Suicide #1. My nephew ended his life with my dad's .38 special service revolver. He was 24. Confirmed ONEITIS. Not on meds, using cannabis. He was 24. It was in the bathroom in the house I grew up in and my neice found him.
Suicide #2. My neighbor's cousin ended his life. Early 20s. Iraq veteran, special forces sniper. Wife and kids. Mormon.
Suicide # 3. A friend's cousin killed himself. Early 20s. Jehovah's witness. No other details.
Suicide # 4. A friends neighbor's kid killed himself. Former military, top shape, GI bill, everything going for him. No other details.
Big sigh... I have 2 sons age 16 and 10. Notice all these suicides are young men with their whole lives ahead of them?

Sorry you went through that. I've had it happen with friends and relatives as well. It's shitty, but I understand why they did it. I thought about it a lot myself when I was younger, but I have multiple reasons for why I didn't do it, and probably never will. If I ever do have kids, I hope to instill those reasons into their minds as well

It's just people in general. The last two suicides I went through were women. A pretty girl I met in highschool hung herself and my cousin's wife shot herself.
People don't know how to take care of themselves and the world is full of narcissistic assholes, entitled women and advertising that makes you feel like you suck.
People are not taught resilience anymore. And we don't encourage compassion.

I knew a few when I was in the Army, and one of my high school wrestling coaches did it too.
Every single one that I know of, was over a woman (divorce, cheating, etc).

Yeah it's crazy how our entire identity becomes tied to women under the gynocentric social order. Maybe we should change society to teach men to have themselves as their mental point of origin. I really have no clue how to do that...

The question is did you notice it's all young men? It used to be white guys in their 40s because of obvious things like divorce rape and cancel culture but this is a change.

All young men? Naw. My wrestling coach was in his late 40s or early 50s when he took himself out.
The rest were all young, though.

1) I'm sorry for your losses
2) this should be in TheRedPill under rant/vent, there is no real question in the post
3) yes, this sucks

The thing is that men need to know that they are more than just their woman. Women are pretty miserable but they always have a support network to remind them. Men on the other hand don’t get constant smoke blown up their asses by others.

I hadn't the best self esteem up until my first girlfriend experience when I was 18. After that point, for 8 years all I identified with was being a man with a girlfriend/stable relationship.I flirted with something worse than suicide: male feminism.
However,my dick won and I found the red pill, cheated on her,got caught, got divorced and strongly refused to feel bad about the cheating or about my sexuality TRP saved me(Roissy mostly) and helped me find a purpose and an identity And my self esteem hasn't been a problem ever since.
It takes large cojones to pull that trigger man, but some say It takes even larger ones to keep on going.Sad to see young men go like that, if they only knew the real magnitude of their problems it would be a different story

We had a different world to grow up in. This new world is pretty bad. Imagine redoing your life with 20% lower testosterone, #metoo, tiktok, lockdowns, tinder, etc.

Why do you all think these suicides are increasing in rate?
