ago
Go in for the kill.
markhenry31 10y ago
Please post future updates! great read!
[deleted] 10y ago
You know what I love? Even in the face of bullshit and hard times... the people of this sub tell posters to do the right thing. If this were posted to a women dominated sub... everyone would be advocating for her to do whatever makes her feel better. If reporting the wrong doing and doing the right thing here would make her feel bad... this would be deemed victim blaming... because how is the victim responsible for stopping this bad behavior of the horrible person in future?
Fuck that shit. Crucify this bitch and hope that it ruins her life. People willing to raise children do believe this is okay should be shot. This world would be a better place.
Thank you for standing up and teaching this cunt a lesson... one that she obviously needs to learn and that she isn't getting at home.
ravenzephyr1 10y ago
I really don't see how anyone would look at this girls behavior and say "you go girl".
Ralain 10y ago
Do it.
[deleted] 10y ago
She's still a kid. We've all had screw ups along the way. I'm happy for the mercies given to me as a teen, even when I deserved worse. Pressing charges can seriously alter her life course and limit what she's later qualified for. I'd think long and hard whether it is worth it. Who we are in high school is not usually who we are later in life and this just further sets her up for failure. There are other ways to get the point across without involving the courts.
[deleted] 10y ago
As if it's not going to happen again
[deleted] 10y ago
People like you are the reason why many women out there openly lie to cops about being raped, and have no mercy on the guys who's life they are about to destroy, without having to worry about the consequences of their actions if they get caught lying.
[deleted] 10y ago
Is the right response to have no mercy on kids then? I'm not saying don't punish. I'm saying don't use the courts unless you absolutely have to.
[deleted] 10y ago
I would fucking love to see your take on this if it were you in his shoes.
What is so painfully obvious is that the story of this girl getting justice not this fuckin' social justice warrior crap actual judicial justice put on her for her actions is that every other girl going off the rails in years below and up will pause, stop, and think about the dumb shit they're about to pull.
Not only is he righteous here, he's saving likely dozens of others at the same time.
I had a girl way back (when I was one of these dumb teenagers that need your leniancy) when who I was into in a big way. We made friends and got closer - you know what she did? She told me this story of her step dad abusing her, hitting her and her mum around and that smashing his car up would mean he would be stuck at work for a while away from her home and she could try and bring her mum around to going to the police.
So me and a friend go out and smash this car up pretty good one night, we eventually got caught.
We both got fucked in the courts for that.
Want to know what the plot twist is here? She made the whole thing up, the car was her neighbours' and she instigated this whole thing over a period of days because she just didn't get on with her neighbours kid.
Nothing happened to her, I got a criminal record (rightfully so) and she was laughing about it to her friends whilst her neighbours were terrified.
I learned an invaluable lesson there - she didn't.
Prosecute the lying bitch for the teachers, for the chumps like me back then, for the neighbours, for the people she will use this on in the future, for society.
[deleted] 10y ago
the "kid" had no problem using the courts, why should he?
[deleted] 10y ago
The kid did not use the courts or call the cops. The mom did.
But more importantly because it speaks volumes about the OP's character if he's the type to get the courts involved before talking to the other party
[deleted] 10y ago
The kid accused him of assult. That would have involved the cops. It would have ruined his life. I dont see the difference.
Aerobus 10y ago
When an innocent man's (or woman's) career is on the line, when that person risks going to jail, or worse, prison, the correct response is to put children in their place. Punish them, without mercy, so they learn the harsh realities of life and so they learn that they can't get away with shit like this.
If you are soft on children, if you waver, they're going to see that and judge you. They'll think you aren't serious and they will never fully comprehend the gravity of the situation.
[deleted] 10y ago
But why actually go to court? Why not first have a sit down, have the teacher say he could press charges and what the likely consequences are, and come up with a different punishment. Let her make a decision there on whether to continue being a cunt and have her day in court or bow down to the system (now the teacher) and make restitution. Imo that's an exponentially better lesson to teach a kid and both parties win. The only way that can fail is if OP can't hold frame which I wouldn't be surprised at because what grown man goes to the cops over a teenager without first attempting to talk to her about it. I get involving the courts if he feels his life is acutely in dangers but that's not the case here.
Aerobus 10y ago
Because going to court scares the shit out of the child and gets the message across, while a child like the OP described will simply not get it if she is sat down by the teacher. She just won't understand the gravity of the situation, and, because she doesn't view the teacher as an authority figure (or else why would she aggravate him to begin with) she's not going to take him seriously.
Do you honestly think some idiot female is going to make the right decision here? She's not going to logically think to herself "oh, I've been a cunt. Gee, I should stop." She's going to continue her behavior unless there are some very real consequences that she has to face.
Only if you are an authority figure she respects (i.e., parent). The teacher in her mind is not an authority figure and therefore she does not take him seriously.
You misread the post. The girl's mother called the cops.
You're right it's not. It's about making an example out of her, which he rightly should.
[deleted] 10y ago
I meant the teacher going to the cops in this hypothetical without first talking to the student.
But I get your point on the authority figure issue and while I think he should still give her the option of court versus other punishment the teacher decides, I agree, if things got this far it's likely because she doesn't see him as an authority figure and any attempt at talking to her is going to be fruitless. Thank ya for the education.
MockingDead 10y ago
It's not so much about mercy, it's about Covering His Ass.
