Hey guys so I've been consistent with lifting and have been going out more trying to put myself out in the gen Z world yes I'm a gen Z so I have TikTok and an insta account on which I upload occasionally that was the background now to the questions. When is the right time after being in sort of a bond with a woman to pursue intimacy? Is it true that all the girls online are shallow and insecure ? I've been thinking about cold approaching too I've done it in the past too but I'm getting nerves again so what would you guys advise? Thanks you been a real help ppl

Treat 2 legged deer the same as the 4 legged kind. Take the first clear shot you are offered. Do not delay but do not rush the shot from nerves.
This may feel like no answer but it is the best I know. All that it requires is to be able to judge when a clear shot is offered. Here you have to be watching the quarry not yourself.
The usual advice to spot a clear shot is to read body language and so meeting her in person is the best thing you can do, then you can see what she really thinks about you. When to suggest meeting up with someone you talk to mostly on line? I appreciate that this is going to be hard if you are not actually speaking to her but is she open to you? Is she flirting or just seeking attention and compliments? Is she genuinely glad you responded to her? Does she talk about her body just in passing? This can be quite telling I have found. When they talk about more private issues with their body then its quite likely they are interested. Like for example her light jeans chafed her thighs on a hot day or she feels bloated because its that time of the month. They are not trying to turn you on with these slightly embarrassing things, they have just shown you that you are someone they feel who is allowed to know this stuff. She is not feeling sexy now but another time when you think she is, you might ask to meet. What is the body language of her snaps? Is she concerned what you might think of her, particularly her looks and behaviour around men? Does she find your jokes funny (here you need to be able to tell the on line difference between a whores laugh -where she laughs because it pleases men when girls laugh a bit submissively- and a real one)? Does she want to know all about you? Is she interested to know what your plans are?
I think this evidence based approach will lead to a better hit to shot ratio. I appreciate that there are the guys who go straight out to escalate with any girl who shows interest in knowing them but these guys waste a lot of time on failures. The girls they get tend to be the easier trashier ones who don't mind going with random guys who escalate. I would try to keep things as natural as possible. If there is a rapport and she is acting like she might be open to you, then look further.
The advantage on your online presence is the exposure to a large number of females. The ease of access does mean you need more vetting not less, more time sifting randoms till they are not quite so random. Or else you will have to just be an absolute stand out Chad n your profile and be purely interested in sex and not care about any sort of compatibility.

I want to have all options open. While meeting women in real is much more substantial I just don't know I find online to be much easier sometimes maybe it's because all my life I've been that shy introvert kid but I don't know I think I should but I feel like it takes time to maintain social circles and pursue I have my final exams rn and after that I'd be in a process to immigrate out of the country for studies so idk how much can I do or I'm just making up excuses

I would that's why I'm here I know I'm flawed that's why I keep on returning back to asktrp,Most of you might be older guys here so I understand you don't want to waste your time. From what I've gotten from you is just focus irl and if you ever attain that status you could try online but irl is more valuable sustainable and is more fulfilling I got it. 1) Assuming that by "intimacy" you actually mean "sex." The answer is that you are always escalating toward sex. Meaning from the jump, your very interaction should be gaming her well enough to build attraction. Your goal is to make her panties drop again and again and again, until you don't want them too anymore.
2) Every girl is insecure to some degree. No matter if they're "online" or not. As a man, you need to learn how to filter out those who will drain your energy.
3) The best way to beat nerves is to just do the thing. Keep cold approaching.

Don't make an assumption that all girls are shallow and immature. Some are some aren't. That shouldn't stop you from trying.

You've got this part ass backwards. You do not "be in a sort of a bond" with a woman before persuing intimacy. That's the myth of "friends first", something that benefits only women.
Here's a very very simplified model:

Yes and no. They vary. They are almost always more insecure than you. The shallowness varies. They all want a hot successful guy, so be that guy. This isn't really shallow, but it is a preference they hide so they have the option to exploit a beta later.
Do it. Nothing will tune your social skills and build up your character like cold approaching.
If you're nervous then start gentle. You're sipping coffee. Girl nearby. You've already thought of three openers, use one of them without hesitation. If she's eating something: "That X looks good, would you recommend it to a friend?" Something she's wearing "Hi there..... that X looks good on you, where did you get it?"
These are not great chatup lines, but they are good for learning to get past your anxiety.
That sort of thing. A generic pattern that you can break out anytime any place. Learn not to think about it, because a clumsy line delivered as you sit down is worth more than the perfect like 5 minutes later.
