Made a terrible mistake despite the AWALT mentality.
I've been dating this girl for 2 weeks (we haven't had sex yet, since it's only been a coffee date). She clearly is into me and she knew i'm into her but last night she got drunk with 4 guys and 2 girls. She said she doesn't remember how she got home someone "dropped her off." She didn't call or message me afterward and kept apologizing when I answered her call, especially after hearing my aloof tone.
She knows what she did is a red flag drinking with 4 men. She's a 9/10, and those guys were flirting with her. I'm pretty sure she's flirting back, given her attitude. And I suspect she might have hooked up with someone that night.
Now, should I ghost her or just act like nothing happened and keep her as a "plate"? The thing is, I already sent her a LTR beta cuck provider signal, so I don't think i can just plate her easily.

You have scarcity mentality and you're acting extremely needy. This is oneitis territory.
You screwed up by taking too long to fuck her. And now you've acted extremely needy/beta by getting worried over who else she's fucking.
She will be able to sense your desperation and lack of options a mile off - which is probably why she went to get piped down by other dudes instead of you.

You need to become completely numb to it. Any girl you see WILL be fucking other dudes. If they claim they aren't, they're almost certainly lying.
If you show that it bothers you in any way, you will immediately get marked as a beta - because only betas care about that shit. You should be out fucking other girls and not care who or what she is doing. This ties in roughly to one of my recent posts.
Girls will tell you this stuff, often as a shit test to see if you get needy or jealous. If you pass the test, they will see you as a guy who "gets it" and it usually leads to some good outcomes.
To be honest though bro it sounds like she was maybe DTF, but you took her on a coffee date and didn't close. She's now getting dick elsewhere. You also failed a massive shit test by getting jealous.
Take it as a learning opportunity.

It depends if you can hold the internal frame of having her as a plate. If you can. there is nothing to lose by acting like it never happened -you might get to bang her.
If, however, you might be at risk of thinking of her as a girl friend -as someone who matters beyond entertainment as as someone to whom you and your feelings should matter beyond entertainment, then avoid her and find someone worth investing your time in. There is only going to be pain in trying to make her your girlfriend. Who wants a girl who gets so drunk she can't remember what she is doing even if she goes out with only girls? Who wants a girl who cares so little she doesn't call or message?

Yes this is my concern i lost interest pursuing her because of this i might ghost or plate her, she's part of my friends group and it's hard to avoid her and act like a butthurt for what she did so what i will do i will just ignore what she did, if she's DTF someday good if not then no big deal i actually have 2 plates but they are not as good looking like this one.
Fuck coffee date or hangout 1 on 1. 2weeks is a long enough not to close fuck her.

Don't worry about her life bro, worry about your own life. There is no "we" between you yet, you had ONE date, don't expect intimacy, don't expect loyalty, don't expect anything like that. It is actually a good sign she let you know and didn't lie to you, so you can definitely expect some honesty, don't judge her or her lifestyle, and don't marry her just yet buddy you're gonna get there with someone just not right now.
