So it seems like girls always think you are after them I even had one girl say 50% of her friends think every guy wants them. If I talk to a girl in public she usually thinks Im trying to pick her up (Im not), if I text a girl they think I like them, if you DM a girl she thinks you like her, if I am kind to a girl she might think I like her even when I've told her its platonic, shes also so far below my standards.

And even if I barely talk to a girl and never flirt with her she asked me out and told she thought I was showing interest and this case she is a HB3 at best and girls around HB7 like me, to me if a girl is below HB5 she is ugly and I wouldn't want to sleep with her ever, this is like absurd levels of delusion that she thought I had interest or would go out with a girl on her level... I felt genuinely bad when she asked me out like... is this girl nuts or something?
I also recently had a girl who is like a HB4.5 and fat say in public she is a 10 and she is SUPPOSED to be a Christian girl... so I told her if someone says that I think they are either stupid or a narcissist, and she said she was a narcissist (narcs dont think being a narc is a bad thing they think its good and its likely she is a narc b/c she said this). Even worse than a 49er if you know what I mean, girls who are 4's who think they are 9's lol...
Like you think girls would realize if you show zero interest at all, no complimenting, no flirting, no body language, (no texting with that HB3 either except invites to social events) and don't ask them out that you don't have interest but they are so delusional if you don't straight up ignore them and tell them you aren't interested they assume interest?
One girl I knew her for over a year, shes like an HB6, got her number after a year to invite her to social stuff (I do this for everyone and she knows this and admitted it), and was treating her like a guy to test how she responds, I genuinely wanted to be friends cuz she wasn't good enough for me, but she had some qualities that seemed like she could be a friend. Some girls are cool and can help you meet other girls. She flipped out cuz I sent her like 12 texts over a week trying to get to know her a little (it was like 3x, and 1x 4 texts was her to help with something at church so it was like forwarding her info) and thought I liked her. I thought the fact that I had shown no interest over a year would be enough that she would realize she isn't good enough... and yes I did text a lot for most people, but I am trying stuff out, I know to never text women except logistics to meet for the most part if you ARE interested otherwise its free attention and they lose attraction. So she rejected me and caused a bunch of drama, so I told her I wasn't interested back and like 2 months later she is so obviously obsessed with me the way she looks at me is actually creepy cuz its so intense, cuz her brain finally realized shes beneath me... ugh... she is so attracted I've seen her like touching her neck (she is saying she wants me to touch her there if you know what I mean) but she isn't the type to be forward cuz she knows she can't get me.
Question/Solution:
So how bad is female delusion and what is the solution? Most of these girls are supposed to be good church girls too (yes I know AWALT but social control still works regardless right?). Also on OLD I get messaged by like legit HB1 40yr old single mothers which is older than me... IRL 18yr olds and up to HB7 are into me. Seems like the online delusion is 1000x...
What's the right way to act? Be aloof and ignore them completely? Never text/DM them? Straight up tell them you have no interest or can easily get a girl way more attractive? Its really annoying and causes all sorts of drama. I know the best thing would be to have a girl better than them which I am working on.
Edit: Also I have heard that when a girl is attracted to you, she often assumes you are attracted to her but I don't know if this is true. What do you guys think?
Edit 2: Also obviously negs and pushpulling. Girls know what negs are now though I think. Some HB5 who was insane liberal type who I didn't even want I was trying to see if she could even think rationally about politics end economics and I had zero interest (she liked me and even said I had pretty eyes in front of the guy she was with). I wasn't even trying to neg her but her ego was insane, she would say she is hot when she objectively average and NOT hot. She accused me of negging her because of her feels when I actually wasn't but I must have been chipping away at her massive delusional ego.

If you are not interested in women its very easy to show them -just friend zone them. Don't be rude just don't play up to them. Just be genuinely friendly but don't hold a gaze longer, don't be flattered when they play up to you and play back. They really do get it.
Most of the time a guy has a problem with a girl who likes him but he does not really fancy her, its because he likes the attention. He gives her mixed signals and she keeps trying. If you basically treat them much as you would a guy, the problem will go away fast. Women expect men to flirt with them, and at least give off signs of attraction, failing that low status men will be awkward around them. Just be friendly and business like and it will stop, unless you open the door to it another time. There are strange girls just like there are strange guys who don't read signals very well (but these girls are a lot rarer than the strange guys) . You could have one of these but its unlikely.
But do you want it to stop ...really? or does it give you just enough of a little thrill to encourage it sometimes?

I don't waste women's time either.
There are benefits to girls liking you aka preselection but women are doing this stuff to themselves.

Its not a question on how to handle and gauge female delusion? Social media is creating a narcissism epidemic if you didn't know and OLD has made women way more delusional as well. This is a problem for all men today. Look at leftover fish women in China as another example. How are you not aware of this? Do you touch grass? Do you do OLD?
Assuming you go to places that have women and you want to continue going there you have to be extremely careful. I won't even talk to girls at gym or locations that matter, cuz no girl is worth giving up certain locations. Even in a decent Christian church I've had issues with insane women causing massive drama and problems over nothing.
I've noticed that many of the people who say touch grass are also low IQ. I immediately assume room temperature IQ when someone says that. Also, not an argument.
You do realize some people are high IQ and want to know how things work at a fundamental level and have principles so they can master things and reach greater heights? Not everyone is here to be a degenerate alpha which is ez mode, having a family is extremely difficult and mastering the truth about women is essential. There are also lots of liars and scam artists so having deep explanations of things is helpful to weed them out. I've read red pill material for years already but there are still gaps in my knowledge. I also see flaws and problems in some of TRP thinking as well.
Labeling thinking as mental masturbation and saying to touch grass helps no one and is useless. Thinking is masculine and saves a lot of time and effort, if we were to just to experiment in reality it would take far longer to get results. Also wouldn't inner game be 100% mental masturbation then? Fixing your mind and getting rid of brainwashing, programming, even your own biology is extremely important to men who want truth/TRP. I actually spent a week working on my confidence recently because I have limiting beliefs and lots of deep negative thoughts and when I fixed all of that I felt like I was on a drug and could talk to any girl and the effect is still there. Mental strength is probably the most important thing women want in men over anything else. And if you believe in evolution wouldn't intelligence be the most important thing? Intelligence explosion, AI, etc.
Judging by how delusional and stupid most peoples beliefs are they should be avoiding grass and think about things. Over 80% of Americans took the covid vax... and half the country are lobotomized liberals... thinking is important and masculine and we need way more of it not less.

If you have good SMV, women will pursue you. Sometimes they're not the women you want. Take it as a sign you're doing well.
Best way is to ignore and hope they get the picture. Sometimes they don't and you have to spell it out for them.
Chicks will cause drama if they feel embarrassed or humiliated by your rejection. Let them down gently, allow them to bow out with their ego intact and you won't get drama.
Don't match with chicks you're not attracted to.

I did let the girl down gently I felt bad actually... women are so brainwashed and so easy to destroy. It's weird how women are masters of manipulating and controlling men but don't know they should be married by 25 at latest. I'm personally of the opinion if a woman isn't controlled by a man she is a moth to the flame. I'm not sure its ALL women, but its like 90% maybe...
