The problem I see here is that you're using this girl's past as some kind of leverage against her. You don't hold shit over people's heads and then pull it out as a trump card when things don't go your way. Basically, you just threw a temper tantrum whether she is in the wrong or not.

Probably, but we don't know the circumstances. We don't know what you said or if it was justified or true.
An apology is easy to make and sometimes goes a long way. Even if what you said was true and justified, it might still have been a bit too harshly said and if you look the bad guy at the end, then its a loss. "I am sorry for saying the things I did. I wish I had not said such things to someone who has meant a lot to me and who I have been so close to"

I am surprised at the comments here. This is my first time coming back to these forums in 5 years, and man how things have changed. 5 years ago everyone would have been telling you to read the sidebar, and that you have bigger problems than this one example.
OP, you have massive oneitis. Do you know what that means? Read the sidebar.
First, you lost frame and freaked out on your ex. This is a massive problem (you losing frame and being super attached to her). Second, now that you lost frame, instead of moving on with your life and meeting other girls, you are spending time and mental and emotional energy agonizing over this woman, and ruminating on what you can do to get her back. You are deep into this woman’s frame and deep in oneitis.
Most of us have been in this position before so don’t feel bad. But you don’t need to apologize to her, you don’t need to plead with her to start talking to you again—you need to read the sidebar, read the Rational Male books, read old posts from Chateau Heartiste/ Roissey (for example read DARE not DEET), and. You need to talk to other women AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

But actually answer your question, here’s what I would say: apologize to her once. Just once. Do not plead, do not beg. You apologize to her one time in a short level-headed message, and then you go NO CONTACT and start seeing other women.
