Went to lunch with this girl and knew a bit about her backstory, older dad who passed on, and mom still around. She starts talking about how she was going in for a physical and was doing some research on her family history for her checkup, because she had a half-sister that died of cancer in her 20s. So she continues with her story that she calls her mom asking about kind of cancer and her mom brushes it off saying, dont worry about it. Why not? Keep in mind this girl is 31, dad passed away over 10 years ago. Drops this over the phone: Hes not your real dad. Mom was cheating on the breadwinning dad, got pregnant, the real dad didn't want anything to do with it, mom didnt say anything to dad because, why should she, right? he wont pay/take care of someone else's kid. Que a man who lived his entire life and died thinking that was his daughter. Daughter isn't mad at mom, because why would she be? Good times...good times. How was your day RP?

That's a part of the red pill, the sadness of how the dynamics actually work in real life. But eventually you accept it. I'm sad that lightning actually strikes down and kills people from time to time. It's not fair, but such is life. But I understand that it can happen, and do the best to prevent myself from being struck by lightning.

Nature v nurture. The nature aspect will always be there, hence AWALT, but this kind of behavior is increasingly acceptable in modern society, only bolstering the numbers of cheating wives and girlfriends in the world.
The only place I expect to find a woman who can somewhat suppress AWALT tendencies is on an Amish farm. I'm betting that if I find a potential wife, she's going to be a deeply religious, conservative woman, raised by a strong father or father figure.
CrazyLeprechaun 10y ago
You and /u/MattyAnon aren't entirely wrong, just take it from someone who is finishing up a biochem degree that genetics don't quite work that way. There aren't genes for "cheating scheming women" though there may be genes that predispose women to that general kind of behavior, and there are always other factors.
[deleted] 10y ago
Give the Selfish Gene a good read. The whole "there are no genes that code for specific behaviors" trope has been tried and defeated
CrazyLeprechaun 10y ago
The concept of the selfish gene has far more to do with rouge genetic elements including proviruses, plasmids, or Alu repeats that replicate themselves by various mechanisms with no benefit for the fitness of the organism, though not necessarily at its detriment. Read the book again and I challenge you to find a passage where Dawkins says that "gene X codes for behaviour Y" without making some kind of qualification that it is actually much more complex than that. He won't say that, at least not about animals, because no respected scientist would simplify the connection between genotype and phenotype so recklessly.
[deleted] 10y ago
He talks about it a lot at the beginning of the book. He says that its trivially true that we are not able to pinpoint a specific gene that codes for a specific behavior, but he writes as if we can. It's a model that works, even if the underlying details are more complex in reality.
We know behaviors have a genetic basis and it's easier to write "the gene that codes for altruism" than to waste space every paragraph with disclaimers.

The guy could have been alpha. Do you believe every single alpha male gets a paternity test? It's a messed up situation but you can't judge the guy off not knowing. I've read stories on here even of guys who are said to be alpha but got duped.
jcrpta 10y ago
AF/BB breeds a false dichotomy, artificially splitting men into one of two camps.
There are levels of alpha, and there is ALWAYS a man who's a bit more alpha than you around the corner.
redzorp 10y ago
Don't forget that a woman with an alpha can also just as easily cheat with, and even branch swing to, a beta - if his bucks are big enough.
And vice versa of course.
denart4 10y ago
Well at the same time bloodline doesn't mean shit and babies get switched in the hospital way too much.
But it's more about the cheating part anyways
nicethingyoucanthave 10y ago
If a hospital intentionally switched a baby, they'd get sued ...and lose. Hell, they would probably get sued if it wasn't intentional.
HardBounce 10y ago
Even with an switch some other ass hole is raising your kid. Providing better or worse depending on luck
Cuckolding you never even had a kid total loss.
Barely_Intrepid 10y ago
What third world shithole do you come from where babies are switched in hospitals?
Maternity wards are like high security prisons, modern facilities are built so parents can see their baby at all times and most procedures are done in the same room.
popthatpill 10y ago
Society takes maternity very, very seriously. By contrast, paternity is "socially constructed". How convenient.

Only a fool would trust a woman.
Words to live by
TheReasoner94 10y ago
Well said, I live my life by that rule. Which is why i'll be a bachelor my whole life as I don't believe any woman is capable of true love or being faithful. They all leave you in the end, when you consider that fact along with all females character traits you begin to realise what nasty little vermin creatures women really are. Just always remember women are not for loving, I compare them to the forbidden fruit. It may seem uncontrollably tempting, especially when she's using all her female "charm" and giving you all the right signals, but once she's got you she will lie, argue, cheat and treat you like crap until she's eventually bored of you and hops onto another dick (100% of the time always someone with more money and higher status than you). Do the right thing, don't fall for the forbidden fruit.
Anderfail 10y ago
Nah you can trust because living life while being that paranoid is no way to live. What you should do is always follow "Trust but verify". This should be how you treat everyone no matter the person or sex. People who willingly give trust to people they don't know always get burned.
The fact is, if you're a fucking pussy and come across as a bitch, people will walk all over you and take advantage of you in every way they can. This is applicable to everyone you will ever meet.
Basically, trust your instincts, never blindly accept anything, if someone violates your trust remove them from your life, and let someone prove themselves to you rather than the other way around. My default is not trusting people. I keep everyone at arm's length until they prove otherwise and even then I rarely ever let my guard down.
coffee_and_lumber 10y ago
Ever watch The Walking Dead? It's actually not a show about zombies. Lots of people hate the show because there's too much dialog and not enough zombie killing. Those people are stupid. It's an examination of what humans actually are when you remove civilization and all the protections and authority that go with it.
I watch it entirely from this framework and it's changed the way I view other people in general. I view everyone through the lens of "what is the desperate apocalypse version of this person"? Honesty, accountability, courage...these attributes have real meaning in a situation like that. You would never trust a stranger unless they had absolutely proven themselves to you, and if you're really taking things to a logical conclusion, you'd still be checking them periodically when the going gets especially tough.
In the context of TRP, If we were all out on the road or in the woods, with only our smarts or strength in numbers to protect us, AWALT would be insanely and undeniably well-pronounced. Everything we discuss here would show in an almost exaggerated way.
vakerr 10y ago
Acoountability and honesty are almost the same. The correct list is "Strength, Courage, Mastery and Honor". (review)
kamenr 10y ago
This is very apt. I think if one were to fault the show's writers it would be for not playing up the AWALT and sexual politics aspect of the Walking Dead scenario.
Anderfail 10y ago
It's not just AWALT though, it's everyone. There are loads of men who would just as soon stab you in the back to get ahead. Humans are not the altruistic species people like to think it is. We are animals through and through and can be every bit as ruthless and brutal as any other animal on this planet.
TRP follows AWALT, but the fact is AMALT is true as well. Men are every bit as much of a slave to their instincts as women and we are just as capable of being pieces of shit. This is why posts that incite controversy here don't bother me (such as the cheating posts and such). It's a kill or be killed world, it's up to you how you deal with that.
[deleted] 10y ago
And imo those are not the kind of men you want to be friends with, me and my best friend including other great friends since childhood would just band up and stab others rather than eachother because we are men and we can comprehend loyalty, while for example a women will jump to the better ship at first given oppurtunity.
Sabetsu 10y ago
This is VERY solid advice. Thanks for sharing this view.
BurnYourFlag 10y ago
I think its a bit optimistic to exclude men from this category we all use deceit to are advantage women are just naturally better at controlling/noticing body language therefore they can lie with impunity. I have tried to increase my ability to manipulate body language in order to be more machiavellian
Only a fool would trust anyone
[deleted]
Sir_Shitlord_focker 10y ago
I'm sorry but I have to disagree. the establishing of civilization implies the need for trust. From the first cavemen that slew the saber tooth tiger by working as a team, trust was necessary to survive. Without people you can trust you have nothing in life. I have at least 4 male friends (and my dad) I can trust with my life. As for yourself, sure you'd be smart to learn how to deceive, but that doesn't mean you can't be reliable for people you choose to ally with.

laere 10y ago
Man I remember in past relationships I always had a gut feeling to never truly trust the girl I was with. I would tell my bro's about it, and they would give me the "trust is a big part of relationships" spiel. I went with it, and eventually got burned. Lesson learned.
flexiblehold 10y ago
Those are probably the same bros who told you "being vulnerable and confessional to your woman is important," or "it's okay to cry in front of your SO, that makes you a true man."
ChrisBenRoy 10y ago
Last relationship I was in, I went into it with the mindset to not get jealous over things as much as I had in the past, and let her get away w/ way more than I should have. Cheated on me with at least 4 different guys. All is good though, that relationship laid a blueprint for me of every single thing NOT to put up with and I won't ever do it again.
Strike48 10y ago
New here. How are we supposed to enjoy a relationship with a girl if we can't trust her? Seems like an enemy stance would make the relationship very unenjoyable.
Entrefut 10y ago
You don't hate a wave for crashing on you and you also don't expect it never to crash. I read an awesome analogy in one of the books on the side bar (so many that I can't remember the title at this point). The author compared men and women to surfers and waves. Guys are the surfers, women are the waves. Women are a vast ocean of enjoyment, but just like everything in life they can leave you washed up and defeated on shore. If you plan for lies, misdirection and random crazy mood swings, you'll always come out on top. If you put too much faith in her and don't rely on your own skills to navigate around her, you're going to die a beaten up old man.
leftajar 10y ago
Think of your girlfriend like a cat. On some level, your cat is not loyal to you -- it's just not in its nature. If you stopped putting out food, it would be gone for good in about two days.
Now, that doesn't mean you can't enjoy the cat. Cats are enjoyable pets. Just don't trust a cat to have your back.
flexiblehold 10y ago
We must learn to trust the nature of women rather than women themselves as individuals. AWALT, i.e. women are hypergamous, all women are and will always be, as sure as they have vaginas. A sufficiently alpha man with strong dread game will so command the mind and spirit and emotions and sexual urges of a woman that she will not likely look elsewhere for provisioning and security. The only trust is in yourself as a bamf, if you can become one.
Even then, if a billionaire with game and the looks of Brad Pitt decides he wants to fuck her you're doomed.
[deleted] 10y ago
It's better to not think of it as a matter of trust or lack of trust, as such. Understand the typical predictable behavior and allow for it. You can love a woman while understanding her. It's like, you might not leave a cake on the counter with kids around, but you still love your kids.
You have to be more responsible than popular media says you should be, by taking charge of your life and your relationship. Lead and set expectations, rather than allowing her to do whatever she wants. Not in a controlling way, but in a benevolent way. Again, like with kids.
coffee_and_lumber 10y ago
Man, that's a great analogy.
MarcusDavidson 10y ago
"How can I ride a bronco if it keeps bucking? How can I train a lion if I cannot pet it?"
You work within the limits of reality. Broncos are ridden because men stopped treating them like ponies. Lions were tamed because men understood the need to establish dominance.
Don't start a relationship from a position of suspicion and wariness. Start a relationship understanding that to a woman:
You can always trust a girl to be a girl. She is not lying to you. She is operating out of her girl framework.

TheReasoner94 10y ago
The sex part I don't get, what do you mean by sex to a woman means wild and new? In my experience it's ended up the polar opposite after a while.
MarcusDavidson 10y ago
I don't means the sex gets wild or kinky, far from it. They like the feelz (wild) from a new guy (new) over the stable feelz from same old boyfriend.
[deleted] 10y ago
It's the same with us (men) though. "Only thing better than pussy is new pussy."
TheReasoner94 10y ago
Oh I got you my bad. Great points by the way you pretty much hit the nail on the head with every one of them, solid advice that all men should look at. Then the man has to ask himself with that knowledge in mind is a LTR really worth it with a woman? Personally I don't think so, and as soon as another dick has slid up in her vagina (whilst she's with me) she's dead to me.
waylandertheslayer 10y ago
Trust has to be earned. You can almost always trust someone to act in (what they think is) their best interest, but that's about it. Remember that the other person in the relationship is just that - another person - and that there are some situations where they will lie to you, so don't depend on them telling the truth. There's an old saying, "Trust but verify".
thasza 10y ago

I like living in Eastern Europe (mostly Ukraine) and I will probably knock up a girl here one day. I'm thinking about getting TWO paternity tests just to try to filter out the corruption, ie. woman bribes the doctor with $50. Its just possible here so that is what she would have to do for me to be that big family guy here.
[deleted] 10y ago
[deleted]
destraht 10y ago
Its just a risk, although probably small. I'd just hate to be the guy who "fell for that one". Also I could see the amusement of a doctor making not very much money at all to feel justified that an American is taking care of one of their local pure bloods. I'm sure that the woman would be incredibly offended though. If she was feeling extremely dedicated to me then she might end up being crushed by it. I might just really shop for the right doctor first and only do it once. I definitely wouldn't use her doctor.
[deleted] 10y ago
holy shit that doctor would deserve to be put through some Saw games, and I wouldn't feel sympathy for him at all.
Easih 10y ago
when you live in a poor country/are poor you would think differently.
bsutansalt 10y ago
Since paternity fraud will never be made illegal, maybe we should just criminalize adultery again.
MattyAnon Admin 10y ago
How the hell this is not at least fraud I have no fucking idea.
Oh wait... for the children.
[deleted] 10y ago
So with Marriage 2.0, all the benefits of marriage/divorce, the power it holds such as alimony and child support always hold up, but under fraudulent terms on her part to gain said benefits, are all essentially meaningless.
Like am I taking crazy pills?!? You can fucking commit fraud to break a binding contract, and still get the rewards the contract YOU DESTROYED demands?
What the fuck.
bsutansalt 10y ago
Exactly. And people are shocked, SHOCKED I TELL YOU, fat 70% of men in their 20s & early 30s are unmarried.
Entrefut 10y ago

[deleted] 10y ago
i don't talk to adults that much but i guess we can't expect people to understand why. they don't have the ability to critically think.
psycho-logical 10y ago
Why should adultery be illegal?
Paternity fraud should be illegal. Adultery definitely shouldn't.
bsutansalt 10y ago
I agree that paternity fraud should be illegal, but since it's almost exclusively a crime committed by women there's no way in hell it'll ever be criminalized. Thus the only way to really punish women who do this is by creating a law that is all encompassing.
drunkandstoned 10y ago
It is the breaking of a contract - when your capitalistic society founded on contracts allows breaking them (with incentive to, in the form of alimony) in one if its fundamental institutions, things are fucked.
psycho-logical 10y ago
It doesn't work. What is adultery exactly? What about open marriages? Is refusing sex also illegal?
TheReasoner94 10y ago
open marriage is for betas only.
drunkandstoned 10y ago
However it is defined in a marriage contract, this used to be very specific.
These are generally considered bad for society, so either make them legally risky or make society worse by having a less strict marriage contract as an option
Probably, again it's fine as long as it is specified in the original agreement in marriage.
If your marriage agreement has the terms that neither partner can cheat, that clause should be enforceable by law - that is currently not the case.
colovick 10y ago
Fun fact: that's what "to have and to hold" means. Do not deny them your flesh as they should not deny you theirs.
This stuff is founded on very sound principles that have fallen out of practice which is why it's not advisable to go through with marriage in this climate.

A woman, rather less so.
TheReasoner94 10y ago
They are devoid of any true love or emotion that's why, once the childs born you're dead to her, your only purpose is to provide. This is why men should procreate with multiple women and never stick with the same woman, because when she eventually loses her love for you she'll resent you for no reason at all and cheat on you as much as she can, such vile little creatures are women.

Also, this reinforces the idea that you do not matter to anyone, other than your own self.

In many Western countries, acting like you're the dad for any length of time is enough to ensure that in any subsequent court dealings, you'll be stung for child support. Even if you subsequently discover you're not the biological dad.
So yes, paternity testing is definitely wise.
oldredder 10y ago
Always good to add 1 more data-point in backing AWALT.
mordanus 10y ago
I had an argument in another thread where a woman found out that her brother was only her half brother. They were doing some genetic testing and that's how they found out. They debated telling their father about it but felt that it would only cause problems and that he doesn't really have a right or need to know. Why rock the boat?
I told them how selfish they were and that when he finds out later through some other way he will only feel even more betrayed. Betrayed by his cheating whore of a wife and now betrayed by his children for perpetuating the lie.
After I point that out people downvoted me and attacked my point of view. The thing to learn from this is that as a man you mean nothing. You don't mean anything to your wife or girlfriend. You don't mean anything to your children. You don't mean anything to anyone at all. You are a figurehead they put on their car. You are someone that takes care of their problems and makes them feel good about themselves and safe in your arms, but you are not entitled to any respect or love in return.
On the opposite end of that spectrum women are automatically respected and loved by society. We protect them and baby them. We give them the benefit of the doubt and trust them when they don't deserve it. This is the inner programming of men and women. Men are disposable and women aren't.
[deleted] 10y ago
Reverse the situation in some way and it's: THE WOMAN HAS A RIGHT TO KNOW!!
No rights for men, though.
[deleted] 10y ago

mordanus 10y ago
Hey there little guy. Welcome to the discussion. I have seen way more people support women in cheating on their husband than not. You are right that there are children who care about their dad. It is probably the only people who would truly care about you as a man but given the choice they choose mother over father unless the mom is a total cunt. Even if the mother was horrible I have seen far too many people defend her and hide it from the dad.
I get that you are angry because my story doesn't match your experience but if you look around you will see a shit ton of examples to back my side up.
Also telling me to grow a pair of balls is really silly.
[deleted] 10y ago
Was drinking and smoking with a past LTR one night. You know, just chillin'. Actually having a good time. Well, she ask me something. I heard it but didn't believe it at first. So, I said "What".
She asked again. "What if I got pregnant and the child looked just like you? You know, blond hair, tall, blue eyes. But it was from a different guy. Would you have a problem with that?"
Well, I was high as shit and kinda tipsy so my brain had a hard time processing this shit and actually reply with something that covers my ass but I think I did OK.
I replied, "No. I don't have a problem with it. You can do what you want. But I will require a paternity test if you get pregnant and want me to help with the child."
[deleted] 10y ago
took like 3 minutes to understand that.
[deleted] 10y ago
Bro. Try being high and tipsy while trying to think of a response.
trpMilo 10y ago
What? Dude this is crazy talk from an LTR. I would have told her to get out of my place right away and might have broken up with her if she wasn't immediately and sincerely apologetic.
[deleted] 10y ago
That LTR ended a few months ago. I fucked her that night but the sex dwindled after that. Don't know if it was my response. Or she already had a backup dude because she mainly saw me as BB with Alpha tendencies. And I know of a "high school friend" that she had that is in great shape but I can tell is a blue pill for sure. But he runs this beach workout thing. He def has the social proof and the body. So, knowing her, it was because of the backup dude. She was a solid 7-8 that I started seeing when she was 22 an me 26. She was pretty hot back then IMO. But I have since compared her pictures of how she looked then and how she looks now (she is 27) and the difference is astonishing. She is still pretty but def not as hot. I'd give her a honest 6-7, now depending on if she is done up or not. (I don't inflate HB scale like most on here)
When we first started dating, I had no idea about the Red Pill so I asked her to move in and she was not that excited about it and she would set a date to move in but there would always be something that came up when the date came around. (Mom is depressed, sister is going through a rough time, etc. All BS) I can now see how beta I was back then. Towards the end of our LTR, she would always ask about moving in together and joke about how I was going to marry her. I normally would just ignore it but sometimes I would look at her and smirk and say "Yeah, that's never gonna happen". Guess now that she is hitting that baby window of 28-32, she is wanting to find the "right" guy. I remember her mentioning her "plan" when she was like 23-24. You know...the typical hamstering. "I want to keep working on my career (aka being a server at a different restaurants) and buy my first house and have a baby by 30. I just shrugged it off and said "Nice. Good luck with that." She tried to lash out to get me to be emotional by saying "Well, it will either be you or someone else". I just said "Ooook". Her sister got knocked up by the muscular tattooed guy and has a 13 year old daughter and just got engaged to a fat guy who orbited for 10 fucking years. Guy is a lead chef and a upscale place in SD. Her mom is a total Alpha widow that I have seen "date" 6 guys in the 5 years that I have known her. That Alpha being the ex's dad who left her mom and now has a bomb ass house in the desert, career with UPS, and a mexican wife that cooks, clean, and caters to his every need. Met him and he is pretty fucking cool.
Honestly, after swallowing the Red Pill, I pretty much just saw her as a plate. I say LTR cause she was my main. I would have married this girl like an idiot but luckily I have guys like you in my life. She always tried to get me upset and it was easy for her to do so because she knew so much about me from the Blue Pill days when we first started dating. It sucks how she treated me but honestly, it helped me accept my flaws and learn to get over them.

Very true. Since I have been in the Manosphere and Red Pill stuff, I have read many post on how women have evolved to be more mentally strategic versus men being stronger and logical. This would make sense because woman are always plotting. Who knows. Just gotta keep that "I don't give a shit" attitude and there schemes fall flat.

Kings have been cuckolded; when women are willing to face the death penalty to satisify their tingles, what chance do you have?
Dark397 10y ago
Ouch! Maybe I am paranoid, but I think one should always ALWAYS get a paternity test, even if you believe you know her and trust her completely.
Entrefut 10y ago
What's great is that you can mask the test in alternative reasoning. Getting genetic information about your child's health is a great reason to take them in for blood tests, mommy will never know and you'll forever be able to sleep at night.

Still pushing for mandatory paternity tests. Knowing the actual father is pretty important for a healthy kid.
fuck_da_haes 10y ago
This would be sooooooo much fun to see in reality someday. Also the "Male Interruption" when you are able to leave woman with her child on all levels with one paper, fair is fair right? If woman is able to get rid of her "inconvenience", why not the man?
newls 10y ago
Hah! I'd like to see that day. I can picture the op-eds in the New York Times and The Guardian by some feminist about how relationships are based on trust.
Bascome 10y ago
Some parts of the world this is illegal.
GarandTheftAvto 10y ago
If you're referring to the few EU countries I'm thinking of, its not necessarily "illegal," per se, you just need to get a court order to do it. In practice, getting the court order is near impossible. In any event, not sure where its flat out illegal.
That being said, its horse shit the state would try and stop you from forcing them to pay the BB bucks instead of yourself, even if the child isn't yours.
Entrefut 10y ago
Getting access to a lab, or a friend in a lab, or a friend who knows a guy really isn't that hard. Probably harder to get steroids than it is to get a "black market" paternity test that could potentially save you an entire life of raising someone else's kid.
Bascome 10y ago
"Hey if it is really all about the child judge, you make more than both of us... you pay for him." Is something I have always wanted to say in court....

Yup, thankfully I'm from an ethnic minority so it'll be quite easy to tell if the kid aint mine.

I don't know the episode or what happened so I can't comment on that in particular but you also hear about white couples giving birth to darker babies because they had no idea there were black people in the family tree. I've got a friend who has a white mom, black dad and half her siblings are black as night and the other half are very fair, but they have the exact same facial features. Genetics are weird man.
Suffice to say, going by skin color isn't always the safest bet.
antariusz 10y ago
Exactly, AF/BB is nothing new. Women have been cuckolding men for thousands of years.
InfiniteBauer 10y ago
I'm sitting in a constitutional law class right now, and we just brushed over the level of scrutiny for classifications against non-marital children as a group. My flamingly liberal, aggressively lesbian ConLaw professor brought up an anecdote about her genetics prof friend who had her students test themselves a few years back for practice. She delighted in telling us that ONE THIRD of the class found that they had "issues in paternal legitimacy", and she followed it up with an extended full belly laugh like it's still the funniest thing she's ever heard. I thought it was pretty timely that I just opened up this thread.
[deleted] 10y ago
she's probably a sad lonely person. why do women find others suffering so funny, but cry and demand sympathy when something happens to them? do they have any empathy?

They only respect options.
If you do not have options that you are likely to exercise, then you have the same value as a faucet/tap: you provide something that is necessary for life, but are not respected because you have no choice.
Viewing the world in this way gives women the most value for the least effort and allows for endless exploitation of others. Adding a layer of obfuscation over the top of it hides how brutal and straightforward this is.
my_redpill_account 10y ago
This and many other similar stories of infidelity with women, add a dash of AWALT and you got a big FUCK THAT for marriage. I'm not putting my assets at risk.

This defies belief. Finding out that the man who thought was your father was not your biological dad is one of the most earth-shattering things that can happen!!
Invalidity 10y ago
If her step-sister died of cancer, that would not indicate that she would have a family history of cancer (they are not related, they are only step-siblings).
The bottom line is, women will treat you poorly if you have nothing else to offer other than money.
LRW35 10y ago
Iirc, it reads half sister, daughter of the man who she thought was her dad
CowardlyPetrov 10y ago
He said "half-sister" which means they had one common parent.
spacebanana0 10y ago
To me it's surprising that the "father" wasn't told the truth even as he was dying. As he was dying this woman was still pretending. I mean that's fucking grade a cold.
Then again I haven't finished the sidebar yet. Maybe I should be expecting that kind of behavior.

I don't think this is just a female thing. There are plenty of cowardly, unscrupulous, self-serving men who will delude themselves and change their thought process to accommodate their own comforts. It takes a strong, brave person in our era to divulge absolute truths however uncomfortable they may be and without concern for backlash, confrontation, or follow - up questions.
Edit: all that said, I do agree with you 100% on your assessment of her thoughts.
SkorchZang 10y ago
These are observations about averages, not the crazy outliers from either sex. Outliers and crazies can be found to show just about anything: that women are as good as men in business, art, math, or in a fistfight... Which will teach us nothing useful, just confuse and misdirect.
But when you look at the average man/woman, that's important information to have at hand so you know approximately what to expect in general. Deciet with zero remorse (especially when it comes to sex and surrounding topics) is most definitely a female thing. In the west it's taboo to even acknowledge this, rest of the world is sitting there with a "well DUH" facial expression. Great western geniuses discover that women are in fact still women, so you don't exactly expect integrity or good faith from them - what will the geniuses think of next? Wonder when we'll discover that water is actually wet and fire is hot.
I think it's important for the red pill worldview to internalize the expectation that bitches lie every season, with or without reason.
destraht 10y ago
I was just dating a Chinese woman and I can confirm that she had none of that.
wearnocrowns 10y ago
Although the story is anything but funny it reflects a principle that can be seen as funny in itself. The thing is that every, I mean every woman will seize the opportunity to fuck another guy if he seems to have something appealing to offer at the time whether it's a higher SMV or anything else.
Just a few examples I came across in the last week:
There was a big party thrown by the company I work for. A few of us including two girls from our office ended up at a bar when the morning was just about to come, drunk quite enough of course. One of the girls basically started begging me to fuck her so blatantly that my friend looked at her and told her: “Hey stop… You're a married woman. You should stop acting like this.” He intended to “save” me from the situation because she was literally crawling over me whilst I was apparently not enjoying that. On top of that, he let himself be persuaded into fucking her (in a bathroom) on a similar occasion just a few months ago.
The day before that party we were sitting in a pub together with 4 chicks I saw for the first time. I liked especially one of them that stayed with us after the others had left. Intelligent, sporty and showing some more inclination towards me as the night was progressing. The night was funny and I was expecting to see her again the next day but she didn't show up. My colleague told me today she's been in an LTR for 10 years. But he added that he fucked her two weeks ago during a ski weekend, asking me for keeping this confidential of course. Considering the way he said that and the details he mentioned I believe he was telling the truth.
I could go on with other stories but what I wanted to say can be described with 5 letters: AWALT. Every woman will seize or try to seize the situation once she find herself in. There's no use to keep being surprised about that. We can just accept that as a fact and adjust our own mindset and actions to this dynamic.
[deleted] 10y ago

Sir_Shitlord_focker 10y ago
Sure, I'll tell you why I disagree
"Hey, maybe the dude even knew and raised her anyway because he figured it's the right thing to do."
Sure maybe, probability isn't more than 10-15% tough at max... so quite unlikely. It's the Got cheated > learned > kept it secret and raised kid subset. Pretty small.
The rest of your post is predicated on the fact the guy knew
"He kept his trap shut so those little girls didn't grow up in a broken home"
I disagree for the above reason.
As for "wounded pride" let me tell you something, I'm more proud of myself today that I ever was before finding the red pill, my pride might still be wounded but it's a hell of a lot healthier than it was before. When I believed the lies of women and tough there was something wrong with me for expecting better.
phrostbyt 10y ago
I agree with you to an extent. I think the situation you described is likely.. Unfortunately infidelity disrupts that fabric of trust that relationships are built on. At that point the man would need to decide whether his integrity is more important than keeping a family together, not an easy decision by any metric.

The subject matter here is less about sex, and more about connections and fostering a natural lineage to your kid & having respect for the marriage contract.
cosmicartery 10y ago
You can connect with multiple people in a polyamorous relationship if you have the patience, experience, and wisdom to do it. We agree that marriage is a scam on here, so the only real issue here is kids. Wtf do you do about kids if you're not monogamous?! That's the real question.
[deleted] 10y ago
[deleted]
cosmicartery 10y ago
My ex turned me on to polyamory and let me tell you, it was rough for me at first haha. I decided to be openminded and pursue information on it. After subscribing to /r/polyamory and reading about people being more relaxed and free to explore their natural tendencies for love and intimacy, I started seeing immense benefits to it vs. monogamy. If you really believe in it, it will show in your persona: you start getting less jealous and more supportive of your partner(s) and being more open and non-judgmental with potential partners and their histories. All my monogamous relationships have failed because of paranoia and smothering, and now I'm very positive in my relationships. Now when you throw kids into the mix, I have no idea how the dynamic changes, but I'll figure it out when I get there.
The main TRP mantra holds for me as well, but closed-mindedness to different perspectives--such as yours, which was a relief to read!--frustrates me a lot. I think your POV actually supports TRP because if he knew and kept raising her as his own in order to not fuck up their household and her childhood then that man was quite the alpha warrior.
redarkane 10y ago
So what's the point of marrying again? This is some vile shit what that woman did
[deleted] 10y ago
you can't in the west, you cannot get married.
you sign a contract that ensures she can get your assets, and it is enforced to the letter of the law.
however, she can sabotage the marriage, commit fraud, or lie blatantly and refuse to uphold her end of the contract completely, and still receive the benefits from said contract.
So you enter into a contract where only the extremely negative details against you are enforced, with essentially ZERO positive merits of the contract are binding? You'd have to be a fucking moron to do that.

It's important not to take these things personally. Women are programmed to be this way because it's ensured the survival of the species. For anyone who still gets butthurt over these stories, keep reading the sidebar, keep trying to internalize it. Women are women, it's kind of fun.

My best friends sister just found out her real father died 2 years ago. All of the children have now excommunicated their lying whore of a mother. Luckily her "dad" still accepts her as his own.
R3v4mp3d 10y ago
I understood around 50% of the story. The lack of commas, quotation marks and formatting made everything a mush in my head. The comments cleared things up to around 70% of the story.
So you met a girl with which you talked while she was talking to her mother whom said not to worry about the sister that died in her 20s because the father that died 10 years ago is not the real father?
Father of whom? So there were 2 sisters. Does one of the sisters belong to the dead father? Does the cancer thing have anything to do with the story? Why did the mother say not to worry? Break it down for me please because.
By what I got: mom had the step sister with someone else; then married the father that died 10 years ago (at the moment of the story unfolding); then she had a kid while being married with this guy and that kid is the girl in the story.
The girl now finds out that the mom cheated on the guy that died and he's not the real father.
Am I getting this right?

Ehhh, it wasn't that confusing. You don't have to act like he typed an enigma. I still upvote your comment because I hate to see fly-by low-effort posts and the OP definitely fits that bill.
R3v4mp3d 10y ago
Thank you.
I have nothing against OP or his story but it was a bit cryptic. Also you hit the nail in the head with the fact that the main reason for the issue is the hastiness with which this post was made. :P
Still a good post though and reminds us of why you shouldn't doubt TRP and AWALT.
Magnum256 10y ago
I think the mother and father were together for both sisters entire lives. The sister that died was the child of said mother and father, but the living daughter was the child of the mother and some unknown man the mother had a fling with. The mother tells the living daughter not to worry about the cancer because that ran in the dead fathers family and since the living daughter had no blood relation to the dead father, the chance of hereditary ailment from his side of the family was impossible.
R3v4mp3d 10y ago
Thank you for the clarification :D!
